Chanced Casino Review

Chanced Casino only debuted in 2023, and like many social casinos, it caters to US and Canadian players, except for those in Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington. Operated by the Gold Coin Group LLC, Chanced is home to over 1,000 games, including those from established brands such as Pragmatic Play and Relax.

There are real money prizes available via Sweeps Coins, but you have to be 18 (sometimes 21) or older to play. Currently, the USD is the only currency of choice at Chanced, as you can no longer purchase Gold Coins via cryptocurrencies.

While Chanced Casino is finding its place on the market, I haven’t cut it any slack. I have put together a thorough analysis and social casino rating based on what’s currently available, not what Chanced Casino could have in the pipeline. Let’s dive into what this sweeps site has to offer.

Canadians and US players over the age of 18 (or 21 in some states) are welcomed at Chanced Casino. Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington-based players will miss out. When I made the deposit, the bonuses started to roll. You’ll receive Sweeps Coins when you purchase Gold Coins, although the amount varies from 5 SC to 600 SC, depending on the package you pick. On the upside, the Sweeps Coins offset the expense, which is nice.

Chanced Casino isn’t a bonus-heavy site, although its VIP scheme offers perks alongside daily (and hourly) and social media-centric bonuses.

Chanced Casino has put together a decent library of casino titles for you to choose from. You’ve got over 1,000 options, although, admittedly, almost half of them come from Pragmatic Play’s library. This is not a bad thing, though, as the reputable provider has some real gems for you to have a stab at. Other developers include BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Evoplay, Rogue, and Slotmill, while Atmosphera and Beter Live are responsible for the live casino action.

Navigating the library is a doddle, with the collection compartmentalized into genres on the left-hand menu. They include Live Dealer Games, Slot Games, New Releases, Table Games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) and Scratch Card. You can also use filters that include software providers, favorite games, A-Z, and other options, while a generic search box is handy if you already know what you want to play.

All games are available from the start, so you won’t need to unlock anything. However, free games aren’t available without Gold Coins. Since you can acquire GC for free, I’m not going to hold that against Chanced here.

What’s interesting is that the once-available Chanced Originals are now gone. We can just wait to see if they resurface, but the SweepsKings has lost hope, given it’s been a few months and they’ve also removed crypto support.

Chanced keeps quiet about its games’ RTP rates (unless you open each individual game’s paytable) and whether they are RNG-certified. I’m not going to say that they are because that just wasn’t apparent. However, I’m prepared to go out on a limb and say that based on playing the games, wins seemed to come at a relatively similar rate to what I’ve experienced in real money casinos. I don’t have any reason to doubt that the games are fair.

Chanced enables you to purchase Gold Coins only through conventional US-friendly payment options: credit and debit cards. Every Gold Coin package comes with Sweeps Coins thrown in, but remember, there is a 3x minimum playthrough rate attached to bonus Sweeps Cash before you can redeem prizes.

Payout times are reasonable enough, given what you’ll find at Chanced’s counterparts, but they are far from fast. On the upside, we certainly appreciate that you can use the same payment option for purchases and redemptions.

Payment Options Review

You won’t find fees attached to purchases (or redemptions) at Chanced Casino. Purchases are instantaneous, while redemptions can be a little slow, especially since crypto options are no longer available. Like me, you’re probably hoping to shave a couple of days off those redemption times, but just because it says a maximum of five days doesn’t mean it’ll take that long.

Your wallet is located at the top of the lobby (or any other page), and you can view your transactions at any time by hitting your profile and then the “transactions” button. You can see your balance (both GC and SC) at any time in the center of the screen.

Purchasing Gold Coins is easy enough – just do the following:

1. Log into Chanced and hit the pink wallet button.
2. Choose your preferred Gold Coin package.
3. Select “credit/debit card”.
4. Enter your preferred payment details and confirm the transaction.

Minimum and maximum purchase rates range from $5 up to $600. You can only purchase GC after you’ve verified your account.

Redeeming Sweeps Coins is trickier because you’ve got to play through them three times before you can cash out prizes. Each free Sweeps Coin is worth $1, and there is a minimum redemption rate of $100, so 100 SC. You’ll also need to be verified, but since you must do this to deposit anyway, this shouldn’t be an issue.

To redeem prizes, just do the following:

1. Sign in to your Chanced Casino account and click that pink wallet button.
2. Hit “redeem”, the number of SC you want to redeem, and choose your payment method.
3. Enter your details accordingly.
4. Confirm the prize redemption request.

If you’re fully verified (ID and official documents are required) and you’ve met the minimum playthrough rate, then things should go smoothly. I didn’t have issues, but the entire process did feel a little drawn out. The good news is that the maximum win per spin reaches 60,000 SC, which is quite high. The exception to this are Florida and New York, where the max win is capped at $5,000.

How It Stacks Up

Chanced Sweepstakes Casino is still learning the basics. However, while there are casinos out there that carry far more games, a more extensive range of promos, and licensing, Chanced isn’t far behind them. There are a few tweaks I’d make, but can’t we say the same of all sweepstakes casinos?

A decent selection of over 1,000 games, the ability to play live titles, and access support via a multitude of options are all highlights that, for the most part, outweigh any of Chanced’s so-so or sub-par features.

Now that I’ve reached the end of my social casino review let’s be brutally honest in summarizing everything you need to know. Is Chanced Casino the greatest sweeps or social casino to debut? Not by a long shot. There are many more experienced rivals out there. However, it’s far from the bottom of the pile. It sounds cliche, but Chanced Casino is a mid-ranking social casino. That’s better than it sounds, though, given it launched in 2023.

Chanced could definitely lower its playthrough rate, tone down the verification steps, and increase the availability of promos.

On the flip side, it supports hundreds of real casino games from established brands, it’s got support options that would put real money online casinos to shame, and there’s nothing wrong with navigating or generally playing at the site.

I’m not going to leave you with a prediction for the future, but I will say that if Chanced expands upon the few areas where it is below par, then I can easily see it joining the ranks of WOW Vegas, McLuck, Stake.us, and other nationally popular sweeps casinos. Furthermore, in its current setup, I’m still more than happy to recommend that you sign up and play games at Chanced.
