Former employees of ARB Gaming have criticized the founders for partying too much and underpaying staff. While other employees describe a chaotic working environment with heavy turnover.

The company is also dealing with a number of lawsuits. There are currently three lawsuits active in California that are seeking to get the site shut down. ARB Gaming LLC was also sued in Illinois for allegedly violating the Biometric Information Privacy Act by collecting users’ face templates and sharing them with 3rd parties.
