7Sweep Social Casino Preview

Luckysweep Digital Services Ltd is a new name in the constellation of sweepstakes casino operators. We’re making a note of it because its first casino has more than a few interesting characteristics. The brand name is 7Sweep and at the moment it is at an advanced degree of completion.

I was able to access 7Sweep’s game library, see the providers, some of the promotions, and parts of the user dashboard. The platform is equipped with all the elements that tend to be included in legit sweepstakes casinos, so we’re looking forward to reviewing the final product.

How 7Sweep Will Likely Work

The casino is neither ambiguous nor secretive about its model. Subscribers will be able to get free coins from 7Sweep promotions, but can also make optional purchases of Gold Coins and get bonus Sweeps Coins as part of most offers.

Sweeps Coins won from direct gameplay can be redeemed for cash at the standard ratio of 1:1. Sweeps Coins obtained from bonuses will be subject to 1x playthrough.

I didn’t find any restrictions for the playthrough requirement regarding games and providers, meaning, all 1,500+ casino games are available for use of bonus SCs.

With this in mind, 7Sweep appears to be keeping in line with the standard rules of sweepstakes casino gaming.

7Sweep Bonuses

Our team managed to get an early view into 7Sweep’s no deposit bonus. Players can get a total of 50,000 Gold Coins for verifying their email and number. 2 free Sweeps Coins are provided for promotional play.

At the moment, the operator doesn’t have precise details on first-purchase discounts, but players can definitely expect select coin bundles on sale. There are a few other 7Sweep bonuses and promotions that you can find out below.

7Sweep Casino-Style Games

As it was noted up top, the operator stepped up no bluff as far as its partner providers are concerned. There are over 10 studios in total, supplying more than 1,500 casino games.

Based on our early look into the platform, there appears to be a “favorite” provider in CP Games. Some of its slots are listed as Exclusive, however, at this point I can’t say if there are any extras or truly exclusive games.

7Sweep Casino doesn’t have progressive jackpots, but some of the games are definitely jackpot material. Case in point are certain games by Nolimit City, whose max win potential can be higher than 50,000x: Mental, Serial, Misery Mining, etc.

In fact, said provider is one of the main reasons why seasoned players might want to join 7Sweep, as there are no less than 134 games from its catalog. Other noteworthy providers are Betsoft, 3 Oaks, and Playson.

Unfortunately, at the moment of writing this sneak-peak review of 7Sweep, the operator has made no mention of live casino games. Even though ICONIC21 is part of the roster, the casino is offering its slots and arcades only.

Although I couldn’t get details on specific payment methods, I can make the safe assumption that 7Sweep is going to offer Visa and Mastercard payments in the least.

One important detail suggests there could be direct to debt card redemptions: Northbridge US Payment Services is noted as the payment processor. The company checks out as a provider of in-person retail, e-commerce, and mobile processors.

As for Sweeps Coins redemption minimums, 7Sweep has included the figure of $50 on its Sweeps Rules page. As noted, this is half of the industry’s standard $100 minimum redemption.

My reading of it is that 7Sweep is positioning itself for a low start, by attracting players who want to taste their winnings sooner than later. This should make it more competitive against established casinos.

One of the details I found out that doesn’t seem plausible, nor isn’t thoroughly impossible either, is the unbelievably high daily redemption limit. 7Sweep’s legal pages point to $10,000 per day, except Florida with the usual $5,000 limit for aggregate winnings across the platform.

We will have definitive numbers on the above, but at the moment, these are the figures originating from the operator itself.

Is 7Sweep Casino Legit?

The company at hand is transparent with its address and location. Luckyswep Digital is located on the island of Cyprus, which is a country in the EU. US sweepstakes casinos need to be registered as a legal entity here as well, but I can’t find a US address. This doesn’t mean there isn’t one or maybe it’s too early to list it in one of the legal pages.

Speaking of the latter, in addition to a full-blown T&Cs page, 7Sweep has a privacy policy, sweepstakes rules, and a responsible gameplay policy. The latter offers guidelines to safe and responsible gaming, while the platform itself incorporates hands-on tools for putting limits on gameplay, spending and the option to request time-out.

My familiarity of iGaming providers points to legit companies that are licensed and open to RNG (Random Number Generator) audits from regulators. This should give players the confidence that the games on 7Sweep Casino aren’t tampered with. We will make a final assessment on this matter in our complete 7Sweep review.

7Sweep Customer Support

I made a few successful attempts to get in touch with the casino’s help desk via its direct chat client and via email. Response times were varied. On one occasion I waited less than 5 minutes. The other time it took the agent more than a few hours to get back to me, which is kind of understandable considering 7Sweep is in its pre-launch phase.

The platform offers two FAQ pages. One informs the user how to play at a social casino. The other consists of Q&As on the chat client’s pre-set dialogs, how to contact the help desk, as well as a few other topics.

The fact that there is a live chat option, instead of only email, gives me the confidence that 7Sweep is on cue to provide good and fast customer support.

Based on first appearances, the casino is likely going for a simple layout and straightforward navigation.

Last but not least, 7Sweep has a lite desktop app that will be ready to download once the platform is launched. At the moment, there is no mention of an official 7Sweep mobile app, but we’ll inform our readers of any changes in due time.

How It Stacks Up

Our team doesn’t have first-hand experience with playing casino games at 7Sweep, so we can’t make any definitive conclusions. At face value, the operator appears to understand the sweepstakes casino concept. Even though there aren’t as many bonuses at the moment as are offered by Crown Coins or Mega Bonanza, players can rest assured they can get free daily coins from at least one 7Sweep bonus.

Our Experts Verdict

7Sweep has a few noteworthy characteristics. I’d mentioned its huge Nolimit City game library which includes high-potential games. Then there is the VIP program with potential coinback of up to 6%. Last but not least, if the $50 minimum redemption remains, it’ll put 7Sweep in a very limited grouping of casinos that let you redeem without having 100 or more Sweeps Coins in your account.

In summary, 7Sweep looks promising, but not thoroughly impressive due to the lack of live casino games and a rather limited number of providers. To note, KA Gaming covers close to half of the game catalog and this is precisely why we’d like to see a more diverse cast of providers.
