• Lucky Draws – You get 3 e.tickets every time you spend 10,000 SC when playing games. This is when the auto raffle starts. There is a daily lucky draw with 10,000 SC in prizes, a weekly draw with 25,000 SC in prizes, and a monthly draw with 100,000 SC up for grabs.

You can play all unlocked games for free with the tons of free Coins you get. If you decide to play with SC, you will be able to place between 100 and 100,000+ SC per spin. However, most of the game RTPs aren’t disclosed—not at Carnival Citi, nor on the official GMW’s site.

I also sent an email, and I’m not happy to report that Carnival Citi took almost three days to reply, which is too slow. To be honest, I didn’t try the telephone support line (I’m not a fan of being on hold and dealing with spotty connections), but it’s an available option.

You will either love or hate Carnival Citi’s interface—it’s basic, almost in a negative way. The color pallet is unusual, but I would say it works in terms of readability. However, what doesn’t work are the game categories. For instance, tapping on Slots gives you solitaire and table game suggestions. I was happy to see there is a search bar, but not as thrilled that it works only for game names.

I tested Carnival Citi on my iPhone 15 and Macbook Air, although I spent more time playing on my phone. I’m happy to share that the site works equally well on mobile and desktop. I had no issues navigating around, picking up the daily bonus, or purchasing Coins. Also, the games loaded instantly on my phone and laptop and auto-adjusted to my screen without any issues.
