General Ratings
Lucky Hands Casino Review
Lucky Hands is a sweepstakes casino established by Lucky Hands LLC. The site has been around since January 2024 but hasn’t launched yet, so bear in mind that some of the features we reviewed might change in the future.
Even in its beta stage, Lucky Hands shows promise. It boasts over 200 games from big providers like Relax Gaming, Hacksaw, and 3 Oaks, plus half a dozen original fish games. New players can claim a huge no deposit welcome bonus of 1 million Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins, although there aren’t many bonuses for regulars yet.
At Lucky Hands, real cash prizes can be redeemed with Online Banking or Bitcoin once you’ve reached at least 50 redeemable Sweeps Coins, which is half as much compared to the industry’s average. Overall, Lucky Hands is poised for a good start, so let’s take a look at what you should expect.
Pros
- Outstanding no deposit bonus
- Solid referral and AMOE bonuses
- Quality games from reputable providers
- Supports both fiat and cryptocurrency payments and redemptions
- Simplistic UX design
Cons
- Few bonuses for regular users
- No VIP program or first purchase bonus
- Relatively small gaming library
- A handful payment methods are available
- Still doesn’t accept new players
Even though most of its features are solid, Lucky Hands Casino currently doesn’t accept new players since its team is scaling the servers. It might be weeks or months before you can play games or claim bonuses, so I warmly recommend you use our links to register with the current market-leading sweepstakes casinos.
Legal States
Lucky Hands is currently available in 41 of 50 US states, excluding Arkansas, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, and Washington.
Apart from residing in a supported state, you must be at least 18 years old to create an account and play for sweeps prizes.
How Lucky Hands Casino Works
Like most sweepstakes casinos, the role of Lucky Hands is to provide entertainment value and allow players who can’t legally play slots in their areas a place to enjoy jackpots, bonus buys, video slots, and other casino-style games. Unfortunately, the site currently doesn’t accept new registrations, so you’ll have to wait for the site to come online to use its features.
Lucky Hands follows the classic sweepstakes model with its dual currency system, featuring Gold Coins that can be used to demo or play games for fun, and Sweeps Coins, which can only be gifted via promotions and received for free via Gold Coin purchases, which are completely optional. You’ll get 2 Sweeps Coins for signing up, and you can get more through the mail-in bonus, referral bonus, and various social media contests.
Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for cash at a rate of $1: SC 1. They are treated as bonus funds until wagered once, and you can request a prize as soon as you reach $50 in redeemable sweeps (50 SCs).
Lucky Hands Casino Bonuses
What separates Lucky Hands from most sweepstakes casinos is that they’re giving all new players a whopping 1 million Gold Coins and 2 free Sweeps Coins after registration. This no deposit bonus is significantly higher than average and ensures you’ll get to play for weeks without any refills.
The site doesn’t currently feature a first purchase bonus. However, this will likely change when the platform launches and the GC store is set up.
Other notable bonuses include the Referral Bonus, the Mail-in Bonus, and Social Media Promotions, which we’ll cover shortly.
Bonuses Review
No Deposit Bonus | 1 million GC + 2 SC |
Promo Code | None Required |
First Purchase Bonus | N/A |
Daily Free Credits | N/A |
VIP Program | N/A |
Mail-in Bonus | 3 SC |
Referral Bonus | 20 SC when the referred friend purchases a bundle worth at least $15 |
I’m glad that the no deposit bonus at Lucky Hands is so high because there aren’t many bonuses for regulars.
The Referral Bonus is quite lucrative, offering you 20 free Sweeps Coins per invited friend, but you can only claim the reward when your referrals spend at least $15 on Gold Coin packs.
The Mail-in Bonus is also good and much easier to grab. Simply send a handwritten request card to Lucky Hands Casino’s HQ at Manchester, NH 03108, and they’ll send 3 Sweeps Coins to your balance.
Daily refills haven’t been implemented yet, but I assume players will be able to grab free currency by logging in once every day when Lucky Hands is up and running.
I was a bit frustrated when I found that Lucky Hands Casino’s Facebook group hasn’t received any new posts since January, and yet free giveaways are advertised on the main site. Similar to daily refills, I believe they’ll start hosting social media events when the casino launches.
Promotions & Bonus Assessment
Lucky Hands Casino-Style Games
Lucky Hands Casino’s library is powered by several big iGaming vendors, with the most popular being Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, and 3 Oaks Studios.
The library currently numbers over 200+ video slots, jackpots, bonus buys, book-inspired slots, hold & win games, and live dealers. Additionally, Lucky Hands rocks several original fish games, but they’re yet to add table games.
The gaming lobby is quite navigable as you can access each category (except jackpots, which are meshed with “slot games”) from the shortcuts on the left sidebar. The only info you can get from the lobby is the name of the provider for each game – specs like bet limits, RTP, and volatility aren’t displayed.

Apart from a few dozen instant win Hacksaw games, Better Live’s live dealers, and the casino’s original fish games, the remaining 150+ games in Lucky Hands Casino’s library are all slots.
If you’re looking for feature-rich video slots, this site has numerous Hacksaw titles, such as Stormforged, RIP City, and Le Bandit. Numerous feature spins slots from Relax Gaming are also included, with some of my favorites being Banana Town and Cluster Tumble.
The site boasts numerous Hold & Win slots from Playson, 3 Oaks, and Booming Games. If you’re new to this iGaming category, you may want to try Fruit Heaven, Gold Nuggets, or Energy Joker, as they’re all quite intuitive and easy to play.
Although Jackpots don’t have a separate category (or shortcut), there are a few interesting titles you can take for a spin, such as Playson’s Fire Coins, or 3 Oaks Studios’ Coin Volcano.
While slots are all about chance, fish shooters bring skill and precision into the mix. Lucky Hands currently offers 9 fish games, most of which are virtual adaptations of the Ocean King 3 slot machines that are exceptionally popular in Asian markets.
The Thunder Dragon Deluxe is the trendiest, featuring dangerous bosses, multiple magic boosters, and clean graphics. Monster Frenzy, Zombie Awaken, Fortune Kings, and Golden Legend Plus have the same UIs as Thunder Dragon and similar graphics, but their themes are vastly different.
Lucky Hands Casino’s library includes some of the finest Instant Win games from Hacksaw Gaming’s famous Dare2Win series. From the old-school Mines and the ultra-easy Hi-Lo to custom adaptations of popular table games like Twenty-One and Baccarat, I warmly recommend you check out all 9 of them when the site goes live.
This sweepstakes casino site boasts close to a dozen live dealers, all of which come from Beter Live. Some of the most notable categories include live Sic Bo, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Teen Patti. Unfortunately, game shows aren’t included.
Games Assessment
Lucky Hands Banking
Lucky Hands Casino is currently in the process of polishing its platform, meaning that new players can’t register and access its Coin Store. However, the site’s terms and conditions indicate that Sweeps Coins can be awarded for free on certain Gold Coin purchases.
The minimum GC purchases are currently unclear, but even if they were displayed on the site, Lucky Hands would likely change its offerings upon launch.
Sweeps Coins redemptions start as low as $50. The maximum daily redemption limit is $10,000, except for users from New York and Florida who can only win and redeem up to $5,000 per day.
Payment Options Review
Lucky Hands Banking | Purchases | Redemptions | Average Redemption Time |
---|---|---|---|
Visa | Yes | Yes | 1-3 business days |
Mastercard | Yes | Yes | 1-3 business days |
Apple Pay | Yes | No | N/A |
Bitcoin | Yes | Yes | Up to 24 hours |
Bank Transfers | / | Yes | 3-5 business days |
I assume that the process for purchasing additional Gold Coins at Lucky Hands will be the same as with most sweepstakes casinos; in other words, you’ll likely need to register, get verified, enter the Store, choose the desired GC pack, select your preferred payment method, and enter your banking details to complete the purchase.
The site currently lists only four payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, and Bitcoin as universal methods, and Apple Pay as a purchase-only method. Bank Transfers and Gift Cards will most likely facilitate redemptions only.
Sweeps Coins are treated as bonus funds until played through once. Having $50 in redeemable sweeps will allow you to issue a prize redemption request. The usual processing times vary between 1 and 3 business days with credit cards while crypto redemptions are typically processed on the same day.

Is Lucky Hands Casino Legit?
Lucky Hands appears to be a completely legitimate sweepstakes casino transparency-wise. The company operating this casino, Lucky Hands LLC appears in multiple business registers, and its HQ in Delaware was easy to track.
Moreover, the casino has a very elaborate KYC procedure and a strict Customer Acceptance policy, which goes beyond the traditional norms of player eligibility.
The site has been around since early 2024, possibly even earlier, and yet they still haven’t launched the casino, but I doubt foul play is at work. As stated on the official website, they’ve been scaling their servers to ensure players have an enjoyable experience.

Lucky Hands Casino has a comprehensive Responsible Gaming program complete with multiple RSG tools, access controls, and self-exclusion. Unlike many sweepstakes casinos that simply point users to relevant authorities, this site has a firm stance on curbing problem gaming and empowering users to take control of their playing and spending habits.
When the site comes online (and if the casino implements all features outlined in their Responsible Gaming policy), users will have access to:
- Activity reminders: Receive notifications on how long you’ve been playing, and preview your playing history after logging into your account;
- Account History: Open this tab from the “Account” menu to see every spin you’ve played, every purchase made, and all prize redemptions in the last two weeks;
- Purchase & Play Limits: Set limits to how much you can spend or how long you can play every day, week, or month;
- Daily Play Limit: A special tool for fine-tuning your play limits in 1-hour increments, up to 10;
- Take A Break: Open the “Responsible Social Gameplay” tab and use this option to forfeit your account access privileges for 1, 7, or 30 days;
- Self-Exclusion: Has the same function as Take-A-Break, but the time windows are expressed in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years;
- Permanent Closure: The only way to permanently close your account is to contact the casino’s customer support (support@luckyhands.com).

Lucky Hands Customer Support
Reaching help at Lucky Hands proved to be challenging, but we expected this knowing that they’re focused on scaling their servers.
While researching and testing this site, we primarily relied on the “Live Support” function, which is essentially a Help Center accessible from the Live Chat menu. Although we discovered this feature almost by accident, the information contained was rich and concise.
The email support team is friendly and polite, but they usually need several hours to respond to emails. Oddly enough, the FAQs aren’t listed on the site, but you can access them by opening the Live Chat and then tapping “Help”. Unfortunately, the Live Chat is either down or inaccessible to non-registered players.

Lucky Hands Casino UX
The current user interface looks basic, easy to grasp, and simple to navigate. However, we noticed that several key features are missing from the sidebar, such as shortcuts to promotions, events, the Coin Shop, and such.
We believe Lucky Hands will likely change bits and pieces of its UI before going online.
As things stand, nothing about Lucky Hands Casino’s UX design appears to be extraordinary. The green color scheme is nice, and the site is mobile-optimized but lacks a dedicated app.

Lucky Hands Sister Sites
While researching Lucky Hands Casino’s owner, we established that this casino doesn’t have any sister sites. It’s a bit too early to dub Lucky Hands “similar” to any existing sweepstakes casinos since it hasn’t even launched yet, but we’ll keep digging for more information and keep you updated.
Comparison
Lucky Hands is preparing to enter a highly competitive sweepstakes casino industry, and because we believe it has great potential, we’d like to compare it to some of the most distinguished sites in the US market.
Sites Like Lucky Hands | Games | Welcome Bonus | Apps | Best For |
---|---|---|---|---|
Lucky Hands | 200+ | 1 million GC + 2 SC | No | Colossal no deposit bonus |
Stake.us | 800+ | 250,000 GC + 25 SC | No | Superb live dealer games |
The Money Factory | 1,000+ | 15,000 GC + 3 SC | No | Intuitive user interface |
Zula Casino | 1,000+ | 120,000 GC + 10 SC | No | Great jackpots |
High 5 Casino | 1,200+ | 250 GC, 5 SC, and 600 Diamonds | Google Play and Apple App Store | Unique boost-on-demand currency |
How It Stacks Up
Lucky Hands may have a small iGaming library, but it consists of top hits from some of the biggest providers around. In that regard, it holds up well compared to much bigger sites like Stake.us or Zula. However, the leading sweepstakes casinos like High 5 Casino are far superior in terms of gaming variety and sheer number of slots.
The biggest draw of Lucky Hands lies in its massive no deposit bonus. Most sweepstakes casinos offer significantly fewer Gold Coins, although some provide more Sweeps Coins after registration.
There are two main reasons why Lucky Hands can’t compete with established sweepstakes casino sites – it’s a brand-new name in the industry, and the site isn’t even online yet.
Our Experts Verdict
We’re typically wary of new sweepstakes casinos helmed by unknown operators, as the recent boom in the industry paved the road for many shady sites. However, Lucky Hands appears completely legit.
It boasts a small but formidable arsenal of quality games, a superb welcome bonus, and requires fewer Sweeps Coins for cash prize redemptions. Everything else could use a little elbow grease, but the site certainly has potential. We will update you when it comes online, and share our final verdict.
