JackpotRabbit Sweepstakes Casino Review
JackpotRabbit is UTech Solutions’ first sweepstakes casino, launched in 2024, at a time when it seemed like dozens of other platforms were entering the market every month. The company was not a known player then, but it has since launched several more brands, all following a format similar to the one set out by JackpotRabbit.
The casino started small with a few hundred releases, and now has a library of 2,000+ slots, jackpots, fish games, table games, and live casino titles coming from top-rated providers like BGaming, Betsoft, ICONIC21, and Tom Horn Gaming.
It’s available in 30+ states, where residents can redeem the casino’s Super Coins (SC) for real cash and gift cards. Keep reading for the brand’s highs and lows – there are some notable ones.
Pros
- A long list of free promotions with SC
- 2,000 slots, jackpots, fish, table, and live games
- Solid no deposit bonus with 3 SC
- Instant live chat support
- Games from 24 providers, including elite brands like BGaming and Betsoft
Cons
- Redemptions from SC obtained through free promotions limited to 25 SC
- Bonus funds can ‘infect’ bought coins and lead to same restriction
- Daily redemption limits based on total purchases
- Conflicting information throughout the site
- Very similar to sister sites
JackpotRabbit is UTech Solutions’ first sweepstakes casino and has become a heavy hitter in terms of games. It has a long list of promos, but a few quirks make them less worthwhile. It’s primarily made for casual players and those willing to purchase coins, as only SC obtained from purchased packages can be redeemed in larger amounts over time.
Legal States
The legal age on JackpotRabbit is 21, and the site is fully available in 35 states. To avoid listing all supported states, here’s the list of the restricted ones:
- California (GC play supported)
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Idaho
- Louisiana
- Michigan
- Montana
- Nevada
- New Jersey
- New York
- Rhode Island
- Tennessee
- Washington
- West Virginia
- Wyoming
How JackpotRabbit Social Casino Works
JackpotRabbit works like most other sweepstakes casinos. It’s designed for entertainment and is entirely free, with in-app purchases optional. It operates on a dual currency mode, both of which are virtual, yet one is redeemable for real prizes:
- Game Coins (GC): Virtual currency for entertainment purposes only. You can buy more of it through coin packages or obtain it through free promotions. When you’re in the Game Coins Zone, you use GC to play games, and you can win GC only. You can’t take GC off-site or exchange it for anything else.
- Super Coins (SC): Virtual currency made for playing and redemption. You can only get them for free through promotions and as gifts in coin packages. When you’re in the Super Coins Zone, you use SC to play games, and you can win SC only. You can redeem played SC for actual prizes, specifically cash and gift cards.
This distinction, along with the fact that purchases are optional, is what makes this model legal in most US states.
JackpotRabbit Bonuses
JackpotRabbit offers 125,000 GC for registering, but once you complete all the remaining registration and verification steps, you’ll get an additional 50,000 GC and 3 SC, giving you a total of 175,000 GC and 3 SC just for signing up. It’s not advertised from the get-go, but you’ll learn about it quickly after you join. Here’s a breakdown of the steps needed:
- 125,000 GC for registering on the site
- 10,000 GC + 1 SC for verifying your email
- 25,000 GC + 1 SC for verifying your phone number
- 15,000 GC + 1 SC for completing your profile
After that, you get access to a special offer that serves as the JackpotRabbit welcome deal: 375,000 GC + 31.50 SC for $29.99 instead of $31.50. It says it offers 125% extra, but that doesn’t seem to refer to the SC part as you’d expect, but to the GC part, even though it takes some serious math to get to that result, and I won’t bore you with it.
To add to the confusion, I also received a pop-up several times to get a cheaper 1st purchase offer with 400,000 GC and 30 Free Plays (JackpotRabbit’s version of free spins in select slot games), where the max win is 5 SC. It was priced at only $1.99, so keep an eye out for it if the contents look good to you. On another day, I got a pop-up for yet another discounted package: 420,000 GC + 24 SC for $11.99. This is actually decent, as it provides 100% extra SC. So, you might need to wait a bit if you plan on making a purchase here.
Bonuses Review
| No Deposit Bonus | 175,000 GC + 3 SC |
| Promo Code | Not needed |
| First Purchase Bonus | Up to 100% extra SC |

Even though the no deposit bonus and the 1st purchase offer can be claimed only once, JackpotRabbit has a bunch of additional promotions you can take advantage of repeatedly:
- Daily Login Bonus: Claim Free Plays every day consecutively to get a total of 47 Free Plays.
- Wheel of Fortune: Spin the wheel every day to win an SC or GC + SC prize. The biggest SC prize is 5 SC.
- Daily PlayBack: Get a portion of your played GC and SC back as a daily reward. SC from promotions doesn’t count. The max daily playback is 100,000 GC and 100 SC.
- Piggy Bank: A portion of the SC you play with or get from purchases goes to the Piggy Bank. It can fill up to 30 SC, and once the timer ends, you can break it and take the rewards.
- Scratch Cards: All SC from purchased packages go towards scratch cards with rewards, which you unlock once you reach a certain amount. Collecting 50 SC unlocks the smallest card with 250,000 GC and 25 SC.
- Tournaments/Prize Drops: These are regular contests that let you win a portion of a prize pool that goes over 400 SC just by playing in specific games.
- Referral Bonus: Every referral that buys packages worth $29.99 or higher will get you a 500,000 GC + 20 SC reward. The referral also gets 400,000 GC + 5 SC.
Promotions & Bonus Assessment
JackpotRabbit Casino-Style Games
JackpotRabbit is home to 2,000+ casino-style games, which is among the bigger libraries out there. Most of these are slots, but there’s a decent number of jackpots, fish games, table games, and live casino releases. There are no crash games, specialty titles, or video poker.
The games come from 24 providers, a decent number, and one containing several top-rated names. This includes BGaming, Betsoft, Evoplay, Booming Games, Tom Horn Gaming, and ICONIC21, which provides most of the live casino games to JackpotRabbit. However, fan-favorite brands like Hacksaw Gaming, Games Global, and 3 Oaks are not available.
The library is relatively easy to navigate, offering multiple categories and sections for each provider. All games are available from the get-go, as JackpotRabbit isn’t one of those sweepstakes casinos that lock certain games for SC play only.
I like that, when you open a game, a pop-up appears where you can choose the coins you’ll use, and you see the play range with the max win for each.

Bear in mind that all games require you to use one or the other coin type. There are no separate demo versions, but GC mode covers free entertainment play, and Free Plays are frequently available through promotions. You even get them daily by showing up.
I’ve found that most game RTPs average between 92 – 94%, which is quite low. On the other hand, the play ranges are quite broad. I’ve seen games with minimum play amounts as low as 0.05 SC and maximum play amounts as high as 50 SC. In live games, maximums go to 1,000 SC or above, with some VIP tables having 5,000 SC limits.
Slots make up the largest portion of the available games, with over 2,000. You’ll find Bonus Combo, Hold ‘n’ Win, Bonus Buy, jackpot, classic, and regular video slots in the mix. Here are some of the more interesting games I’ve found at JackpotRabbit with decent RTPs and large max wins:
- Jackpot Rabbit: Bingo Bounty: An exclusive slot with a 0.2–40 SC play range and multiple bonus features, including a bingo-inspired one. The RTP is high, at 96.34%.
- Elvis Frog Trueways: A BGaming slot with six reels, high volatility, 262,144 winlines, and a max win of 10,000x.
- Bonanza Billion: A high volatility BGaming slot with a cascading feature and a free spins round with multipliers.
- Super Ace: A card-themed video slot with a 5×4 grid and 1,024 ways to win. It has cascading reels and even multipliers. The max win in this JILI Games release is 100,000 SC.
JackpotRabbit has around 40 games in its Fishing category, and most of them are platform and shooting-based casino games we know as fish games. Most come from AceWin, NetGame, and JILI.
JackpotRabbit has a decent library of 47+ RNG tables and live casino games. Most of these are blackjack and roulette games, but there are others like baccarat, poker, craps, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Top Card, and Andar Bahar. This is good diversity for such a small collection.

JackpotRabbit Banking
JackpotRabbit lets you purchase GC packages and redeem SC. For purchases, the minimum is $4.99, but I’ve seen random pop-ups for packages priced at only $1.99.
You can use PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard to make a purchase, even though the homepage also suggests Discover and Apple Pay. My guess is that availability may vary by state.
Minimum redemption is 25 SC for gift cards through Prizeout, and 100 SC for cash redemptions via ACH and AptPay (Push-to-Card).
Payment Options Review
| JackpotRabbit Banking | Purchases | Redemptions | Average Redemption Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | Yes | No | N/A |
| Mastercard | Yes | No | N/A |
| PayPal | Yes | No | N/A |
| ACH Bank Transfer | No | Yes | Processed within 24h + up to 10 business days |
| AptPay (Push-to-Card) | No | Yes | Processed within 24h + up to 3 business days |
| Prizeout Gift Cards | No | Yes | Processed within 24h + up to 24 hours |
Buying is relatively easy on JackpotRabbit. You just need to choose the payment method, input the details, and complete the payment. The package is awarded almost instantly.
Redemptions are locked until you make a purchase and verify. Then you can pick one of the available methods and enter the required details. You need to have enough redeemable SC for each option (100 SC for cash or 25 SC for gift cards), i.e., SC you’ve played in games at least once.
Bear in mind that JackpotRabbit has redemption tiers, i.e., limits to how much you can redeem in a day, and the amount is based on how much you’ve spent on the site. Here’s the breakdown I’ve received from a customer support agent:
- Tier 1 (less than $100 spent): Up to $100 in daily redemptions
- Tier 2 ($100–$300 spent): Up to $250 in daily redemptions
- Tier 3 ($300–$500 spent): Up to $500 in daily redemptions
- Tier 4 (more than $500 spent): Up to $1,000 in daily redemptions
As for the speeds, the casino processes all requests within 24 hours. Then, you’ll need to wait for the funds to reach your chosen method: up to 24 hours for gift cards, up to 3 workdays for AptPay, and up to 10 workdays for ACH.
| Cost | Game Coins | Super Coins |
|---|---|---|
| $4.99 | 50,000 | 5 |
| $9.99 | 100,000 | 10 |
| $11.99 | 120,000 | 12 |
| $19.99 | 500,000 | 55 Free Plays (0.4 SC each) |
| $29.99 | 300,000 | 30 |
| $49.99 | 500,000 | 50 |
| $99.99 | 1,000,000 | 100 |
| $149.99 | 1,500,000 | 150 |
| $199.99 | 2,000,000 | 200 |
| $299.99 | 3,000,000 | 300 |
| $499.99 | 5,000,000 | 500 |
All packages on JackpotRabbit provide SC, except for the $19.99 one that offers Free Plays, which is effectively the same, as each Free Play is worth 0.4 SC. Moreover, JackpotRabbit usually features discounted deals in the store and via pop-ups, so these would be worth it if there wasn’t that bonus SC redemption limit.

Is JackpotRabbit Casino Legit?
JackpotRabbit is structured as a sweepstakes/social casino and is available in the 30+ states where its terms allow access. It doesn’t list a gaming license, which is common for sweepstakes casinos, but it does publish operator details, age restrictions, KYC requirements, and restricted-state rules.
The important part is that it comes from a reputable company with publicly available information and offers games from regulated providers.
Besides the few discrepancies in information throughout the site, I haven’t seen anything that points towards a bad casino operator. The site is properly secured and adheres to sweepstakes rules. At the same time, it requires verification before allowing redemptions, something that every legit sweepstakes casino must do. Players also seem to enjoy JackpotRabbit, if Trustpilot ratings are something you generally trust.

JackpotRabbit doesn’t have a responsible gaming page, and there are no tools you can use on your own in the account area or somewhere else on the site. However, a customer support agent told me I can set activity reminders, daily purchase limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion by requesting them in the chat.

JackpotRabbit Customer Support
JackpotRabbit primarily offers support via live chat, which appears to be available 24/7, though this isn’t mentioned. You can also get assistance via email by sending one to support@jackpotrabbit.com.
There’s no Help Center or FAQ area, which is a bummer, as you’ll need to contact the agents every time you need to ask about the site’s function or sift through the terms. There’s some info here and there, and the site’s currencies are explained, but that’s it.

JackpotRabbit Casino UX
JackpotRabbit’s design is very modern, and I appreciate that they chose darker colors that are easier on the eyes. There are more than enough visuals and animations from game icons to keep the site from feeling dull.
Moreover, navigation is very easy. The game library is neatly organized, and the hamburger icon at the top opens the menu with all the necessary links. The coin modes are easy to switch, and the side button for available promotions is a nice add-on that makes it easy to see what’s available at all times. Plus, the number tells you exactly how many promos are active.
The site works well on both desktop and mobile, and there’s an iOS app listed by UTech Solutions LLC on the App Store, though no app is advertised on the site itself. There is no Android app on the Play Store or otherwise, but Android users can still use the mobile-optimized website.

JackpotRabbit Sister Sites
JackpotRabbit is a UTech Solutions sweepstakes casino, a company that also operates several new social brands we’ve reviewed here at SweepsKings. All of them have the same basic layout and offerings. These sites are Scarlet Sands, SweepShark, Mr.Goodwin, VegasWay, Playtana, Sweepico, FireSevens, and DexyPlay.
All of these UTech Solutions sweepstakes casinos remind me of A1 Development sites, which have a similar interface, promos, games, and sweepstakes rules.
I don’t believe the two companies are related, but they do share the same Wyoming registration, office address, organizer (Scott Seedall), and registered agent (Alpine Company Services LLC).
In any case, below we have listed all JackpotRabbit sister sites, operating under UTech Solutions LLC.

How It Stacks Up
JackpotRabbit doesn’t fully compare to heavy hitters like Stake.us, but it does have a large number of games and a decent set of providers, though improvements are needed. It stacks well against most others on the market, including its sister brands, although they are all pretty much the same. A1 Development casinos are often slightly better, especially in terms of mobile gaming.
Our Experts Verdict
JackpotRabbit is a legitimate sweepstakes casino from UTech Solutions that offers a large library with over 2,000 games from multiple top-rated providers, and a long list of promotions that give out free SC. The no deposit bonus is also solid, giving you as much as 3 SC.
Unfortunately, redemptions from SC obtained via free promos are limited to 25 SC in total, which is a significant downside, and the fact that redemption limits are based on the amount purchased is not good either.
Regardless, JackpotRabbit is a decent operator with a lot to offer. So, if you’re in it for the games and are not overly keen on redemptions from free SC, you’re in for a good time. But if you want to have a lot to redeem without making purchases, look elsewhere.
