Jackpots Vegas works off of the standard dual-currency system that’s in use at most sweepstakes casinos. Their Gold Coins currency is their Standard Play currency and can be used to play games for fun. Meanwhile, the Sweepstakes Coins currency lets you engage in Promotional Play.

Gold Coins can be obtained through bonuses and can be bought in Gold Coins packages — however, as the Standard Play currency, they have no value and cannot be redeemed in any way. Instead, if you’re interested in redemptions, you should turn your attention to Sweepstakes Coins. As when played through at least one time, Sweepstakes Coins become redeemable SC. And as you can probably guess from the name, these redeemable coins can be exchanged for cash prizes so long as you have at least 100 of them.

Of course, as a sweepstakes casino, Promotional Play at Jackpots Vegas is always 100% optional. No purchases are required to play. And Sweepstakes Coins can only be acquired as part of free bonuses, as well as an add-on when purchasing select Gold Coins packages.

And once you purchase the welcome bonus, a wide variety of offers become open to you — like the Power Boost feature. Power Boost operates as a daily login bonus enhancer. And when taken advantage of, the Power Boost can see you awarded with a total of 25 SC + 52,000 GC — just for logging in for 8 consecutive days.

But that’s not all.

Missions, challenges, tournaments, and jackpots allow you to win extra free coins as you play. Meanwhile, special purchase bonuses allow you to get more coins for each dollar that you spend, and also grant you extra bonus stars to help you tier up through the VIP program.

As far as free bonuses go that award free Sweepstakes Coins without needing a purchase, they aren’t too common at Jackpots Vegas. The mail-in bonus will give you 3 SC. However, outside of that, the only way I was able to get free SC was with a random email login bonus that gave me 0.5 SC.

Definitely a nice surprise. But since it’s random, there’s no reliable way to claim it.

Jackpots Vegas is mainly a slots sweepstakes casino. As while you can find some casual and fish games, the vast majority of their 700+ game library are slot titles.

What I really enjoyed seeing though, was the wide range of providers that Jackpots Vegas stocks games from. Of course, the big names like NetEnt, Nolimit City, Betsoft, and BGaming are available. However, Jackpots Vegas also stocks titles for smaller providers like 155 Games, Dragon Gaming, and Zillion Games — which is really nice to see.

Jackpots Vegas uses traditional banking methods. This means for purchases you’ll need to use your card, or Apple/Google Pay depending on your device. Meanwhile for redemptions, you’ll have the option to either have your funds pushed back to your card, or sent directly to your nominated bank account.

Both your GC and SC balances are shown at the top of the screen. Simply click on the switch to change the currency that you want to play with. Or, if you wish to add to your coin balances, click the ‘Buy Coins’ button. From here, you’ll be shown all of the available Gold Coins packages — and when you see one that you like, click it to be taken to the payments page.

From there, just choose how you wish to pay, and enter in the relevant information before confirming your purchase. Once purchased, coins will be instantly added to your account. One thing to remember about Jackpots Vegas though, is that Gold Coins packages are subject to tax, so do keep in mind that the actual price you’ll pay may be a little higher than the advertised price — with the actual price only being shown once you’re entering in your payment details.

Redemptions are a little bit more complicated. Because in addition to needing 100 redeemable SC (SC becomes redeemable after playing with it at least once), you’ll need to complete the verification process. Of course, KYC verification is mandatory at all sweepstakes casinos. But with that being said, I really don’t like the way Jackpots Vegas does it.

That’s because verification only becomes available once you have at least 100 redeemable SC and at least 48 hours have passed after you’ve first started playing. This means if you win big right at the start, you’ll need to wait for 48 hours to have elapsed before you can verify your account, and then begin the redemption process.

Redemptions can be sent to either your bank account, or pushed to your card — with both methods taking 2-7 days on average to process. Redemptions may be capped at $2,000 per day. And Jackpots Vegas advises that if they do process a redemption of $2,000 or more, it may take a little longer for the money to be sent to you due to additional security checks that need to be performed.

Is Jackpots Vegas Casino Legit?

Jackpots Vegas is one of the newest brands by the prolific Mamba Limited. Truth be told, Jackpots Vegas itself is too new to judge purely on its own merits — although I can confirm that legally speaking, they’re following all of the rules that govern sweepstakes casinos. Instead, when considering the legitimacy of Jackpots Vegas, I think it’s best to look at the reputation of its parent company.

In that regard, they’re looking good. Mamba Limited has been running sweepstakes casinos since 2025, and so far, none of their sites, nor they themselves have been involved in any notable controversies. All of their sites, including Jackpots Vegas, are secure. They only stock fair and RNG-tested games by trustworthy developers. And besides some minor player complaints surrounding longish timeframes to receive redemptions, I haven’t heard or seen anything too negative about Mamba Limited.

Customer support needs a little bit of work at Jackpots Vegas. To start off with the positives, they’ve got a really good FAQ page.

From it, players unfamiliar with sweepstakes casinos or with how Jackpots Vegas itself works will get a decent tutorial, and will be able to find answers to a lot of common questions.

For direct customer support though, you’ve got one option. Email. And unfortunately, I found the customer support to be a little subpar, mainly due to the long time that you have to wait to get a response — with it taking just under 18 hours for my question to get answered. The answer itself was fine. But they do lose points from me due to the long waiting time.

While signing up at Jackpots Vegas is very easy, I do want to bring up the verification system once more. As for me, I’m really not a fan of it. Verifying your account early is a great way to ensure that when it does come time to make a redemption, everything moves just that little bit faster. And not allowing early verification affects the user experience for those who want to make things run as smoothly as possible.

As far as navigating the site goes, how easy it will be will come down to what device you’re using. On mobile, it’s simple. The site is obviously designed for mobile use, and in addition to looking great, all the buttons and sliders respond exactly how you’d expect. For desktop navigation though, there are some minor issues.

The sliding bar above the games doesn’t always slide. And the missions/tournament section just looks ugly. The mobile site doesn’t allow you to take screenshots — so you’ll just have to take my word for it, but the mobile site just looks and feels a whole lot better.

How It Stacks Up

In checking out the sister sites of Jackpots Vegas, I was surprised to find that there really are no meaningful differences at all between them. Same bonuses. Same features. Of course, you may find one or two extra games at one site when compared to another — however, for all intents and purposes, there really is no difference between the majority of the Mamba Limited sweepstakes casinos.

Personally, I prefer the neon aesthetic of Neon Rush — and so that’s my pick of the bunch. But besides the themes, there really is nothing to separate these sites.

While not for everyone, Jackpots Vegas will definitely appeal to certain players. They’ve got good slots. Their mobile site is fantastic.
