BitBetWin Review
I accidentally discovered BitBetWin while searching for new sweepstakes casinos. I was quite impressed at first, seeing hundreds of games, a notification for a $20 no deposit bonus, and a treasure trove of promotions.
Upon closer inspection, I realized that BitBetWin is a crypto casino aggregating website. It appeared in my search because they offer sweepstakes casino “creation and management” services, but the website itself is far from being one.
I wouldn’t recommend this casino even to players looking for real money online casinos, let alone sweepstakes platforms because it’s essentially the “middleman” between the player and 30+ shady casino-like sites.
As sweepstakes casino experts, we at Sweepskings have tested BitBetWin Casino, scrutinized its core features, and prepared an objective review, so let’s get started from the top.
Pros
- Hefty no deposit bonuses
- Unique Spin-the-Wheel daily rewards
- Numerous platforms with different games are available
- Decent referral and social media bonuses
Cons
- Links you to connected casinos, not a casino itself
- Exclusively works with cryptocurrency payments
- Most regular promotions require deposits
- Unknown owner of the network
- Sluggish mediating customer support system
BitBetWin is not a casino itself. It allows players to fund wallets and play slots, arcades, fish games, and table games on 30+ of its partnered casinos, most of which we know nothing about. You can use our links to check out more reputable sweepstakes casinos to claim superb bonuses and play some of the top slots in the market.
Legal States
Unlike most online and sweepstakes casinos, BitBetWin did not include a clause in its terms and conditions that defines where the site is legal. Moreover, they also never “officially” defined the minimum age requirements to register.
What BitBetWin did was create a blog-like page formatted as “regulations and advice” that simply mentions that the casino is available in all states except Washington and that players must be 21 years old or older to play. Unlike traditional terms and definitions, these “tips” are not legally binding.
How BitBetWin Casino Works
BitBetWin is significantly different from traditional sweepstakes and online casinos. It advertises a $20 no deposit bonus, has roughly half a dozen promotions, and primarily deals with cryptocurrencies, yet none of these features are directly accessible on its website.
You’ll first need to set up an account with BitBetWin, pass a full KYC verification test, and then select one of the 30+ “platforms”. Now, these platforms are the “casinos” where you’ll be playing slots, claiming bonuses, and using your funds.
Even though the entire BitBetWin network uses standard cash and cryptos as its main currencies, they’re using sweepstakes terminology to emulate a sweepstakes gaming “feel”, as illustrated below.
The main difference between BitBetWin and legit sweepstakes casinos is that real money purchases are not optional. You are required to deposit real cash when registering, and it will be directed to your chosen platform’s wallet.
BitBetWin Casino Bonuses
There are a few BitBetWin bonuses that can be compared to sweepstakes casino promos. For example, you’ll receive a $20 no deposit bonus for registering, grab free $10 for any friend you invite via the Referral Program, and $15 for engaging with BitBetWin on their social media pages.
Beyond that, you’ll be able to activate several reload deposit bonuses, claim cashback during Happy Hours, and reap rewards from completed Quests.
These are online casino bonuses since they deal with real money deposits and award “cash” instead of coins. More importantly, the rules on how cash bonuses are used are unclear since casino credit balances are unique to each of BitBetWin’s partnered sites.
Bonuses Review
No Deposit Bonus | $20 |
Promo Code | None required |
First Purchase Bonus | 170% deposit match + $30 in free play credits |
Daily Free Credits | Yes, via Lucky Wheel free spins |
VIP Program | Yes |
Mail-in Bonus | N/A |
Referral Bonus | $10 per invited friend |
The $20 no deposit bonus is available to all new players after registration. The only problem is that you’ll have to wait for your KYC verification request to be approved. Until then, you can neither access any of the partnered sites nor your (deposited and bonus) funds.
BitBetWin also has a welcome bonus comprised of three deposit-match promotions. In total, you can receive a 170% boost on your first three deposits and $30 in free play credits.
Regular users have access to the $10 referral bonus, 50% cashback Happy Hour bonus, $15 free play Social Media bonus, and various Quests.

BitBetWin Casino-Style Games
Most up-and-coming sweepstakes casinos struggle to build libraries of 100+ games. On paper, BitBetWin has over 320+ slots, fish games, and arcades, but none of them are available on its official website.
As I mentioned, BitBetWin can only link you to one of its partnered casino sites. I learned on their website that BitBetWin is producing iGaming software but since the network spans over 30+ different sites, I’m not 100% sure whether this company built all 320+ games in-house.
What I can say with confidence is that you won’t find any games from popular vendors like Pragmatic, Hacksaw, BGaming, or Belatra. These are all original games that can’t be found anywhere else online, so you can’t demo them unless you register.
The main problem is that each BitBetWin partner has a different set of games, meaning that the library of 320+ is essentially divided into various smaller chunks of presumably untested games.

The “Games” section has been buggy in the past few weeks, so if you can’t view the lobby, you can check BitBetWin’s sister sites to preview available games. Unfortunately, no information is available for the games other than which site features them. I was surprised that some of the games were just nameless icons.
Even though each of these sites offers different games, they have one thing in common – extremely unimpressive graphics.
Although I can’t recommend BitBetWin (along with all of its partners), I warmly recommend you inspect the games on each site before deciding where to play. Using our links to register with legitimate sweepstakes casinos is a much safer option, not to mention that all of our recommended sites offer games from reliable iGaming vendors.
I find it ironic that some of the best games available at BitBetWin are almost two decades old. Sizzling Hot, one of my favorite fruit slots, is available at BitBetWin’s partner site Vegas-X while the Deluxe version is available at Paradise Casino.
There are also a few Novomatic slots, although I couldn’t confirm whether they are truly available at BitBetWin’s partners, such as Columbus Deluxe, Lucky Lady’s Charm, and Book of Ra.
Fire Kirin has arguably the largest slot library among BitBetWin’s partners, but from my experience, virtually all of their games are either extremely inconsistent or downright rigged.
All BitBetWin online slots are everything but quality games. Apart from dated graphics and almost primitive RNG software, they offer basic carbon-copied bonus features that typically grant some free spins, rarely with global multipliers.

BitBetWin Banking
Although the sign-up form mentions that no deposits are required to join, this doesn’t appear to be true since you’ll be asked to fund your account when choosing the platform. As I mentioned, joining any of these platforms is the only way to play BitBetWin games. You’ll receive a $20 no deposit bonus, but you’ll need to buy credits before any winnings can be redeemed.
Fiat currencies aren’t supported whatsoever. The only three payment methods available include Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Bitcoin.
One of the things that surprised me the most is that the verification guide underscores that you’ll need to provide a selfie with your credit card details and a photo of yourself holding the card while card payments can’t be made.
Payment Options Review
BitBetWin Banking | Purchases | Redemptions | Average Redemption Time |
---|---|---|---|
Bitcoin | Yes | Yes | 1-12 hours |
Litecoin | Yes | Yes | 1-12 hours |
Dogecoin | Yes | Yes | 1-12 hours |
To view your available balance, you must first register an account at BitBetWin, choose your preferred platform, and then use your credentials to log into your profile.
Each platform has a separate wallet; any funds you allocate into a single wallet can only be used on that specific platform.
Although the T&Cs only vaguely touch on the subjects of transactions, payments, and redemptions, the guides for “Deposits” and Withdrawals” indicate that the lowest deposit minimum is the crypto equivalent of $10 while the lowest withdrawal minimum is $20.
Additionally, BitBetWin ties its maximum withdrawal limits to its VIP scheme, which you’ll often see real money online casinos do. There are 20 VIP levels, and whenever you reach the next stage, your subsequent deposits will be slightly boosted, and withdrawal limits increased. New players can cash out up to $100 daily while the limit soars up to $5,000 at the highest level.
BitBetWin does not have a Bonus Rules page, and they never mentioned any playthrough requirements in the T&Cs. Moreover, the terminology used to describe how bonuses work implies all bonuses award “cash” instead of “bonus money”. Tapping any promotion leads to the registration page, so I couldn’t verify if any of these bonuses are real, let alone as generous as advertised.
BitBetWin Casino has an in-game store, but instead of gold coins and complimentary sweeps, you’ll get to purchase Hats, Rabbit Tails, and Avatars. These “cosmetics” influence the player’s Avatar but also carry special bonuses, such as deposit boosts, cashback rewards, or improved Referral rewards.
Hats are essentially purchasable cashback bonuses that range from 1% to 10%. Rabbit Tail bonuses affect the Referral Program rewards ($15 to $50) and provide a small boost to subsequent deposits (0.5% to 5%).
The Avatars look nice, but I was shocked when I learned their functions. At most sweepstakes casinos, you can add friends, chat with others, and engage in various social interactions; after all, that’s one of the main goals of social casinos. At BitBetWin, you need to purchase an avatar to unlock or remove certain chat restrictions and invite other users as friends. Some avatars award additional spins on the Lucky Wheel, but that can’t redeem this concept in my eyes.
Moreover, as if buying these functions wasn’t terrible enough, they expire after a certain period (Avatars) or when used (Tails and Hats). BitBetWin is “generously” offering customers an opportunity to subscribe to these features without offering any discounts. The only benefit is that you don’t need to re-purchase the same item, but then again, there are many options in the store, so it’s easy to forget that you subscribed to a consumable.

Is BitBetWin Casino Legit?
To ensure our review is completely unbiased and objective, we initially ignored that the site is affiliated with Fire Kirin, Orion Stars, and several other dodgy websites. However, the apple didn’t fall far from the tree in this case, as BitBetWin participates in the same shady anti-player practices.
BitBetWin is the polar opposite of a legitimate casino – it’s not even a casino itself, yet it will gladly accept your payments to fund your wallet at external (affiliated) sites.
I acknowledge they’ve made some efforts to build up their transparency rating with explainer videos and guides, but the blatant inaccuracies in this content don’t help a bit.
I highly encourage you to avoid BitBetWin, but if you already registered an account and are stuck with a few credits, at least don’t waste your cash on pointless consumables.

It’s not too uncommon for owners of sweepstakes casinos to not be listed in T&Cs. However, we have a network of 30+ online gaming venues on our hands here, and we know nothing about who’s running the show.
All we know is that BitBetWin is based somewhere in LA, but I must remind you that this site is essentially a jumping board for other casinos – you’ll register, grab free bonuses, and hopefully avoid buying needless things from the shop, but you’ll ultimately play games at BitBetWin’s partnered websites.
This is the point where all transparency and trust fall even deeper into the mud, as these affiliated platforms are shrouded in secrecy.
BitBetWin’s site doesn’t have any RSG features; such tools aren’t needed since BitBetWin provides games to its partners, who are free to manage their websites as they wish.
We couldn’t test all 30+ platforms, but the data we collected from Fire Kirin, Orion Stars, Vegas Sweeps, and Flamingo7 tells us that none of these sites are interested in curbing or at least minimizing the effects of problem gaming.
BitBetWin does have a Responsible Gaming page, but it’s little more than an extension of its FAQs and only provides links to problem gaming groups and organizations.

BitBetWin Customer Support
If there’s a sliver of light shining from BitBetWin, it has to be the fact that it has a decent network of customer support channels, including phone lines, a live chatbot, a FAQ page, and a ticketing page.
The problem in the way BitBetWin “supports” its players stems from its role as the “middleman”. Namely, most of the issues you’ll encounter while gaming “around” this website are that the features you’ll be using are located on BitBetWin’s affiliated platforms.
Let’s say you’ve funded your wallet from BitBetWin’s website. They can quickly check if your money has been wired to their account, and it’s not surreal to ask for evidence that they submitted your payment to an affiliated casino.
However, these affiliates are out of the loop and may refuse to cooperate since they can govern their sites how they want. In best-case scenarios, you’ll face extremely long waiting times while the ball is bouncing between all involved parties.

BitBetWin Casino UX
The design of BitBetWin’s website is vastly different from the UX of its partnered sites. Although each of these 30+ casinos has unique graphics, animations, lobbies, and filters, they’re bonded by bland, dated aesthetic elements.
Fortunately, these platforms are relatively small so they’re easy to navigate despite glaring design flaws.
I managed to access BitBetWin from my Android phone, but the site was all but optimized. When I previewed the games, they were listed one by one, and the “filter by casino” option wasn’t too helpful. I also received a notification that BitBetWin has a native app, although it’s only available for download from its official site.
Some of the partnered casinos have mobile apps, such as Fire Kirin, Orion Stars, and Fire Master. But again, they are apks you are asked to install at your own risk.

BitBetWin Sister Sites
All sweepstakes casinos affiliated with BitBetWin could be considered its sister sites to some extent, but since we know nothing about the owners, we can only assume that they’re managed by different entities.
According to online reviews and testimonials, it seems that users have clear-cut preferences when it comes to choosing between 30+ offered platforms.
Ice8, Riversweeps, Game Vault, Vegas X, Fire Kirin, and VPower appear to be favorites among long-term users, but more importantly, they’ve been a part of the BitBetWin family longer than, say, Vegas Volts, Blue Dragon, and King of Pop.

How It Stacks Up
BitBetWin failed to impress us because it has numerous casinos on its side, yet this army looks pale in comparison to reputable “standalone” sites like Stake.us or WOW Vegas in pretty much every respect.
BitBetWin is predominantly powered by bespoke (and debatably dated) software with a few Novomatic flagships thrown into the mix. Most platforms offer slots exclusively, but a few table games and arcades can be found if you look hard enough.
Bonuses, payments, and customer support systems are flawed for the same reasons – you’ll have to go through BitBetWin to reach the desired feature on an affiliated platform, which tends to result in wasted time and miscommunication.
The casinos are mobile-friendly at least, although the apps leave ample room for improvement.
Our Experts Verdict
We placed many red flags throughout this review, elaborating on some of the key flaws that make BitBetWin a poor choice for average players. In case you’re looking for a TLDR version, let’s summarize why we cannot recommend this site.
In terms of games, there’s a bit of variety since you can jump between platforms when you want to try different titles or game types. On the downside, casino balance cannot be shared across BitBetWin’s platforms, so they’ll prompt you to fund accounts on sites you wish to play at.
Possibly the biggest downfall of BitBetWin is that it’s much closer to real money casinos than a collection of smaller sweepstakes casinos. There are a few interesting bonuses like Spin the Wheel and permanent boosts to all deposits attached to your VIP level, as well as hefty referral awards.
On the downside, there are a few features we completely disliked, such as consumable items being required to invite friends or use unrestricted chat. We also know next to nothing about the owner of any of the casinos involved.
Overall, I cannot recommend BitBetWin and any of its affiliated sites with so many uncertainties and flawed mechanisms involved. Use our links to safely join well-established sweepstakes casinos where in-game purchases are truly and completely optional, bonuses are as real as they are huge, and games come from reputable vendors.
