Fliff Social Sportsbook Review
Fliff is a social sportsbook app launched in 2019 by Fliff, Inc. It’s not a traditional sportsbook but instead offers sports betting in a social gaming environment. It allows you to bet on your favorite fixtures for free and without real money bets while offering the opportunity to win and redeem real cash prizes. By virtue of this, Fliff is available to join in and bet from a whopping 45 US states.
Regular bonuses, cash prize redemption, and social betting features like pick sharing and leaderboards make this a great alternative to real money sportsbooks. My Fliff experience was largely positive, so much so that I think this is one of the more reliable social sportsbook offerings on the market.
In this Fliff review, I’ve summarized all the app offers while highlighting the pros and cons of each aspect of the social sportsbook.
Pros
- Generous first purchase bonus
- Competitive betting odds
- Impressive variety of up to 120 lines on some events
- Accessible in 45 out of 50 US states
- Beginner-friendly app interface
Cons
- Only available for mobile play
- Limited customer support channels
- Betting coverage on only 9 sports
Fliff is an excellent destination for bettors looking for a simplified and user-friendly mobile betting app. Despite having more robust offerings, social sportsbooks like Sportzino and Rebet may feel too busy. Fliff isn’t the perfect sportsbook, at least not yet. But it has potential and enough betting action thanks to it having lots of betting lines. Social features like pick sharing and leaderboards are what truly stand out as the highlight of this app.
Legal States
Fliff is legal in 45 out of 50 states, the exceptions being Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Tennessee, and Washington, where Fliff sweepstakes are prohibited. From among the accepted states, players in 12 states are not allowed to receive Fliff Cash as a purchase bonus and are not eligible for the mail bonus either. These are:
- Alabama
- Colorado
- Connecticut
- Georgia
- Iowa
- Kentucky
- Louisiana
- Michigan
- Minnesota
- Mississippi
- Montana
- Ohio
If you reside in any of the above, you can still receive free Fliff Cash that comes with Fliff Coin bonuses or those offered at giveaways and social media contests.
How Fliff Works
Being a social sportsbook, Fliff uses virtual currencies for betting and not real money. Fliff Coins and Fliff Cash are the two currencies here.
Fliff Coins are this sportsbook’s equivalent of Gold Coins and are for fun betting. Fliff Cash works like Sweeps Coins, and any Fliff Cash you win from successful picks can be used to redeem real cash prizes.
At Fliff, no purchase is necessary because the sportsbook regularly provides coin bonuses for free. However, there’s a shop where you can buy Fliff Coin bundles if you choose to. And you’ll receive Fliff Cash bonuses with every purchase. This sweepstakes format is why this sportsbook is perfectly legal to play in most parts of the states.
Fliff Bonuses
Before signing up, it’s clear what bonuses you can expect to receive from the Fliff Sportsbook. As much as bonus surprises are great, it’s much better if you know what a social betting site offers before you join in.
The Fliff no deposit bonus is 5,000 Free Fliff Coins + 1 Fliff Cash. There’s also a 100% match bonus on your first purchase of any bundle at the shop. The max bonus is 2,000,000 Fliff Coins + 200 Fliff Cash on the $99.99 package. For both of these new player rewards, no Fliff promo code is necessary.
Based on my findings, this sweepstakes sportsbook also offers an experience points rewards scheme that includes loyalty bonuses, daily challenges, and a referral bonus. You can earn XP through these methods and then use them to redeem gift cards or in exchange for Fliff Coins.

Besides the Fliff sign-up offer and purchase deal, there are other promos offering free coins for existing customers to bet with.
5,000 Free Fliff Coins are available to claim as a daily login bonus. In addition, you can collect a periodic bonus of 1,000 Fliff Coins and 0.10 Fliff Cash every couple of hours.
This is Fliff’s version of a VIP program, and you can earn experience points for most activities you perform on the site, from signing up to purchasing coins. Here are some other ways to earn XP at Fliff:
- Picks – You can earn 1 XP for every 1,000 Fliff Coins staked. Rolled-over coins won’t count towards increasing your XP balance, only those you stake the first time.
- Daily Challenges – You can earn 2 XP every time you complete a daily challenge, which ranges from making picks on major events to crafting unique parlays. The amount of XP you earn depends on the number of challenges available.
- Referral Bonus – Inviting friends to the platform will reward you with free experience points, up to 10,000 XP per friend. You can invite an unlimited number of friends, and for every $5 your friend spends, you get 200 XP.
Another free way to receive free Fliff Cash is by sending a request by mail. With each request, you get 10 Fliff Cash credits. This AMOE bonus is way better than on most sweepstakes casinos we’ve reviewed at SweepsKings.

Fliff Betting Options & Markets
The Fliff social sportsbook app offers 9 different sports and delivers an all-American experience by catering to all the popular US sports leagues, including the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL. There are hundreds of betting markets across the moneyline, spread, and totals bets. In addition to this, there is a variety of props to bet on.
Leaderboards and game challenges make it even more exciting to bet here than with your average real money sportsbook. Fliff odds are quite competitive. They are available on pre-game and in-play events, and specific events come with odds boosters that further increase your win potential.

Fliff’s sports coverage is not too extensive, but it includes all the major US sports and leagues. Here’s the list of what’s available to bet on:
- Football
- Hockey
- Basketball
- Soccer
- Baseball
- MMA
- Tennis
- Boxing
- Poker (Celebrity Poker Tour)
My personal favorite to bet on is football, and Fliff caters to the NFL, college football, and the CFL. Besides the top leagues, I found some exciting niche additions like Japan NPB (Baseball) and WTA Beijing (Tennis). There are all the soccer leagues you can think of, plus a good amount of action on the UFC as well.
Beware that leagues will only be visible if there are events to bet on, or else they disappear from the listings.
The moneyline, point spread, and totals betting markets are present for all sports events at Fliff. The platform also has alternatives like Half Time Result, 1st Half Corners, and several other player and game props, depending on the sport.
Clicking on each bet type revealed hundreds of betting lines on top matches. And I was provided with no fewer than 10 options on any game during my Fliff review. The sportsbook, unfortunately, does not offer long-term futures bets.
An in-play section is clearly visible on the Fliff homepage, and this is where you’ll find all the live betting events and markets available. In all honesty, the sportsbook’s live coverage is unimpressive. There are only a handful of live events at any time and very limited markets.
Odds are one of the most important parts of sportsbooks, as that’s where the profit value is. The better the odds, the more you can win from your bets. Luckily, the odds at Fliff can compete with those of other top social sportsbooks, and they are almost as attractive as those on traditional online sportsbooks.
Pre-game odds are decidedly better than live odds. The latter fluctuates so much that I found it difficult to lock in my live bets. And the sportsbook doesn’t have the option to accept odds changes automatically. What’s better about Fliff’s prices is that several games have boosted odds, particularly popular and highly anticipated matches.
The feeling of playing at a social sportsbook is rife here thanks to features like a leaderboard, picks sharing, and daily challenges. Participating in these activities will typically earn you badges and experience points. You can also create your own avatar and bio when you sign up.
With the mix of friendly competition and account personalization features, this sportsbook is very video game-coded. I personally liked being able to back or challenge other bettors’ picks. Again, you can always bet for free using Fliff Coins and Fliff Cash bonuses.

Fliff Banking
Purchasing and redeeming cash (or gift cards) at Fliff requires you to go through the banking section. There are multiple bundles of different values, starting from an affordable cost of $1. Alongside each purchase, you’ll receive a very generous amount of complimentary Fliff Cash offered as a bonus.
As a sweepstakes platform, purchases are never necessary. But the way the sportsbook is set up, the largest Fliff Cash bonuses are those offered as purchase bonuses. So, it’s likely you’ll want to buy one or more bundles when playing here.
Redemptions start at $50, and you can only redeem Fliff Cash you’ve won through gameplay, not those given as bonuses. Luckily, redemptions are at a 1:1 rate, meaning 1 Fliff Cash has the value of 1 USD. Credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers are among the options for transacting at this social sportsbook.
Check out the overview of payment methods below.
Payment Options Review
Fliff Banking | Purchases | Redemptions | Average Redemption Time |
---|---|---|---|
Visa | Yes | No | - |
Mastercard | Yes | No | - |
American Express | Yes | No | - |
Apple Pay | Yes | No | - |
Bank Transfer | Yes | Yes | Up to 5 days |
Skrill | No | Yes | Up to 3 days |
During my review, I found the whole process of purchasing and redeeming coins to be very straightforward. I’ve outlined the simple steps for making a Fliff purchase below.
- Open the shop by clicking on the rightmost icon at the bottom of the screen
- Select from the available coin packages
- Choose your preferred payment method
- Enter your card details or link your bank account
- Double-check the transaction data and confirm the purchase
Assuming you’ve got some experience with sportsbook apps, you’ll know that purchase transactions are instant, allowing you to start betting immediately. Redemptions, like real money withdrawals, are more heavily scrutinized.
I received my redeemed funds in my account in 3 days, but just know that you may have to wait up to 5 days for bank transfers. Fliff’s redemption processing takes 1-3 days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 2 additional days for the cash prize to be credited.
5,000 Fliff Cash is the max redemption limit per transaction for both Skrill and Bank Transfer. A clause under the sweepstakes rules says that Fliff can limit redemptions to $1,000 a week at its discretion – I found that rather questionable.
Cost | Fliff Coins | Fliff Cash |
---|---|---|
$1 | 20,000 | 2 |
$4.99 | 100,000 | 10 |
$9.99 | 200,000 | 20 |
$19.99 | 400,000 | 40 |
$49.99 | 1,000,000 | 100 |
$99.99 | 2,000,000 | 200 |
One thing I noticed about this social sportsbook is that all packages come with Fliff Cash bonuses. And each bundle offers value proportionate to the cost. So, there’s no incentive for buying an expensive bundle as opposed to buying a cheaper one. In an industry where operators egg you on to spend more, I appreciate Fliff’s honest pricing approach.
Remember that depending on where you reside, you won’t receive Fliff Cash with your purchases.

Is Fliff Legit?
Fliff isn’t licensed by any state regulatory commission, but by virtue of being a social sweepstakes platform and not a real money betting site, it doesn’t have to be. It abides by the no purchase necessary clause under national sweepstakes rules and allows bettors to make picks for free. So it’s a perfectly legal sportsbook that you can bet with almost anywhere in the US.
The Kings did a bit more snooping around, and we came upon the fact that the sportsbook is owned and operated by Fliff, Inc. The company has no other betting products, so I went fishing instead for real customer reviews. Fliff has 4.8/5 stars on the App Store, and almost as many stars on the Play Store. This makes it the most endorsed app I’ve ever reviewed.
This platform provides a secure environment thanks to top-grade security encryption and the implementation of strict verification checks. Fliff uses manual verification and may request copies of your SSN, passport, and proof of address, such as a utility bill.

The responsible gaming measures at Fliff include a session reminder, daily limits, and self-exclusion. You’ll have to contact the support team to activate some of these controls.
To further help problem gamers, Fliff advises getting in touch with the Computer Gaming Addicts Anonymous (CGAA). This shows that the people behind this sportsbook are really serious about responsible gaming.

Fliff Customer Support
Contacting Fliff is possible via email at support@getfliff.com or using the contact form on the platform to open a support ticket. When I sent a message with the latter, I got a reply within a few hours, which is relatively quick for this type of contact method. Customer service through these mediums is available 24/7, so you can message them at any time.
Unfortunately, live chat is not available. Fliff has social media pages on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok but they’re not very active from what I could gather. The other more helpful way of getting information would be through the Help Center. I found a well-categorized list of frequently asked questions that answered a good number of queries new players will have about this site.

Fliff UX
The first notable point about Fliff is that it allows mobile-only access. I tried accessing the social sportsbook via desktop and was unable to, but was instead directed to get the app on the Apple Store, Play Store, or as a no-download Web App.
The sportsbook is working on becoming available on desktop as of the time of my Fliff review. In the meantime, the app offers a seamless and easy-to-navigate interface thanks to a simple layout, great filtering options, and user-friendly social gaming features.

Fliff Sister Sites
There are no sister sites under the Fliff, Inc. umbrella. However, there are several other sweepstakes sportsbooks I would recommend for a similar experience to what is being offered on the platform under review.
They may not be Fliff sister sites per se, but they’re some of the best Fliff alternatives on the market.

How It Stacks Up
Fliff is a sportsbook with low sports coverage compared to others on the market. It looks like a newbie compared to Rebet or Sportzino when, in reality, Fliff has been around for longer. A lot of its offerings are standard, though. The range of social features, payment methods, and transaction times are on par with most other similar sites.
Where Fliff manages to outdo the competition is in mobile usability. The app is available for both iOS and Android users, whereas others are only iOS friendly or have no apps at all. Although Fliff has a relatively smaller welcome bonus than what you’ll find at other sites, the purchase deal is one of the best and most generous.
Our Experts Verdict
Doing a Fliff review that extensively covers all aspects of the sweepstakes sportsbook is a time-consuming thing. But the weeks, sometimes months, of testing and probing are often necessary to truly arrive at the most accurate verdict.
The areas that stuck out as pain points were the small number of sports and the limited customer support. It’s usually the case for newer sportsbooks to be facing these issues. I reasoned that Fliff might simply want to specialize in its small range of sports which is why they’re not expanding on this aspect. But there’s no way to explain the lack of live chat and other support channels.
Fortunately, there are several good aspects to this sportsbook. The promos are attractive, especially the purchase bonus. There’s a nice variety of betting markets, and if you stick to pre-game betting, the odds are very good. The XP rewards system was one of the things we loved the most about the app.
Fliff banking is reliable and faster than you’d think, considering the long redemption processing time. The payment methods are also extremely secure. Finally, the mobile user experience is easily accessible, neatly designed, and highly intuitive.
Overall, Fliff is not as expansive as other social sportsbooks I’ve reviewed, and significantly far behind real money sportsbooks. But lots of real bettors are happy with the app. We also think it’s an easy place to join in, predict, and win, and recommend you try it out for yourself to get your own first-hand experience of this free-to-play social sportsbook.
