Combine all of these together, and you’re looking at 1 SC every single day.

For even more free coins, My Betz pays out 60,000 GC + 4 SC per person that signs up via your referral link. And if you don’t mind spending some money, the weekly subscription bonus can bump up your daily bonus, and the Extra Bonus can increase the value of Gold Coins packages that you purchase in the future.

NetGaming is the only provider that is advertised — but unfortunately, none of the NetGaming titles were functional. I spotted a few Dragon Gaming slots that did work, but for the most part, the only games I was able to play were titles that I didn’t recognize, and that were developed by unlisted or exclusive providers.

Unfortunately, this was another area where I encountered some problems. Regardless, in the below table, we’ll go through the banking options that are listed as available.

Payment Options Review

Purchases should be able to be made by clicking on the green “Get Coins” button, which sits at the top of the screen next to your wallet. However, I was unable to make a purchase at My Betz as I kept getting an error stating that my email hadn’t yet been verified. This wasn’t something that I was able to get around. I had already verified my email when registering, and as we’ll cover in a later section, customer support couldn’t help me.

This meant I was never able to reach the threshold of 100 SC to make a minimum redemption. Although with that being said, by digging through the terms & conditions and sweeps rules page, I was able to find some info on how redemptions should work.

Firstly, you’ll have two options for redemptions. A cash redemption or a gift card. Both methods require you to have a redeemable balance of at least 100 SC, and while My Betz does warn users that cash prizes can take up to 10 business days to process, the timeframe for gift cards is unknown.

One important thing to note is that if you make a redemption worth $2,000 or more, My Betz does state you’ll need to perform further KYC verifications.

Is My Betz Casino Legit?

My Betz is owned and operated by DIGI MATRIX INC — the same company behind Funz. This means My Betz starts off with a level of legitimacy that other new sweepstakes casinos struggle to obtain. But that doesn’t mean you should blindly trust them.

A library of unknown titles means that we cannot confirm whether or not their games have actually been RNG tested. Plus, while Funz has been around for over a year, DIGI MATRIX INC still isn’t what I’d call an established name like B2 Services or VGW.

At the bare minimum, one big positive I can say about My Betz is that they’re 100% abiding by sweepstakes laws, as they only operate in states where they’re allowed, and they give players ample free play.

Customer support is an area that My Betz is seriously lacking in. I couldn’t find an email, nor do they offer live chat — so instead, you’re left with a phone number which is for payment-related enquiries, and a form that you can fill out for help.

As I’ve already mentioned, I encountered a lot of bugs with My Betz and so I had a lot to ask customer support. Unfortunately though, when I tried to contact them, I got another error.

This is pretty abysmal. As while they do have an FAQ page, it isn’t overly helpful. And since their sole avenue for general customer support didn’t work, I was unable to get the help that I needed and was stuck playing on a buggy site.

My Betz has been designed with mobile users in mind. It does work on a desktop. However, it looks and feels so much better when you’re playing on your phone. Of course though, this is purely aesthetic.

And when you get past the design, you’ll notice that both the desktop and mobile sites have the exact same problems and bugs.

So that means you’ll have problems opening up games, problems contacting support, and problems purchasing coins, regardless of how you choose to access My Betz Casino.

My Betz is way behind the competition. It’s got a small selection of games, loads of issues, and even its one major strength, its bonuses, is outdone by sister site Funz.

Funz itself is a great alternative, but it’s not the only site worth thinking about. KingPrize wins out for mobile users. Lucky Bunny has a massive selection of titles that puts My Betz to shame. MegaPrize is an all-around top site. And Blitz.us is perfect if you’re looking for something a little different.

Our Experts Verdict

It’s a swing-and-a-miss for My Betz and parent company DIGI MATRIX INC. Of course, the daily bonuses are good — and when you get past all of the loading issues and bugs, it is an interesting sweepstakes casino. However, it just isn’t there yet.

About 100 games don’t work, customer support is impossible to reach, and there are issues with banking. So when you get right down to it, My Betz is not worth currently playing at. And instead, I’d recommend playing at sister site Funz, or one of the hundreds of well-designed and exciting sweepstakes casinos already out there.
