• Facebook Follow Bonus: Cool Spin communicates with its users through its Facebook page, and there’s even a bonus if you follow their profile that awards 10k GC and 1.5 SC. Note though, that the operator often changes the bonus values.
• Mail-In Bonus: The mail-in bonus offers 2 SC, and to request it, you need to send a handwritten letter to the operator, delivered at P.O. Box #8207 Manchester, NH 03108.
• First Purchase Bonus: Although there’s no traditional first purchase bonus, you’ll recognize it when checking out the bundles you can purchase. One bundle is highlighted as ‘the most popular one’, and includes 500,000 GC and 20 SC for $19.99. I expected more SC from this deal, but it is what it is.

For example, the games are categorized as Recommended, Shooting, New, Buying Feature, Jackpot, Table Games, and Classic.

There’s no search function, and many of the games overlap in several categories, so it’s quite messy. But, the games themselves are generally good, with multiple popular titles from Evoplay, Betsoft, and NetGame. They’re not the most popular software developers out there when it comes to casino-style games, but most of their releases work just fine.

The graphics are great, and most of them are video slots that include extra features like bonus play or free spins. I tested more than 50 games, and I really liked Rise of Triton by Betsoft and Fortune Zombie by TaDa Gaming. There’s also a table games category, where you’ll find some basic roulette, poker, and blackjack games.

If you click on the Buy button, you’ll be taken to the page where all the bundles available for purchase are displayed. The minimum purchase limit is $4.99, while the minimum redemption amount is 100 SC. It’s worth noting that you have to playthrough every SC you receive, regardless of how you have received it.

You can’t use the card options for redemptions, so you will either have to choose PayPal or ACH online bank transfer. Both options are relatively slow, with the typical redemption time being around 5 days, but the operator has stated in the Sweeps Rules that redemptions may take up to 30 days – which can be really frustrating.

The first redemption will probably take even longer because you’ll have to perform the mandatory KYC check. Also, the Sweeps Rules page states that a fee will be charged for both purchases and redemptions, although the exact percentage is not stated.

But, despite some positive comments on Facebook (which might be from fake profiles), there are many negative reviews on public forums. Many users have complained about not getting their redemptions, and when they contacted customer support, they received no answer. Some claim that they never received their prizes.

The sweepstakes site is owned by the company ETERNAL BOOM LIMITED, which is registered in Hong Kong and has no prior experience in the industry. Another issue I found was that you are not required to provide any information upon registration.

You don’t even have to register – you can click on the ‘Login as guest’ button and proceed to the casino app, where you can claim the bonus and play all the games in the library. This means that, theoretically, underage users can access the website and play casino-like games for cash prizes.

To access Cool Spin sweepstakes casino, you need to download the app to bookmark it on your homepage. Then, it installs as dedicated software, and you need to turn it on anytime you want to play. The loading time can take anywhere from 20-30 seconds to a minute, and all of this is really unnecessary.

Otherwise, the design of the website is good, and most of the features are easy to reach (except the game lobby, which is not transparent enough and doesn’t have a search option). The same goes for mobile gaming, where you also have to wait for the slow waiting times for the in-browser app to load.
