RichSweeps – a sweepstakes casino launched in August 2025 – is now under new ownership following a sale from WW Funcrafters JWA LLC to Betsperts, Inc.
This is according to information shared with SweepsKings, and the change is also reflected in RichSweeps’ updated T&Cs.
From a player perspective, nothing appears to have changed on the platform yet, meaning RichSweeps still offers a huge variety of great casino-style games, including slots, live dealers, game shows, arcade titles, keno, and virtual tables.
RichSweeps originally entered the sweepstakes space last year under WW Funcrafters JWA LLC, the company behind other similar brands like SpeedSweeps and SweepsRoyal. Since then, the site gained traction thanks to a lobby of over 3,300 titles (Hacksaw Gaming, Shady Lady, Nolimit City etc.) with positive reviews, contributing to a 4.3/5 ‘Excellent’ rating on Trustpilot currently. SweepsKings awarded the site 85/100 in our own review soon after launch.
As for the new buyer, Betsperts, Inc. is a US-based company with headquarters in Chicago, and it’s primarily known for sports gambling media and affiliate content rather than direct casino operations. However, in the past the company has acquired plenty of online brands, blogs, and tools focused on betting – this appears to be its first foray into the sweepstakes casino business.
And for now, RichSweeps seems to be maintaining its existing interface, bonus structures (including coin package boosts on different days of the week), and other details, including the dual-currency system of Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) and the possibility for real cash redemptions from SC.
New players can still claim the no deposit bonus of 50,000 GC + 1 SC on signup, with the option to receive up to 200% extra SC on their first purchase.
Whether Betsperts will roll out changes as time goes on remains to be seen. For now, players can continue to enjoy the familiar RichSweeps experience, confident that the brand will likely receive strong support in the months ahead.
