Even better, the platform offers a 3-day guarantee on your redemptions. It processes requests within 24 hours, and if you don’t get your prizes within 3 days, Tang Luck compensates you with +1% of your redemption amount plus a refund of the 5% fee.

If the delay stretches into 4 days, the compensation doubles, and you receive +2% of your redemption amount plus 2x the fee back.

Let’s say you redeem $200 and have $10 deducted for the 5% fee; the platform sends you $190. If they fail to meet the 3-day deadline, they refund the $10 fee and add 1% of $200, for a $2 bonus, bringing the total to $202. If the process took 4 days in this case, you’d get $214.

Is Tang Luck Casino Legit?

Tang Luck doesn’t feel right on your first visit. The entire app design feels cheap and similar to those dodgy app ads that come up when you’re watching videos online. It doesn’t have a license because it’s a sweepstakes casino, but details about SpinShift Ltd, the operating company, aren’t solid enough. It also doesn’t help that the company is based all the way in Hong Kong.

You’ll first have to go through an AI bot that replies to basic queries with excerpts from an FAQ page I couldn’t find. For more complex queries, you’ll be connected to an agent, and it can take up to 10 minutes before you get a response.

As for the email option (support@tangluck.com), the app itself confirmed that replies can take more than 24 hours and are even slower on weekends.

Tang Luck’s design leans heavily into an oriental theme with lots of red, flames, and gold coins. It’s unique, though it feels more like an old-school mobile app than a new sweepstakes platform.

How It Stacks Up

Tang Luck’s welcome bonus looks small compared to Rolla’s 10 SC or even SweepsRoyal’s 50,000 GC with over 120 live dealer tables. It also falls behind SpeedSweeps and SweepsRoyal in game count, with only about 200 titles in its lobby.

Where Tang Luck stands out is its accessibility. Unlike Wandando, SpeedSweeps, or SweepsRoyal, it has dedicated apps for both Android and iPhone players, making it more convenient, especially for mobile gamers.

Having both iOS and Android apps also makes it easier to jump in compared to sites that still don’t bother with mobile.

But there are things that drag it down. The welcome bonus is tiny, the 5% redemption fee is hard to ignore, and the lack of a desktop site makes PC play feel cramped. I also didn’t like that safety tools were tucked away behind support, as this shouldn’t be a thing anymore.

The good news is that the basics work well, payments are smooth, navigation is easy, and the app doesn’t take long to get used to. If they could be more transparent, add some modern touches to their design, and get rid of that redemption fee, I see decent potential here.
