BigRoller Sweepstakes Casino Review

BigRoller launched quite recently in July 2026, and it’s making its mark on the sweeps industry with 3,300+ games. You can sign up and claim 10,000 GC + 1 free SC in addition to free login rewards every 6 hours. My favorite promo here is daily coinback, which goes up to 0.5% max.

The live chat support team is genuinely helpful as well, and you don’t need an account to speak with an agent. Unfortunately, it’s not all peaches and cream because your free SC may have up to 20x playthrough requirements. The site’s daily redemption limit is also restricted to 1,000 SC.

I played games, bought coins, and evaluated BigRoller’s UI to see how it works from the inside out. In this review, I’ll explain whether the platform is worth using from a player’s perspective.

BigRoller is legal to use in 33 US states, excluding the following locations: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia.

While the age requirement is usually 18+, players in Alabama, Nebraska, and Ohio must be 19+ years old to register at BigRoller. All players are prompted for their current browser or device location before they’re allowed to make a new account, making it impossible to sign up from a restricted state.

How BigRoller Social Casino Works

BigRoller is a run-of-the-mill sweepstakes casino that uses Gold Coins (GC) and Sweepstakes Coins (SC) for gameplay. You can get free GC and SC the moment you sign up and every day afterward. There’s no purchase necessary to play games and potentially redeem cash prizes.

GC is the currency you’ll use to have fun. You’ll need to spend SC on games if you want to take home prizes. You can buy GC, but SC isn’t for sale. Instead, it comes as a free bonus with most coin bundles.

All SC has 1x – 20x playthrough requirements depending on how it’s obtained. For example, the 30-Day New Player Check-In Bonus (more on this now) is subject to 3x wagering requirements.

BigRoller Bonuses

BigRoller gave me 10,000 GC and 1 free SC after I signed up. This bonus is on the lower end of average, but it’s better than the no deposit reward I’ve gotten from competing casinos like Bruno Reels. I was also able to claim any of 3 first purchase discounts for up to 50,000 GC, 25 SC, and 200 XP for $19.99.

Even though you’re not getting as much extra free SC as I’d hope for, the addition of bonus XP makes these packages worth buying if you’re looking to progress through the BigRoller VIP program.

Bonuses Review

BigRoller promises login rewards every 6 hours, but they don’t always include bonus SC. You can spin the wheel by clicking “Claim” on the left-side menu. Daily coinback is a more reliable way to collect free SC, based on your losses from the previous day.

VIP 1 players earn 0.25% on slots/fishing games and 0.15% on tables, while VIP 8 players claim 0.5% on slots/fishing and 0.2% on RNG tables. If you’re new, you can also earn rewards for 30 days in a row by making a qualifying purchase or spending a set amount of SC on certain BigRoller slots.

Completing all 30 tasks leaves you with a total of 98.19 free SC. This bonus is subject to a 3x playthrough requirement, which dampens the experience quite a bit. Delving a bit deeper into VIP rewards, they’re not fantastic beyond daily coinback.

You’ll get 1 XP for every SC you spend on games, and logging into your account daily gives you 5 additional XP. The site’s discounted bundles also come with XP, but regular purchases don’t. I was saddened to realize I’d have to collect 1,000 XP just to get 3 free SC as a level-up reward.

Monthly rewards open up once you reach VIP 2, but again, you have to spend at least 500 SC on gameplay before you can get 3 free SC as a bonus. Players wishing to max out the benefits here will need to earn 5,000,000 XP, spend $20,000 on coins, and wager 40,000 SC on games to collect a level-up bonus of 2,000 SC and a monthly reward of 200 SC. Not a great bargain.

Finally, customer support and the website say two completely different things about the referral bonus. Officially, you’ll collect 1 – 2,000 free SC for each person you invite (up to 2,000 people). In order for you to qualify, each friend needs to sign up and spend $100+ on purchases.

Support told me something else. Your friend only has to spend $20 before you earn 10 free SC, and they receive 5 free SC. They refused to elaborate further, so I’d stay away from the referral package if you choose to play at BigRoller Casino.

BigRoller has a stand-out collection of 3,000+ slots with RTP rates that feel genuinely fair. I did notice that BGaming titles were knocked down a point or two, but Gold Gold Gold from Booming Games comes with an unmodified 96% RTP.

Arcade games are also in abundant supply with everything from scratch cards and fishing titles to bingo and crash. RNG tables are less prominent with around 30 options to choose from, and live dealer options are nowhere to be found.

Even though there’s no way to play in “demo mode,” you can use GC to explore BigRoller’s games with no real commitment.

The banking options here are sparse: Apple Pay isn’t accepted on mobile, and you’re limited to using your credit/debit card for purchases. Redemptions are sent through ACH starting from 100 SC, and they usually take 3 – 5 days to reach your account.

Payment Options Review

Before I was able to make my first purchase here, I was required to fill out some personal info. This is colloquially referred to as “KYC” by the site, but you’ll still have to submit your ID before redeeming prizes for the first time.

I was asked to fill out my address and confirm the details I’d added during registration. After clicking “Continue to Purchase,” I reached the payment screen and entered my card number. From here, I authorized the transaction and got my coins right away.

Players are unable to complete the second part of ID verification until they’ve won at least 100 SC ($100). I personally didn’t reach the minimum, but chat support confirmed that you’ll need to send a photocopy of your ID and proof of address.

I can look past the 100 SC minimum, but it’s hard to ignore the daily redemption limit of 1,000 SC. Most sweeps casinos let you request 5,000 SC to 10,000 SC every 24 hours.

Is BigRoller Casino Legit?

BigRoller is a brand-new sweepstakes casino with no sister sites and no parent company that has an established reputation, so it’s hard to tell whether it’s legitimate. The site’s assortment of RNG-tested games, responsive support team, and strict geo-fencing protocol are green flags.

Maximum SC playthroughs and specific wagering stipulations for individual games/bonuses are stated clearly in the T&C’s, meaning that transparency clearly isn’t an issue for this platform. On that note, the company’s address is also visible.

Finally, BigRoller offers self-serve RSG tools and links to responsible gaming resources. I’d say it’s the real deal based on what I’m looking at right now, but only time will tell the entire story.

It’s nice to see free live chat support at BigRoller, and you won’t need to sign up for a new account before asking questions. I spoke with Katie and Harvey about the site’s no deposit bonus, daily reward system, payment methods, and expected prize redemption speeds.

Someone usually responds in 1 – 2 minutes, and it’s not a hassle to get connected with a live agent as I’ve experienced elsewhere. Email support is slower to reply, as I waited 24 hours to hear back from someone.

BigRoller’s UI is well-organized and easy to use, but it feels a bit cramped and has some minor flaws I’d like to see fixed. For starters, the bottom-row menu isn’t optimized for mobile, and the lowercase lettering for the homepage on the side menu looks amateur.

It’s odd that the daily bonus wheel has Chinese subtitles, and the bilingual setting doesn’t work that well. Switching from English to Spanish changes the menu language, but if you open a promotion or check the categories at the top of the page, the details are still written in English.

To highlight the positives, you can easily sort by software provider, game type, and more using the upper menu. There are no themed game collections, which would be my only suggestion to improve the current layout.

It’s pretty neat that you can click “Download” and scan the QR code to install a configuration profile on your iOS device, but if you scan the QR code for Android, nothing comes up at the moment. I’m hoping this will be fixed sooner rather than later.

BigRoller’s no deposit bonus falls short compared to KingPrize, Spree, BigPirate, and American Luck with just 1 free SC up for grabs on registration. BigPirate offers only 2 SC, but you can use a third currency (Rum) to take a stab at the claw machine and play minigames for SC rewards.

American Luck has the largest no deposit reward listed here with 6 bonus SC on the docket for new players. In terms of game variety, BigRoller has a comparable range of slots compared to KingPrize and Spree, minus the live tables offered at both sites.

Even accounting for SC playthrough exclusions, BigRoller’s game library works out to more than double what you’ll find at most top sweepstakes casinos. It offers mobile compatibility on par with KingPrize, and it features support in both English and Spanish just like BigPirate.

Our Experts Verdict

BigRoller is a decent choice if you’re in the market for thousands of slots, but there are better options if you’re concerned about potentially high wagering requirements on your bonus coins. To make matters worse, a large number of games are also excluded from the SC playthrough.

The site’s 30-day bonus is a great way to accumulate SC, and daily coinback is one of the top rewards I came across during my BigRoller review. However, both of these promotions appeal to big spenders rather than average players like myself.

I would suggest signing up here if mobile compatibility and Spanish-speaking support matter to you, but the games and bonuses at KingPrize or Spree are more fitting for most sweepstakes enthusiasts.
