CoinFrenzy Sweepstakes Casino Review

I’m always up for reviewing new sweepstakes casinos that experiment with unconventional features, but different isn’t always good.
I really dove deep for this CoinFrenzy review and, in a nutshell, it’s not looking good. You get to play over 1,500 games from 20+ providers with a subpar no purchase bonus of 10,000 GC + 1 SC.
That’s all fine and dandy but Sweeps Coins here have a 50-time playthrough, which I’m sorry is just crazy. Banking is vaguely explained in the T&Cs, no live agents are available, and no information is available regarding the operator, CoinFrenzy LLC. It’s red flags galore, so let’s take it from the top.
Pros
- More than 1,500 games
- Two daily bonuses
- Massive referral rewards, albeit with a high purchase requirement for referrals
- Good optimization for mobile with touch-sensitive controls
Cons
- 50x SC play-through condition
- No live support agents, support email not working
- Vague banking terms with no mention of minimum SC redemptions or timeframes
- The operator’s name isn’t listed in the Terms but does appear in the Privacy Policy
- VIP promotions require extensive SC playing to unlock any meaningful rewards
Absurdly high SC playthrough conditions, bite-sized promotions, and poor navigation are just some of the many reasons why I’ll say this upfront – this sweepstakes casino isn’t worth your time. It has a solid library of 1,500 games, some of its promos are decent, but it all falls apart when a 50x playthrough requirement stands between you and prize redemptions.
Legal States

According to CoinFrenzy’s Terms, Clause 3, all individuals who are at least 18 years old and physically present in any of the 50 US states can register a free account and play for prizes. This is highly unusual, to say the least, especially since sweepstakes casinos are now outright banned in several states.
How CoinFrenzy Social Casino Works

CoinFrenzy is based on the traditional sweepstakes gaming model with two virtual currencies instead of cash. Gold Coins (GC) are non-reedemable tokens used for entertainment, while Sweeps Coins (SC) are meant for promotional play.
Purchases are not required, but players who want can use real money to buy Gold Coin packages and receive some Sweeps Coins for free.
The casino’s Terms haven’t disclosed anything resembling a minimum redemption limit, but the Sweeps Rules state that Bonus Coins must be played at least 50 times. On top of that, there are a few other rules that resemble offshore gambling sites more than sweepstakes gaming, such as that you must keep your plays at or below 5 SC, and that bonuses expire after 7 days.
CoinFrenzy Casino Bonuses

I entered my email address and used the OTP code to sign up for a free account. After I had completed my profile, I received a 10,000 Gold Coins + 1 SC no deposit bonus. Nothing special, but at least one whole SC is included in the mix.
I looked around in the lobby and Promotions after that, and I couldn’t find any first purchase bonuses. Not a fan of that but let’s move on.
Bonuses Review
| No Deposit Bonus | 10,000 GC + 1 SC |
| Promo Code | None required |
| First Purchase Bonus | N/A |
| Daily Free Credits | 1,000 GC + 0.2 SC + Wheel |
| VIP Program | Yes |
| Mail-in Bonus | 100 GC + 1 SC |
| Referral Bonus | 25,000 GC + 25 SC per friend |
Soon after signing up, a pop-up window told me that my Daily Bonus of 1,000 GC + 0.2 SC was ready. It’s by no means a large login reward, but it appears that you can claim it multiple times a day whenever the timer is up. Also, you can claim this deal the moment you join the site.

After a bit of gaming, I noticed the Spin Wheel button on the sidebar and gave it a whirl. I got 100 GC + 0.25 SC from it and was made aware that I could spin again in 24 hours. The main prize offers 800 GC + 8 SC – great for promotional play, no doubt about it.

My next stop was the Alternative Method of Entry promo. To my surprise, I learned that CoinFrenzy awards not only 1 free SC per approved envelope, but also 100 Gold Coins. Regardless of how small the amounts are, the sheer fact that both virtual currencies are included is a step away from the SC-only norm.
However, there’s a downer here: you can only claim this promo if your SC balance is 0.2 or lower. This makes it closer to a refill promo than a standard AMOE bonus.

While the earlier offers didn’t impress me much, CoinFrenzy Casino’s loyalty club did the opposite. It has eight tiers with largely the same types of bonuses, including weekly boosters, tier-up rewards, prioritized support, and what’s labeled as a Dedicated Telegram Channel. I couldn’t get in without an invitation, so I assume that Silver and higher ranks get invited after leveling up.
The main downside of this VIP program is that Gold Coin plays don’t count. Experience Points are accumulated by playing with SCs in the promotional mode, and after a few spins, I deduced that 1 SC = 1 XP point.

CoinFrenzy Casino-Style Games

CoinFrenzy has over 1,500 games in its library. Beyond casino-style slots, the portfolio also includes live social casino games, scratchcards, crash games, and automated tables for blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and poker titles.
One of the announcements in the lobby mentions CoinFrenzy exclusives, but this seems to be a planned rather than implemented feature. On a side note, the category where Nolimit City’s slots are supposed to be housed is also empty at the moment.

I initially assumed the site has barely over a hundred games, because if you tap “View All” on any category, you’ll see only 6 rows of random games, followed by a message “All Games Loaded.”
I tapped Provider filters one by one and discovered that Betsoft (190+), CT Interactive (160+), Mascot (140+), and Hacksaw (110+) supply the platform with over a hundred titles each, while other studios power CoinFrenzy with several dozen games.
Lobby cards look alright but only let you add a game to your favorites with the little heart icon.

Over a thousand out of 1,500+ games from CoinFrenzy’s catalog are slot games, covering popular genres like Hold & Win, video slots, bonus buys, jackpots, and many others.
I’ve been following the adventures of Hacksaw’s mischievous Smokey the Raccoon from Le Bandit and couldn’t miss that the entire franchise is featured at this site. One of the latest versions, Le King, intrigued me more than its prequels because it comes with 4 jackpots, offering a top prize of up to 20,000x.
You can play dozens of other Hacksaw Gaming flagships, such as Duel at Dawn, Chaos Crew 3, Deal with Death, and Dark Spiral. I didn’t see the newest games like SixSixSix or Pray for Three, but I hope they’re on their way.

While Le King is essentially a jackpot slot, there are plenty of others you can choose from at CoinFrenzy. OctoPlay’s Candyland Jackpots, 3 Rail Express Hold & Win, and Jackpot District: City of Fortune are just some of the hits I had ample fun with.
If you love your jackpots packed with bonus features, you may like Playson’s flagships like Pink Joker: Hold and Win, 4 Supercharged Clovers, and 3 Pots Riches: Hold and Win.

Although the site doesn’t have a dedicated table gaming (single-player) lobby, you can choose from dozens of classic and more advanced versions of blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and video poker.
Out of all card games, American Blackjack multi-seat is easily my favorite. It’s a standard race to 21 points, where you can play up to 3 hands simultaneously. More specialized versions, such as Perfect Pairs Blackjack Multihand, Single Deck Blackjack, and Cricket Premier Blackjack, are also available.

I wished at least one variant of French Roulette was available (En Prison and La Partage rules saved me from random zeros more times than I can count), but Mascot’s European Roulette is a solid replacement. There are no time limits in any RNG roulette games, although the variety is limited to basic versions like Zoom Roulette, Auto Claw Roulette, and Double Roulette.

RNG Baccarat games are mainly represented by Hacksaw’s Dare2Win Baccarat – a highly configurable table game where you back either the Player’s hand for 2x or the Banker’s hand for 1.95x (Ties offer a 9x multiplier). Unfortunately, No Commission variants aren’t available.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of streams and the diversity of CoinFrenzy’s live social casino games.
Over 60 titles are available, including live Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo, and numerous game shows like Crazy Time, Marble Race, Mega Ball, and Dream Catcher.
It’s a shame that the Live Dealers lobby displays only a fraction of these games, but you can find more if you tap Evolution Gaming and ICONIC21 icons at the bottom of the lobby (or use Provider filters in the top right).

There are a few dozen instant-win games to check out at CoinFrenzy. I like how they added multiple Plinko variants, plus Limbo and Mines. If you’re into scratchies, don’t miss Hacksaw’s Break the Ice. Finally, the site has a few originals powered by Gammastack – Keno, Cross, Plinko, etc.
Games Assessment
CoinFrenzy Banking

According to the T&Cs, no purchases are necessary to play games at CoinFrenzy. Standard credit and debit cards like Visa and Mastercard are available as purchase methods, but that’s it.
The T&Cs also hint at something similar to a closed-loop policy, which means that the operator may require you to use the same method you’ve used to buy GC packs as redemption methods.

I couldn’t verify whether redemptions are real due to one simple, yet impassable roadblock – 50x playthrough requirement on Sweeps Coins, which is easily the biggest red flag I spotted in my CoinFrenzy tests. If you Google-search sweepstakes casino right now and pick any other site, the odds are that you’ll land on a platform where playthrough is between 1x and 3x.
Payment Options Review
| CoinFrenzy Banking | Purchases | Redemptions | Average Redemption Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | Yes, up to $9,000 daily | Unverified | N/A |
| Mastercard | Yes, up to $9,000 daily | Unverified | N/A |
If you wish to make a purchase you can choose between seven Gold Coin bundles, priced from $10 to $1,000. The wallet is easy to reach from the top menu and the site has a purchase limit of $9,000 daily (while redemption caps haven’t been disclosed).
Purchases become available once you’ve completed your profile, while redemptions require full KYC verification with identity, location, and payment ownership proof.
| Cost | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
| $10 | 1,000 | 10 |
| $25 | 2,500 | 25 |
| $50 | 5,000 | 50 |
| $100 | 10,000 | 100 |
| $250 | 25,000 | 250 |
| $500 | 50,000 | 500 |
| $1,000 | 100,000 | 1,000 |
I’d like to draw your attention to the number of GCs each package features. While the industry’s standard is about 10,000 GC + 1 free SC per $1 spent (some sites offer even more value), CoinFrenzy only gives you 100 Gold Coins and 1 free SC per dollar. There appear to be no special deals or discounts, even for new members.
Payments Assessment
Is CoinFrenzy Casino Legit?

This casino didn’t name its operator in its T&Cs and has difficult bonus rules (worse even than real-money offshore casinos). These are the main reasons why I can’t consider CoinFrenzy a legit sweeps casino site.
Still, this place does have a few elements commonly found at trustworthy platforms. For one, it has sourced its games from reputable providers like BTG, Hacksaw, and ICONIC21.
There are a few bonuses available, so purchases truly are unnecessary to play. Winning cash prizes, however, is difficult with the 50-time playthrough, maximum 5 SC spin cap, and various other constraints.

If you visit the Responsible Gaming section in your Profile, you’ll be able to begin a self-exclusion process, which may last 24 hours, 1 week, 1-6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely.
The shorter timeframes are comparable to the standard “Take a Break” feature. If you wish to use purchase limits, play limits, or session limits, you must contact CoinFrenzy Casino’s customer support at support@coinfrenzy.com, which is a dead email, but more on that in a second.

CoinFrenzy Customer Support

Instant help is available through the automated chatbot, and that’s about it, unfortunately. You can’t talk to human support agents immediately, but you’ll be told that you can send them messages at support@coinfrenzy.com. Well, this email address is not found, so that’s the end of that.

I saw no shortcuts for the Help Center, but if you use the chatbot, it will eventually give you a link to the helpdesk article that’s most relevant to your query.

The ticketing system is accessible by tapping the “Submit a Request” button at the top right of the help desk. I never received a reply to my inquiry, even after a week.

CoinFrenzy Casino UX

The black-and-yellow interface of CoinFrenzy is among the few features I actually liked. Even though it’s not unique per se, it’s packed with plenty of filters, comes with a standard-issue sidebar, has a built-in Search tool that recognizes partial keywords, and loads fast on both desktop and mobile devices.
There’s no native app for iOS or Android, but I had no issues launching CoinFrenzy on my phone. The UI looks a bit different; the settings menu, Coin Shop, balance, and several other features are moved to the bottom bar for easier access, while all other features look and function the same as on desktop.
As for the aesthetics, CoinFrenzy appears to have a Fox-like mascot, which appears on most of the promo reels in the lobby. The logo looks neat, with a red spade and a clean cursive font, and the black-on-brown theme can be good for nighttime playing.

CoinFrenzy Sister Sites
I couldn’t find CoinFrenzy LLC in any online registry, but I’m fairly sure this is the only site they’re currently running. The word about sweepstakes casinos with unfair bonus rules spreads like wildfire, so unless the operator is behind any casinos on our blacklists, CoinFrenzy is its only project.
Comparison
| Sites Like CoinFrenzy | Games | Welcome Bonus | Apps | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CoinFrenzy | 1,500+ | 10,000 GC + 1 SC | No | Not recommended |

| VegasWay | 800+ | 350,000 GC + 1 SC | No | Diverse promotions |
How It Stacks Up
CoinFrenzy isn’t comparable to any legit sweepstakes casinos due to its excessively high SC redemption requirements. The vast majority of respected platforms keep playthrough terms at 1x, while the terms at only a handful of sites go as “high” as 2-3x.
From a technical standpoint, the only thing CoinFrenzy has going its way is its library of 1,500+ games, which are fair and use real, truly random RNGs. Other than that, its bonuses are small, its VIP program is nowhere near budget-friendly, and its customer support has ample room for improvement.
Our Experts Verdict
We at SweepsKings do not recommend CoinFrenzy. Making this decision unanimously was both fair and easy since the site’s bonus rules are all but that. From the operator’s name being buried in the Privacy Policy (and deftly omitted everywhere else) to the unfair play-through, we believe that any player looking for cash prizes won’t have a pleasurable experience.
Instead, feel free to explore our guides, reviews, and news articles to stay informed about legitimate sweepstakes casinos that offer not only fair, but much larger promotions, more diverse gaming libraries, responsive customer care, and everything else where CoinFrenzy fails to impress, from fast banking to mobile apps and beyond.
