SweepsKings Blacklists The Money Factory Over Payout Delays

Once in a while we have to pull out our blacklist and add another casino so that our readers know to avoid it.

Unfortunately, this is now the case at The Money Factory, a sweepstakes casino we did originally review well after the site’s launch in 2024. However, since then, things have gone downhill.

The main issue is the length of time The Money Factory takes to make customer payouts, and, relatedly, the way staff handle customer complaints over the long wait.

The site changed its policy a few months ago, and now customer service agents are well known to say payouts can take up to 90 days (essentially unheard of in the world of sweeps), as well as making continuing excuses as to why payments aren’t being pushed.

The Money Factory Showed Early Promise

Our original review, posted in August 2024, noted that the site had “top game providers like Hacksaw and Red Tiger, 24/7 customer service, e-wallets in addition to standard banking options, and more.” We said it could be a “serious contender” in the world of sweeps, and for a while things were great, with payouts hitting accounts in around 4 days, which is not too far from the average for a sweeps casino.

Backed by a library of 1,000+ games across slots, live casino, instant win, and more, the site looked like a genuinely strong offering.

A Change of Policies: 90 Days Internal Payment Processing

However, as The Money Factory’s player base grew, its payout timelines began to shift in the wrong direction.

What started as a reasonable timeframe moved to a maximum of 30 days, already far longer than most rivals. Then, more recently, it extended to 90 days, which is, frankly, completely unacceptable.

Worse still, some players report waiting beyond that timeframe, basically never receiving their Sweeps Coins redemption. It’s obvious that this defeats the entire purpose of playing at a sweepstakes casino for many, and there are plenty of loud voices of frustration online around the lack of clear and consistent communication from customer support.

However, it seems some players are still signing up at The Money Factory and ultimately discovering the same issues as everyone else – that’s why we’ve moved this site onto our blacklist.

Sister Site and Backend Provider

The operator, The Money Factory LLC, has also launched a sister site, Spinzta – given the problems shown above, we cannot recommend either platform right now.

Both sites seem to share similarities with other sweepstakes casinos built on backend providers such as Gammastack too, and the recurring complaints mean players should proceed with caution at Gammasweep-backed casinos (CoinFrenzy appears to be the latest one).

The Money Factory Must Drastically Improve

For now, The Money Factory has been added to the SweepsKings blacklist, the review score adjusted to 49.3/100, and we strongly advise players to proceed with caution.

That being said, this situation isn’t irreversible. If operator, The Money Factory LLC can resolve the payout delays and show a stronger commitment to players, we will update our review score.

However, at SweepsKings, our priority has always been the player experience, not affiliate relationships or promotions. While The Money Factory has been featured on various top lists online, our demand remains simple: casinos must deliver on their promises. So until positive changes are made, this is one site we can no longer recommend.
