Though while all three of their sweepstakes sites have each seen their own successes, very little is actually known about the parent company behind them. For that reason, we decided to send out our research team to uncover everything they could find about UTech Solutions. And below, you can read our findings.

Information regarding UTech Solutions is incredibly scarce. From their Better Business Bureau page, we know that the business started on the 20th May, 2024, and that one of their employees is Mr Scott Seedall.

But that’s about all we know. They do have a site — however, there’s very little information on it other than a timer that is counting up and what looks to be a breakdown of the fields their employees work in.

There is a contact form. Though despite reaching out to them, we haven’t heard back.

Is UTech Solutions Trustworthy?

Truth be told, whenever there is so little information about a new company, I’m always a little skeptical. However, in the case of UTech Solutions, there doesn’t appear to be any major red flags. They’re a US-based company. And from going through their terms & conditions, they seem to be following all of the relevant laws that govern sweepstakes promotions.

Looking at user reviews, their social casinos’ average scores range from 3 – 3.5 out of 5, which is not ideal. But all the feedback points seem real, and there isn’t anything really alarming.

Personally, I would like to see them develop a responsible gaming policy. But that’s more of just a personal preference. And truth be told, for the little over a year that they’ve been operating, they’ve mostly been doing things well and have been operating above board.

Of course, that’s not to say they’re without their controversies. And in the next section, we’ll be going over some of the issues that UTech Solutions has faced since launching.

UTech Solutions Scandals, Lawsuits and Controversies

While UTech Solutions has managed to avoid lawsuits, their Better Business Bureau has a couple of complaints — many of which have gone unanswered. Players complain about having their accounts shut down after scoring big wins, while other players complain about deceptive terms & conditions that limit redemptions from free play to $25.

And it’s that second complaint that has been aired by a lot of players. As while this clause is stated in their terms & conditions, it’s buried pretty deep — and given that this essentially means that the biggest of payouts can only be won by players willing to make real money purchases, I could see this leading to a lawsuit in the future.

Of course, with all that being said, it’s important to note that these complaints come from only a small minority of their player base. And for the most part, most of their users are satisfied.
