QuestPlay Sweepstakes Casino Review
QuestPlay launched in late 2025 and is the first social casino from operator Trigger Puppy. This sweepstakes casino adopts largely the same format for social casino gameplay as its counterparts, but puts more of an emphasis on rewards, with a wealth of quests and missions at the heart of its service.
While some of its features are still coming online, QuestPlay is already home to over 1,500 slots and games, including no shortage of fish shooters, with 10 developers already in the mix at this early stage.
My experience of QuestPlay was that its service is still a bit rough around the edges, but that’s to be expected. Find out what this means for you in the rest of my QuestPlay Social Casino review.
Pros
- Focuses heavily on rewards-based missions and quests
- Claim an exceedingly generous welcome offer
- Already supports over 1,500 games from 10+ providers
- Responsible gameplay tools are in force
- Promos are kept in one place, the QuestPlay Hub
Cons
- The website needs refining to function properly
- Some key information is missing from the site
- No live casino games as of yet
Arguably, the most exciting thing about QuestPlay’s service is your ability to engage in ample quests and missions. The results of which see you climb a loyalty ladder, but also snap up cut-price deals in exchange for XP. The site offers an adventure-based sweepstakes casino service, but it’s still very raw and needs refining to be among the frontrunners at SweepsKings.
Legal States
Players aged 18+ can join QuestPlay. Residents of California, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia (D.C.), Idaho, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and West Virginia are set to miss out.
How QuestPlay Social Casino Works
At face value, QuestPlay has conventional Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, with SC provided freely with coin packages and through promotions, seeing QuestPlay adhere firmly to the sweepstakes casino model.
In fairness, there are plenty of ways to acquire SC, including through quests and daily lootboxes. Sweeps Coins typically expire after 60 days of inactivity, and bonus SC generally has a 1x playthrough rate. It’s worth noting that Sweeps Coins cannot be wagered on anything other than slots until you have played through them at least once. After that, it’s fair game.
QuestPlay is also home to XP – classic experience points, and you’ll snap these up by playing games, completing missions, and participating in quests and events. XP is used to navigate the Explorer’s Path (a tier-based VIP scheme). XP can also be used to purchase special coin packages from the shop without having to purchase them using real money. It keeps the free-to-play mantra very much at the heart of what you do at QuestPlay.
QuestPlay Bonuses
Creating an account and verifying your email at QuestPlay offers you a sign-up bonus worth 100,000 GC and 1 SC.
Freshly registered users can also look at two special offers designed solely for them, with those welcome packs aimed at boosting both GC and SC balances. These one-time-only coin packages include:
- 300,000 GC + 13 SC for $9.99
- 800,000 GC + 75 SC for $49.99

Most of QuestPlay’s additional offers are acquired via something known as the QuestPlay Hub. I liked this feature. It’s compact and keeps everything from your VIP status to missions, quests, and shop-based offers in one handy and easy-to-navigate place.
From the QuestPlay Hub screen, I was easily able to explore the following promotions:
- Missions: You must opt in to missions. A typical mission I experienced involved exploring slots and performing spins on each to receive very small sums of XP. Other missions are tied to your loyalty level and involve purchasing GC packages. These can reward you with GC, SC, and XP. The massive amount of XP you receive with loyalty status-based missions will rapidly help you climb the next rung on the VIP ladder.
- Lootbox Quests: These challenges require you to opt in, too. They are similar to missions in that you’ll get a small amount of XP for playing games and wagering with GC or SC within a timeframe.
- Daily Lootbox: Not to be confused with Lootbox Quests, the Daily Lootbox is available for all players, every single day. Log in and follow the trail to unlock treasure chests and receive anything from 25 GC to 0.5 SC. I was able to unlock extra missions via this mechanic, too.
- Spin the Wheel: Another daily offer, it can offer anything at all. I received 20 GC and 10 SC the first time I used it, which is one of the most generous free daily bonuses I’ve ever gotten from a sweepstakes casino.
- Explorer’s Path: The VIP scheme at QuestPlay spans five tiers. Each new tier is reached by accumulating XP and unlocks brand new loyalty level-based missions for rich rewards. You’ll start at Rookie Explorer, but can work your way towards Commissioned Agent, Operations Analyst, Field Controller, and Intelligence Officer levels by completing missions and quests.
- Shop Packages: XP is used to climb the VIP scheme, but you can also spend it in a loyalty shop. Moreover, I found that any XP I spent didn’t interfere with my rise through the loyalty levels. XP can be used to purchase GC and SC without forking over real money via coin purchases. For instance, I was able to acquire 200,000 GC + 1 SC for 90 XP, 300,000 GC + 1.5 SC for 130 XP, or 400,000 GC + 4 SC for 280 XP. These offers may vary by the time you play, but are indicative of what you can expect with this promotion.
- Refer-a-Friend: Generating a unique referral link and convincing a friend to join you will allow you to acquire referral perks. These include VIP benefits and cashback when your friend accomplishes challenges, purchases coins, and completes other objectives. It’s a very vague bonus, without any real meat on its bones.
- AMOE: Fill out the online form to generate a QR code, then print and send your mail-in request along with a written acknowledgement of your acceptance of the T&Cs. You’ll get 1 SC per submission. That’s a lot of work for 1 SC, especially since only players with a balance of 0 SC qualify for this offer.

QuestPlay Casino-Style Games
QuestPlay supports around 1,500 social casino games, of which 1,300 are slots. While live dealers aren’t yet available, there’s an abundance of RNG table games at QuestPlay. I’m talking about keno, bingo, craps, roulette, blackjack, baccarat – you name it. You’ll also find a decent selection of fish shooting games.
At present, 10 developers offer titles. While Novomatic, Playson, and Betsoft represent the so-called big dogs at the site, it is GMW and KA Gaming that serve up the most titles, with the latter offering over 715 games. KA Gaming’s library is also diverse, spanning seemingly all major genres, save for live dealers.

I found that demo versions of games are also supported. You aren’t, therefore, required to burn through your GC balance. If you want to keep that balance for fun and play the demos, you can. It doesn’t make much difference, to be honest, but it’s a side note worth mentioning.
I would have liked to see individual slot genres, such as jackpots, Megaways games, and so on. While Megaways games are supported, you’ve got to use a search bar to find them. That’s a bit tedious, so more filters would be appreciated. On balance, the RTP rates and volatility levels felt right in my experience.
I’d like to make a special note of the following slots, each of which kept me happily spinning at QuestPlay:
- Legacy of Cleopatra: Megaways: There are up to 200,704 ways to win in this Playson slot, which features a classic theme, highly volatile action, and potentially limitless progressive Scarab Multipliers.
- The Slotfather II: A sequel to a much-loved game, Betsoft’s The Slotfather II highlights include a Gangster Bonus with expanding symbols and re-spins, and a Gangster Feature offering a cash collect mechanic.
- Casino Punks: I have more questions than answers about this NetGaming slot. Pharaohs meet cigarettes and Bitcoin/NFTs in this game, which has a nonsense theme, a pixel-art style, and frankly, does an excellent job at rebelling against conventional slot gameplay with its very unconventional nature. It may only be 3×3 in size, but it packs wilds, multipliers, free spins, and even a buy-a-bonus option. l love it, and you will, too.
Betsoft provides a chunk of QuestPlay’s poker and video poker offerings, while blackjack and baccarat each have their own game genres, too.
Hidden about the rest of the site are roulette, keno, and other table games. Your best shot of finding them is to use the generic search box.
Fish shooters are supported, and given their popularity at sweepstakes casinos, that’s not a bad thing at all. There are over 70 to choose from, and they aren’t thematically tied to the sea, either, with witches, aircraft, cowboys, and even adorable puppy-themed fish shooting games up for grabs.
I found a handful of small game genres at QuestPlay, too, so I’m lumping them all in together here. Basically, you’ve got crash games, mines, scratchcards, a few lottery and bingo-style options, and other instant win games like fortune wheels.
The collection isn’t immense, but there’s a good 50 or so games to get through, which I found fine when I wanted a brief break from the myriad of slots supported.

QuestPlay Banking
QuestPlay supports conventional payment options, such as Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. It also accepts cryptocurrencies, as is becoming more common at social casinos. The same payment options are available for purchases and redemptions, at least in some forms, as explained below.
Payment Options Review
| QuestPlay Banking | Purchases | Redemptions | Average Redemption Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | Credit/Debit | Debit Only | Up to 3 business days |
| Mastercard | Credit/Debit | Debit Only | Up to 3 business days |
| Cryptocurrencies | Yes | Yes | Under 24 hours |
| Bank Transfer | Yes | Yes | Up to 3 business days |
Redemptions require you to clear the KYC process the very first time you attempt to do so. On the upside, redemptions are processed within 3 days of clearance, and should be considerably faster from there on out.
Prizes are capped at $5,000 for Florida, and any winnings worth $600 or more may require you to fill out IRS Form 1099. Regrettably, QuestPlay doesn’t list its minimum or maximum redemption limits yet.
| Cost | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
| $9.99 | 100,000 GC | 10 SC |
| $14.99 | 150,000 GC | 15 SC |
| $19.99 | 200,000 GC | 20 SC |
| $29.99 | 300,000 GC | 30 SC |
| $49.99 | 500,000 GC | 50 SC |
| $99.99 | 1,000,000 GC | 100 SC |
| $199.99 | 2,000,000 GC | 200 SC |
| $299.99 | 3,000,000 GC | 300 SC |
| $499.99 | 5,000,000 GC | 500 SC |
There’s nothing revolutionary about the coin packages you can purchase from QuestPlay. I found them to offer largely the same set rate of GC and SC, based on what you pay. The best way to get hold of special offers is, therefore, to use the shop in the QuestPlay Hub, or the opening offers when registering. In terms of minimum purchase limits, $9.99 is a bit higher than I’m used to seeing.

Is QuestPlay Legit?
QuestPlay is operated by Trigger Puppy, and this is their first attempt at a social casino, so that, coupled with its recent launch, means that the site is definitely unproven.
I didn’t encounter anything that was particularly unnerving, save for a lack of detail surrounding some terms and conditions – again, this isn’t unusual for newly launched social casinos.
I’ll go out on a limb and say that QuestPlay certainly felt trustworthy when I played, but again, the feedback from other players will help frame and shape the narrative over time.

One positive thing, which leads me to believe that QuestPlay is in the business of offering fair and safe gameplay, is its selection of responsible social gameplay tools. You can cap purchases, wagers, and set loss limits, as well as self-exclude at any time.

QuestPlay Customer Support
Surprisingly, customer support was arguably the most disappointing part of my experience at QuestPlay, and for a good reason. I was left hanging when it came to live chat. I’m going to chalk this off as teething problems for the new social casino.
The reason it was an issue for me is that when I played at launch, no FAQ or sweepstakes rules pages were available. I was, in effect, playing blind.
On the plus side, before you reach (and don’t reach) customer support, the live chat service has a preconfigured Q&A section, and I found that most useful.

QuestPlay Casino UX
QuestPlay officially supports Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari browsers. I also tested it with Brave, and it works fine. For mobile gamers, both Safari and Chrome work. There is no app as of yet, but QuestPlay claims one may be introduced later.
It definitely feels strange accessing a side-loaded menu on the right-hand side of the screen. However, navigating the site is effortless, and I love the fact that promos and other elements are stored in a hub, which is accessible from the lobby.

QuestPlay Sister Sites
QuestPlay is a standalone site and the first sweepstakes casino from Trigger Puppy. To compare it fairly, I’ll measure it against other new social casinos that have debuted recently in the table below.
Comparison

|---|---|---|---|---|
| QuestPlay | 1,500+ | 100,000 GC + 1 SC | No | Excellent rewards scheme |
| DimeSweeps | 3,000+ | 50,000 GC + 1 SC | No | No limit redemptions |

| Sweep Las Vegas | 2,500+ | 10,000 GC + 2 SC | No | Very few state restrictions |
How It Stacks Up
QuestPlay’s bonuses and game libraries are both larger and smaller than some of its counterparts, making it an average site. Where this social casino really stands out is the array of promos it supports. It by far outweighs most of its counterparts in that department, and that’s the main reason you’d choose to sign up and play there.
Our Experts Verdict
If you’re looking for a sweepstakes casino that genuinely does reward you for playing games, and does so rather handsomely with plenty of opportunities for free SC, then QuestPlay is very much for you.
Like all new casinos, there’s the issue of experience, and it’s too soon to make truly accurate predictions. However, while there are a few things that frustrate (live chat and limited T&Cs), overall, I was pleasantly surprised by what this fledgling social casino offers. It’s definitely one to watch out for.
