Roll Royale is a 2023 entry into the sweepstakes casino scene. Run by Roll Royale LLC, this isn’t your typical sweepstakes casino. It’s actually a live social casino game that you can join and play alongside others in real time. Other features of the site include a sign up bonus, a few ways to earn free SC, and cryptocurrency payment methods.

Technically, you should be able to play for fun and redeem real cash prizes using GC and SC currencies, as with any other sweepstakes casino. However, our discoveries during this Roll Royale review set off plenty of alarm bells. So you’re better off trying out other trustworthy sites like WOW Vegas, Chumba, and McLuck.

This casino doesn’t have any geolocation blocks for restricted states. However, you should know that you can’t play from Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Nevada, or Washington. If you want to play for fun only, you can stick to Gold Coins. Sweeps Coins, on the other hand, are for playing and redeeming prizes. Only SC you’ve won from gameplay are redeemable, and not those given as bonuses. So there’s basically a 1x playthrough for all Sweeps Coins bonuses at Roll Royale.

As this casino operates on the sweepstakes model, no purchase is necessary. However, you’re free to buy Gold Coin packages from the shop to top up your balance if you run out before the next bonus lands. Or simply if you want to try bigger play amounts.

Only the most necessary bonuses are accounted for at this casino. There’s a Roll Royale sign up bonus of 1,000 GC + 5 SC that’s credited to your balance immediately when you create your casino account. Apparently, there should be a 150% welcome bonus on your first purchase as well, but I couldn’t find any discounted deal or package with extra bonus coins. I take it there was once such an offer, but it’s no longer available.

Other promos are scarce, but at least there’s a referral bonus, a daily bonus, and one or two more ways to earn free SC. I’ll elaborate on this below.

Many sweepstakes casinos stack up on promos for existing players in order to keep users coming back for more. Roll Royale is not one of those. There are only a small handful of ways you can get free SC from this site, including:

Purchase bonus: Buying a Gold Coin package at Roll Royale will come with at least 10 free SC.

Daily bonus: Receive 1,000 GC and 1 SC a day by sending a request via the casino’s contact form.

Mail bonus: Send a postal request to the casino’s registered address, and you can claim 5 free Sweeps Coins.

Referral bonus: This is more of an affiliate program than a regular refer-a-friend promo. You earn 30% commission on gameplay for all your referrals to this casino, while each friend you bring on also gets 10 SC for free.

Roll Royale is the name of this casino, but it’s also the name of the only game you can play on the site. The lobby is basically the playing field of this live multiplayer wheel game. It’s a roulette-style game where you can choose one of three icons for the wheel to land on and win up to 14x your coin entry.

Roll Royale is a real-time game, and after one round ends, a new one begins automatically. There’s a 15-second interval between rounds. This is the betting window, during which you can set your coin entry and select which icon you think will land next. As is usually the case with these kinds of multiplayer games, you can view other participants’ bets below the game field. So you see who’s playing along with you, and their GC or SC spend. When I tried the game, it was straightforward and fun, so I have no complaints here. Roll Royale is a proprietary software that you won’t find anywhere else except at this eponymous casino.

Some details to know about this game include its very high RTP of 99.2%. The minimum entry limit is 0.1 for both currencies, which is very accommodating. On the upper end, you can play a max of 500 SC or 10,000 GC. There’s no Roll Royale demo version. But it’s a live game, so you can watch several rounds before you enter. I was able to watch the gameplay even without signing up, although only after I registered could I place coin bets.

Unsurprisingly, Roll Royale is a crypto casino. While trying to make a Gold Coin purchase, I was provided with a series of cryptocurrency options, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. There were no fiat payment options available during my Roll Royale casino review.

The cheapest Gold Coin package at Roll Royale is $10, and you can make purchases worth up to $2,000 in a day. Redeeming cash prizes is possible from $50 (50 SC) and above. I checked the terms and conditions to find out that the maximum redemption limit is $10,000 daily.

Payment Options Review

This is how I went about making a BTC purchase at Roll Royale:

1. Tap on the “Get Coins” icon
2. Choose from the six available coin bundles
3. Select BTC (or some other crypto you prefer)
4. Copy the address and the amount in BTC to transfer
5. Head to your Bitcoin wallet and make the transfer

To redeem at this site, you need to stack up at least 50 redeemable SC, that is, those you’ve won from gameplay. Unfortunately, the casino is not as efficient at processing redemptions as it is at accepting purchases. My redemption has been in limbo, and from what I could gather, this isn’t just my bad luck. There’s a Reddit thread with some horror stories about Roll Royale redemptions.

Is Roll Royale Casino Legit?

There’s a bit of confusion between the terms of service and information elsewhere on this site. For instance, the footer mentions ARB Services as the administrator, but Roll Royale LLC is indicated as the casino owner in the terms. At SweepsKings, we prefer to trust the terms and conditions, so I take it that the valid company here is Roll Royale LLC. I did some further digging and, unfortunately, couldn’t find anything about this entity. Nothing came up after a business search on the corporate registration database of Delaware, where it’s supposed to be registered.

The little reputation Roll Royale Casino has acquired on Reddit is a bad one. The same goes for the feedback on Trustpilot. And considering that the game software belongs to the casino, I can’t vouch for fairness either.

Making it worse is the fact that there isn’t proper KYC verification at Roll Royale. You’ll be asked to provide some documentation to confirm your identity when you make a redemption request, but there are no real safeguards in place to prevent underage users from playing at the site. The one good thing is that the site has a Google website security certificate.

I was hoping the team would at least be efficient, but they took a long time to respond when I reached out. Beware that they might completely go mute if your inquiry is about a pending redemption.

I found no live chat, social media channels, or call line. There were a handful of FAQs covered in the About page, but they answered mostly the obvious questions, nothing in-depth. Unexpectedly, Roll Royale has a blog with several informative articles, especially for beginners.

You can play at Roll Royale Casino directly online without having to download an app. The site looks like it was designed with mobile players in mind, but you can launch it on a desktop, too, and it looks identical. The main lobby hosts the only game you can play. The top-line navigation only includes the Lobby, How it Works, Contact Us, and Refer and Earn. As such, the casino is very straightforward. Other main menu tabs are Get Coins and Redeem.

It’s a good-looking casino with a dark background and vibrant graphics. They weren’t very original, though. A lot of the images were AI-generated, and I noticed they stole the leprechaun mascot and some other graphics from McLuck Casino. That said, the site was very responsive, and pages loaded quickly. The game itself didn’t lag, but there were several times it glitched before the result was revealed, which invalidated the round.

How It Stacks Up

Roll Royale casino rates poorly compared to the alternatives above. It doesn’t have the game variety that these other sites offer, for starters. Their no-purchase bonus is probably the weakest offering I’ve ever seen. Compared to Zula Casino which offers bundles as cheap as a dollar, Roll Royale’s smallest package costs $10, which is too expensive in comparison.

The casino has ripped off a graphic from McLuck, and that automatically tells you which is the inferior platform. It’s also far behind the competition in terms of redemption processing, customer support, and safety. So, Roll Royale doesn’t stack up at all. If Roll Royale did not look like such a scam it could be a fun place to go try the exclusive Roll Royale game. But it turns out this singular game, which sometimes glitches, may be the best thing about the casino. Our verdict is to stay away. The bonuses are not worth it, redemptions are unreliable and there’s no proof that the company is legit. For the nth time, Roll Royale is not safe so you play at your own peril.
