As soon as I verified my email, I was greeted by a cartoonish little fella who handed me a free no deposit bonus of 200,000 GC + 0.3 SC. I could see that the coins were already in my balance, so I tapped the mascot to explore other MoonPrize promos.

Now, when it comes to the first purchase bonus, I didn’t explicitly receive an offer that was only valid for the initial purchase I make. But, there is a time-sensitive Moon Sale that pops up after registration, where I was first offered 200,000 GC + 20 free SC for $15.99, or 403,000 GC + 40 SC for $30.99.

After the deal expired, though, another pop-up offered even better terms, with a lower entry point. I was confused but marched on.

Bonuses Review

With the sign-up deals out of the way, the daily login bonus becomes the bread and butter for your casino-style gaming.

MoonPrize opted for the progressive model, which we applaud here at SweepsKings. Log in once every 24 hours for the entire week and you will net a total of 145,000 GC and 0.5 SC. This is how the rewards are distributed:

The MoonPrize library includes 300+ games from over a dozen providers. The largest chunk of the portfolio is powered by Rubyplay (more than 40 games), while other trusted vendors like Playson, BGaming, 3 Oaks, and Booming deliver around 20-30 games each.

The absolute majority of the catalog is slot games, with a few instant win titles and table games thrown into the mix.

I immediately had access to the entire MoonPrize catalog after signing up and noticed no locked or exclusive games.

Games and Software Review

There are no demos or details about individual games in MoonPrize Casino’s lobby, but nearly all of these titles are well-known hits that most players are well familiar with. I saw no exclusives, originals, or titles from obscure vendors, though I did notice that a few provider shortcuts didn’t work during my tests (most notably those for Infinigame and BTG).

For some reason, fish shooters and cards are lumped together in the Table Games category, with Fortune Zombie and Ocean King Jackpot: Shoot & Win sticking out like sore thumbs.

Even more confusingly, Evolution’s Instant Roulette isn’t counted in this section, and there aren’t any live social gaming filters at this time. Still, navigation is simple because games are listed in rows of 16, provider filters are available, and you can use the Search tool to find specific titles at MoonPrize.

You can purchase Gold Coins at MoonPrize using credit cards, ACH, or PayPal, but real money purchases are not required to play or participate in casino-style gaming.

GC bundles reward you with free Sweeps Coins (excluding the $0.99 pack), which must be played before they can be redeemed for prizes.

As verified by MoonPrize’s customer support, you can use the same methods for purchases and redemptions, you just need to win a minimum of 100 Sweeps Coins for a redemption. There’s a general $10,000 daily redemption cap, too, and a separate $5,000 round win/redemption limit for players in selected states.

Redemptions incur a small 1% fee, which is waived on Fridays. You likely won’t miss this announcement, as it’s featured on the promo highlight reel (Redeem More).

Payment Options Review

Your wallet is at the top, and it displays the virtual currency you’re currently using. The GC/SC mode change button is in the top right; tapping the wallet will take you to the Coin Shop, while tapping the mode button switches to a different currency.

To start the redemption process, just hit the “Redeem” button on the bottom bar. Prepare any government-issued docs, such as your ID card, passport, or a recent utility bill, pass the KYC, and you’ll be able to redeem cash prizes from MoonPrize.

Purchases are handled instantly, while redemptions typically take between 1 and 3 business days.

Is MoonPrize Casino Legit?

The MoonPrize Casino footer lists Readstep Tech Limited as the operator, adding that Light Soft Limited and Lovely Crystal Studio Inc. are authorized to provide “payment administration services.”

Very little info is available on the company, which usually means they are a newcomer to the industry. They have an official site that is linked with MoonPrize Casino, but it’s a semi-functional, unfinished platform with glaring errors and no actual contact info.

The other two companies mentioned in the footer: Light Soft Limited, based in the UK, and Lovely Crystal Studio Inc., based in Ontario, also have official websites that use equally bad grammar as Readstep’s site.

Light Soft Limited is also a payment agent for Cool Spin, an average sweepstakes casino per our standards here at SweepsKings, unfortunately. Cool Spin is the sister site of Gleaming Slots, which itself is a mediocre-at-best sweeps casino. Light Soft is also linked to Tang Luck.

From a technical perspective, though, all the features of MoonPrize I tested worked as intended. The site uses 256-bit SSL encryption and has a strong geofence that instantly prevents you from playing or purchasing Gold Coins if you’re in a restricted territory or use proxies or VPN software.

Verification is only required for redemptions. This, by itself, is not a signal of low legitimacy, but virtually anyone can make a free account with just an email.

Finally, I found the operator’s Trustpilot page, which uses MoonPrize’s logo as its profile pic. The score of 3.0 out of 5.0 is based on over a dozen reviews. Several players said they’ve received their redemptions without any problems, but most other commenters wrote they couldn’t even get to customer support. No replies from the company for now, neither for positive nor negative user remarks.

You can request assistance from not one but three different companies. The footer of MoonPrize’s website clearly states that you can get support from Readstep Tech, or report “products”-related problems to Lovely Crystal Studio or Light Soft.

Apart from the email support channels, you can access the live chat by tapping Account and selecting Support. The chat loads over the main page (instead of appearing in a pop-up), so make sure to either remember or write down what issue is bothering you.

Although there are no ticketing systems or helpdesk pages, I learned from MoonPrize’s Trustpilot page that you can contact the operator by phone at +44 07419289901. This is a UK number, obviously, and while long-distance calls aren’t too expensive these days, I’d give the site more points if it had a US call center.

MoonPrize Casino UX

MoonPrize has a dark, black-and-purple user interface that’s highly intuitive thanks to its mobile-centric design. The main shortcuts and buttons are at the bottom of the page; gaming filters are at the top, while the sides have zero distractions – the entire central part is left for games and bonuses.

Bonuses are neatly listed above the first row of games, so you basically can’t miss them after signing in. Returning to promos is just as simple, as you can quickly find them by tapping Rewards from the bottom.

Everything looks almost the same on mobile, but no native apps are out. There are several ways to filter MoonPrize’s games, but no option to see them all at once. Since the site only hosts 300+ titles, I would appreciate that option.

From the three companies mentioned on MoonPrize’s site, Light Soft is connected to Tang Luck and Cool Spin, which itself is associated with Gleaming Slots Casino, but we still wouldn’t call any of these platforms a MoonPrize sister site outright.

Light Soft also has an app called “Bingo for Cash” in the App Store (weighing a whopping 2.2 GB), while Lovely Crystal only displays MoonPrize among its projects. The main owner here is Readstep Tech Limited, and it has no other sweepstakes casino endeavors that we know of.

How It Stacks Up

MoonPrize had a decent launch, but it’s not a competitive site at the moment. BangCoins offers 10x the game count, BankRolla has a superior mobile UX, DexyPlay has much stronger purchase-related deals, and virtually all of our recommended new sweeps casinos offer more free Sweeps Coins on sign-up and regularly.

Our Experts Verdict

In broad strokes, we can’t yet recommend MoonPrize because we’re not fond of these guessing games.

The ownership is tied to three unverified international companies. Also, the aggressive emphasis on purchase-related bonuses, coupled with weak free SC incentives, makes guarantees of free play questionable. We’ve seen several players had issues reaching customer support when redemptions were due, too, which is not good.

The site fails to impress in just about every key respect, from hosting only 300+ games and relatively small daily rewards, to questionable ownership and subpar customer support.
