I’ll start with a little confession: I haven’t had this much fun playing a slot game in years. Relax Gaming really knows how to hit the spot, and I genuinely believe Bill & Coin 2: Mummy Mischief might be their best release of 2025. Everything about it feels premium. The icons, the animations, the graphics, the sound effects, the humor – every detail shows that the studio has poured time, effort, and personality into this slot game.

The theme might say Ancient Egypt, but it’s not the serious, golden-statue-and-sand version we’re used to. Instead, it’s a fun parody filled with witty banter from the returning duo: Bill, the moustached dollar banknote, and Coin, his partner. Their constant jokes and upbeat cartoon-style music make the game feel lighthearted and fun rather than the usual Egyptian vibe.

On the gameplay side, Bill & Coin 2: Mummy Mischief runs on a 6×4 grid with 4,096 ways to win and tumbling reels, but there are several fun additions that make even the base game entertaining, like the Coin and Dice multipliers. This means that wins are formed whenever three or more matching symbols show up on adjacent reels from left to right (from the leftmost reel), regardless of their vertical position. Every time you score a win, the tumbling reels kick in. The winning symbols explode and new ones drop in, and the process continues as long as new wins appear.

The betting range is from 0.10 to 60 per spin, and can be set with the + and – buttons at the bottom, and you can also use the Autoplay option. There’s also the option to Buy the Feature for 100x the wager, or buy the Super Bonus Feature for 500x the wager.

I started my 200-spin test of Bill & Coin 2: Mummy Mischief with 5,000 coins, and it quickly became clear that the base game feels more like low volatility than the stated medium-to-high.

Using the minimum stake of 0.10 coins, most wins were under 0.05 coins, so even if you win often (and you do!), they don’t make much impact. Even after raising my stake to 1 coin per spin, the pattern remained the same: plenty of wins, but most of them don’t cover the wager, so you’re still losing coins.

Bill & Coin 2 is clearly designed around the bonus features, so unless a Dice or Coin multiplier drops in to boost a tumble win, the base game payouts tend to hover around the bet size.

After about 30 spins, I finally triggered the Bonus Pick feature, and for my first pick, I chose the Book Bonus. The Q symbol was selected as my expanding symbol, and after a mix of expanding reels, tumble wins, and a lucky dice multiplier, I got my first proper taste of “Mummy Mischief” (that’s what Relax calls the bigger wins in Bill & Coin 2).

I won 143.70 coins during the bonus feature, which more than made up for all my losses during the base game. I continued playing, and after around 10 spins, I hit the Bonus Pick feature again. This time, I picked the Sticky Coins, and while I didn’t get some massive wins, I got lucky and hit the retrigger four times in a row for a total of 28 free spins!

With around 5,200 coins in my bankroll, I realized that it would take a miracle to hit the Super Bonus, so I went on to buy it for 500 coins to see if it’s worth it.

And honestly, it felt very chaotic. With all the Bill & Coin 2 features active at once, multipliers flying, coins dropping, and tumble wins stacking up, it’s very hard to follow every detail. I even noticed a slight lag during the free spins.

However, despite all the madness, I only managed to win 395.10 coins during the 8 free spins, so my win didn’t cover the 500 coins I spent to buy the feature. I bought the feature again to see if I just got unlucky the first time, but this time I only won 202 coins.

Still, after 200 spins, I finished slightly ahead with a small profit of around 100 coins. More importantly, though, the whole 200-spin session was genuinely fun, and Bill & Coin 2: Mummy Mischief feels like a truly worthy successor to the original.
