I really like that Lucky Hands Casino’s Facebook group started frequently hosting contests and giveaways. One such instance is the doubled no deposit bonus for early entries.

The library currently numbers over 200+ slot games. If you’re interested in trying something a bit different, Lucky Hands also has 9 in-house exclusive fish games they call Lucky Originals. There are also Dare2Win titles and 15 different live dealer games. If you know what category of games you’re interested in, you can navigate to those easily on the home screen. Game category tabs include Lucky Originals, Fish Games, Hold and Win, Dare2Win, Classics, New Releases, and Live Dealers. All games unlock instantly upon registering, so there’s no play required before you have access to the full catalog.

When we checked the Table Games tab, we got a message that “There are currently no games available in this category” and to try again later. This could be due to the site being new. Either way, Lucky Hands is definitely lacking in options for table game players.

The gaming lobby is quite navigable, as you can access each category (except jackpots, which are meshed with “slot games”) from the shortcuts on the left sidebar. The only info you can get from the lobby is the name of the provider for each game – specs like bet limits, RTP, and volatility aren’t displayed.

Games and Software Review

While there are no demos available, most games do offer an introductory screen that explains the main components of gameplay. You can also try games out using GC and easily toggle from GC to SC at the top of the screen to switch back and forth. Just be aware you will have to wait for the game to reload when you switch.

Min and max bets range depending on the specific game you choose. For most slots, the minimum bet is SC 0.10, SC 0.20 or SC 0.25. The max bet on slot games is usually between SC 60 and SC 75. Payment Options Review

The process for purchasing additional Gold Coins at Lucky Hands is the same as with most sweepstakes casinos; in other words, you’ll need to register, get verified, enter the Store, choose the desired GC pack, select your preferred payment method, and enter your banking details to complete the purchase.

The site currently lists only five payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover as universal methods and Skrill as a purchase-only method. Bank Transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit cards facilitate redemptions only.

Sweeps Coins are treated as bonus funds until played through once. Having $50 in redeemable sweeps will allow you to issue a prize redemption request. The usual processing times vary between 1 and 3 business days, but this depends on the redemption value. Before purchasing a package or redeeming SC, you will be required to get verified. I found the process to be painless and only take a few minutes to complete. You will need to upload images of your government-issued ID (front and back) and allow camera access to upload a selfie.

Redeeming between 50 and 1,500 SC between Monday to Friday is instant but may take up to 3 business days on Saturday or Sunday. On the other hand, redeeming more than 1,500 SC will take up to 3 days. For now, it seems that crypto purchases or redemptions are not an option.

Lucky Hands appears to be a legitimate sweepstakes casino transparency-wise. The company operating this casino, Lucky Hands LLC appears in multiple business registers, and its HQ in Delaware was easy to track.

Moreover, the casino has a very elaborate KYC procedure and a strict Customer Acceptance policy, which goes beyond the traditional norms of player eligibility. Be aware that you will need to provide several personal details, including pictures of your ID, a selfie, and also a recent bank statement in order to get verified and redeem Sweeps Coins for real money on the site.
