Poly Sweepstakes Casino Review
Poly is a sweepstakes casino absolutely jam-packed with bonuses.
New players can get 100,000 GC + 2 SC just for signing up — and from there, you’ll have access to a massive range of promos that’ll keep the coins coming in thick and fast. However, it’s not all gravy. The gaming library isn’t the best. And in my experience, customer service does leave a bit to be desired.
Because of this, Poly will not be for everyone. And in this review, we’ll be doing a deep dive into what the Poly Social Casino does well, where they lag behind, and what sort of players will be able to get the most from them.
Pros
- Great new player bonuses
- 5 SC redemptions available
- Lots of bonuses for existing players
- Mobile apps for both iOS and Android devices
- VIP program can offer serious rewards to loyal players
Cons
- Games have low RTP
- Redemptions can be very slow
- Customer service could be better
- Responsible social gameplay policy should be improved
Poly is a sweepstakes casino full of highs and lows. Bonuses are fantastic, but games are bad. Redemptions can be made for just 5 SC, but you’d better be prepared to wait for up to 10 business days to actually see this redemption. It’s an unusual combination. However, for players who understand how Poly works, there’s some serious value to be made from the available bonuses.
Legal States
To play at Poly, you’ll need to be 21 or older and not reside in any of the following restricted territories: Alabama, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, Washington DC, or any location within 25 miles of Washington DC.
How Poly Social Casino Works
Poly is a free-to-play social casino that operates via the standard sweepstakes casino model, and makes use of two distinct currencies. Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.
Gold Coins are the Standard Play currency, which allows you to play games for fun. Meanwhile, Sweeps Coins are the Promotional Play currency, which once played with, can be redeemed for prizes so long as you meet the minimum redemption requirement of 5 redeemable Sweeps Coins.
Both Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins can be obtained through a variety of different methods. Though importantly, only Gold Coins can be purchased — with Sweeps Coins only able to be awarded as part of free Poly Casino bonuses and as free add-ons attached to certain Gold Coins packages.
Poly Casino Bonuses
It is bonuses galore at Poly. And by signing up via our links, you can get yourself started with a no deposit bonus of 100,000 GC and 2 free SC as you complete registration.
But things only get better from there. As once signed up, you’ll be able to take advantage of 1 of the 3 first purchase bonuses which award you SC at a fantastic rate.
But the bonuses don’t stop there.

While the official Poly Casino no deposit bonus may be 100,000 GC and 2 SC, it’s actually very easy to bump this number up.
Follow them on X, Facebook, and Instagram, and you’ll score 0.2 SC per follow (0.6 SC for following them on all social media), claim your daily login bonus for 3,000 GC and 0.2 SC, and download the Poly app on your phone for an extra 10,000 GC and 0.5 SC. Add all this together, and it’s 113,000 GC and 3.3 free SC within minutes of signing up.
And the crazy thing is, that’s just the start. Once you’ve made your first purchase and have bet at least 1 SC, you’ll be eligible for the mega rebate bonus for an extra 100 SC. And after that, you’ll be eligible for up to 1,000 SC as part of Poly’s 24 hour coinback program.
Claim these together with the first purchase bonus, and you may just find yourself awarded with up to 1,130 free SC.
Plus, if that still wasn’t enough for you, as you play, you get VIP points. And as you collect VIP points, you’ll be able to tier up in Poly’s VIP program where you can get access to even more bonuses.
Bonuses really do lead to more bonuses in Poly. And for players who are willing to log in every day, follow Poly on social media, compete in contests, and claim all the promotions on offer, there is an absolutely insane amount of free coins up for grabs.

Poly Casino-Style Games
Poly’s gaming library isn’t the biggest. In total, there are ~350 games — with slots making up the majority of the titles.
The games are provided by Betsoft, BGaming, Hacksaw, the Evolution family of games, and Poly themself — with all games unlocked as soon as you complete registration.
Navigation through the library is pretty straightforward. And you’ll have the option to sort through games by developer or by certain game mechanics.
Games and Software Review
| Our Top Picks | Le Cowboy Outsourced Wild Wick Circle of Life Rags to Witches |
| Number of Slots | 350+ |
| Jackpot Games | Yes |
| Table Games | No |
| Other Gaming Options | Casual, Live Dealers |
| Gaming Vendors | Poly Originals, Betsoft, BGaming, Hacksaw, Evolution (NetEnt, Nolimit City, Red Tiger), Evoplay |
An interesting thing to note is that Evoplay is also currently listed as a provider. And while currently there are no Evoplay games available at Poly, this may be something that players can look forward to in the near future.
Poly is primarily a slots sweepstakes casino — with ~350 games available. These games are provided by major developers like Betsoft, BGaming, Hacksaw, and Evolution (the parent company of Nolimit City, NetEnt, and Red Tiger), as well as by Poly themself.
Usually, I’m all too happy to try out in-house games. However, I am not a fan of the Poly Originals. These are largely the same in-house games that you’ll find at Go Go Gold, and suffer from the same problems, wherein certain features on specific games are only unlocked for high rollers.
This affects the RTP. And unfortunately, poor RTP is something of a recurring theme with the games at the Poly sweepstakes casino. Most games don’t even have RTP information. However, those that do tend to show that their RTP is sitting at around 92% — which is quite a bit lower than the average RTP at most other sweepstakes casinos.
Most games offer minimum bets of 0.1 SC. Although there are some exceptions to this rule, and Le Cowboy for example allows you to play for just 0.05 SC per spin. Other games I’ve enjoyed have been Outsourced, Wild Wick, Rags to Witches, and Circle of Life — with that final title being one that I’ve really taken to.
Poly also features a small selection of more casual games from Hacksaw Gaming. These games don’t have their own category. However, you can find them quite easily by selecting and looking through the Hacksaw category of games.
These games are all pretty unique, though also feature relatively straightforward rules.
While not exactly my cup of tea, I did find games like Hi-Lo, Mines, and Speed Crash to be a nice change of pace. However, one important thing to note is that like the slots, the RTPs for these games are set at around 92% as well.

Poly Casino Banking
Poly has quite a few options for banking, which you can check out in the table below.
Payment Options Review

|---|---|---|---|
| Credit/Debit Cards | Yes | Yes | Up to 10 business days |
| Online Banking | Yes | Yes | Up to 10 business days |
| Apple Pay | Yes | No | N/A |
| Google Pay | Yes | No | N/A |

Your coin balances can be viewed at the top of any page. If you wish to purchase more coins, all you need to do is click the ‘Buy’ button. From there, you’ll be able to browse through the available Gold Coins packages, and then, once you find one that you like, simply click on it.
After selecting your Gold Coins packages, simply choose how you wish to pay, enter in the relevant details, and then confirm your purchase. Once confirmed, coins will be immediately credited to your account and you’ll be ready to start playing.
As previously mentioned, while Gold Coins are great for playing for fun, Sweeps Coins open up the possibility of Promotional Play. And when engaging in Promotional Play, any Sweeps Coins that you win from your games are redeemable Sweeps Coins — which as you can probably guess from the name, can be redeemed for a real cash prize. This is one of my favorite features of Poly. As with Poly, all you need for a redemption is 5 of these redeemable Sweeps Coins.
Once you have at least 5 redeemable Sweeps Coins and have completed your KYC verification, you’ll be ready to make a redemption — with redemptions credited at a rate of 1 SC to 1 USD.
To make a redemption, click the ‘Redeem’ button, enter in how many Sweeps Coins you wish to redeem, and then select how you wish to receive your redemption. Once your redemption request has been submitted, it simply becomes a waiting game.
Truth be told, this can be where it gets a little frustrating. That’s because redemption processing timeframes are incredibly wide. And while Pink Diamond VIP members can enjoy near-instant redemptions, all other players will need to wait somewhere between 2 and 10 business days for their redemption to be processed.
Another important thing to note is that while Poly does not have a maximum redemption limit, they do state that redemptions of $2,500 or more may take longer to process.
| Cost | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
| $2 | 24,000 | 0 |
| $5 | 62,500 | 5 |
| $10 | 150,000 | 10 |
| $15 | 225,000 | 15 |
| $20 | 300,000 | 20 |
| $50 | 650,000 | 50 |
Normal Gold Coins packages award free Sweeps Coins at a rate of 1 SC per $1 spent — with the only exception to this rule being the basic $2 package, which does not award any Sweeps Coins. As a result, for the most value, you always want to take advantage of special purchase offers and bonuses whenever you purchase a Gold Coins package at Poly Casino.

Is Poly Casino Legit?
Both Poly and parent company Truessence Inc. are still pretty new to the world of sweepstakes casinos. And with very little information available about Truessence Inc., there is no way to mark them as 100% safe. However, while I can’t say that they are 100% trustworthy, I can say that their operating practices are legit, and that they have been operating in a completely fair way.
They follow all the laws governing sweepstakes casinos. They enforce mandatory KYC checks. And their security features are up to date. Further, while their Trustpilot rating of 3.2/5 isn’t great, I read through a lot of the 1-star reviews, and can attest that many of them are from people annoyed at how long it takes to receive a redemption.
And while the lengthy redemptions are annoying, Poly is 100% transparent about it. So for me, it doesn’t affect their legitimacy.

I’d like to see a little bit in the way of promoting responsible social gameplay from Poly. To clarify, they do have an RSG page. But it’s pretty basic. And the only RSG tool that they offer is self-exclusion — which is a bit all-or-nothing for my taste.
It is better than nothing. However, with such a well-developed new sweepstakes casino, I think Poly could easily make some improvements in this area.

Poly Casino Customer Support
Customer support is another area that Poly should look to improve in. They offer support via email, a chatbot, and live chat — which sounds good on the surface, though I had a weird experience with them. Firstly, I reached out to them via email with some pretty basic questions.
However, rather than answering my questions, they told me to contact ‘SUPPORT’.
Unfortunately, clicking the support button will only let you talk to a pretty unhelpful chatbot that acts more like an interactive FAQ page. Originally, I was going to leave it there. But after a few days when I rechecked the chatbot, I found I had randomly been connected to a real person who was finally able to answer my questions.
So all in all, a pretty unusual experience. Email support for me was pretty poor. The chatbot is mediocre. And while the live agents are good, there’s no way to reliably reach them unless you have an urgent problem — and you either have to leave your problem with the bot, or just wait around for a live agent to randomly connect to your conversation.

Poly Casino UX
For the most part, I like the way Poly’s site works. Registration is simple, the KYC verification process is fast — and on both PC and mobile, the site runs smoothly.
Banners are prominently displayed at the top of the screen, and they showcase all of the best offers currently available. Plus, for mobile sweepstakes casino enthusiasts, I’m happy to report that both the iOS and the Android apps are good — receiving ratings of 4.1/5 and 4.8/5 on their respective play stores. And for those who’d rather skip downloads, Poly lets users create a shortcut from the menu.
The one thing that really took away from my experience though, was the amount of pop-ups. As soon as you log in, and after every 30 minutes of playtime, you’ll get shown the same 4-5 pop-ups. It gets annoying pretty quickly. And since they all come one after another, every 30 minutes you have to click out of one, wait 5 or so seconds for another to pop up, click out of it as well, and then repeat that process another 3 times.

UX Assessment
Poly Casino Sister Sites
Poly is a unique sweepstakes casino with a lot of strengths, and a lot of weaknesses. And to illustrate how unique they are, below we’ll be comparing them with some other sweepstakes casinos that launched around the same time as Poly.
Comparison
| Sites Like Poly Casino | Games | Welcome Bonus | Apps | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Poly | 350+ | 100,000 GC + 2 SC | Android, iOS | Mobile gameplay |
| VegaWin | 1,500+ | 20,000 GC + 2 SC | No | Players who like major titles |
| CoinsBack Casino | 1,400+ | 500,000 GC + 2 SC | No | Extensive game collection |
| BigPirate | 1,500+ | 20,000 GC + 2 SC | No | Reward scheme and claw machines |
| LuckyLand Casino | 150+ | 777,777 GC + 2 SC | No | Jackpot slots and tournaments |
How It Stacks Up
There are two things that really stand out about Poly when comparing them to their competition. They have fantastic bonuses, and they’ve got a pretty subpar selection of games. This puts them in a weird position compared to sites like CoinsBack and VegaWin — which I would describe as all-around great sweepstakes casinos. Because to get the most out of Poly, you’re going to need to play to their strengths.
As while most of the sites I’ve compared Poly to offer an overall great experience, Poly has noticeable shortcomings. And to overcome these shortcomings, you’re going to really want to be claiming as many bonuses as possible.
Our Experts Verdict
Poly has some of the best bonuses around. They offer a good sign-up bonus, great first purchase bonuses, plus they’ve got heaps of existing players that can ensure that you always have a steady stream of free coins.
Though with that being said, they’ve got their fair share of weaknesses. Redemptions can take a while. And while they stock games from some of the best providers around, there just aren’t that many games — and those that are available have been configured to offer below-average RTP.
Because of this, I wouldn’t necessarily default to Poly over other sweepstakes casinos. Instead, I’d only recommend Poly to players who understand their strengths and weaknesses, and are happy to grind and claim as many bonuses as possible.
However, if that’s you, then I’d definitely recommend checking Poly out — as by signing up through our links, you can get the bonuses started with a free welcome offer of 100,000 GC + 2 SC.
