Dollar Mills is a sweepstakes casino site operating in the US. Right out of the gate, the site struck me as problematic, and to be completely honest, it only got worse as I tested it.

Dollar Mills is available in 42 states in the US. While some sweepstakes casinos operate in 45+ states, this number is still on par with the industry standard.

Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington are the restricted areas. The typical minimum age to play is 18 or 21, but the lack of KYC/geolocation checks make Dollar Mills an open game.

How Dollar Mills Casino Works

Dollar Mills operates on the standard sweepstakes casino model using Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins as in-house currencies.

Gold Coins are used for free play and cannot be redeemed for real money prizes. Sweeps Coins are available for cash-prize redemption at a rate of $1 for 1 SC following 1x wagering requirements.

After joining, all players receive free GC and SC, and while additional Gold Coins are available for purchase, no purchases are mandatory.

Dollar Mills Casino Bonuses

The Dollar Mills bonus section is based on the no deposit bonus all players receive upon joining the site, which is 8,000 GC and 3 SC.

Beyond that, there are no VIP deals, first purchase bonuses, daily free credits, or even a mail-in bonus, which is a staple for all reputable sweeps casinos.

I checked with the support team to see if daily free credits are available, and the answer I got was that “as of the moment, we don’t have any daily bonus yet.”

This was the first inconsistency I noticed when reviewing the casino because the Sweeps Rules page clearly states, “Permanent reward features on the site, such as daily check-ins, provide free Gold Coins and Sweep Coins for gameplay.”

This was just one of the many things that severely reduced the trust score and turned Dollar Mills into a big red flag. More on that later.

Also, the same Sweeps Rules page does not contain information on mail-in bonus deals, which is a standard at sweepstakes casinos—at least the reputable ones.

And while purchase packages give you free Sweeps Coins in the value of the dollar amount you spent – for example, 20 free SC for a $19.99 GC package – purchase bonuses are nowhere to be found.

Dollar Mills Casino-Style Games

Dollar Mills hosts over 300 games, which is a decent number. Nothing special since many sweeps casinos have 1,000+ titles but I have no trouble with the sheer number here.

What I don’t like, though, is that all casino-style games come from either less-known or flat-out obscure software providers. We’re looking at four studios here: FastSpin, OnlyPlay, S777, and SpadeGaming.

Three of these names—FastSpin, OnlyPlay, and SpadeGaming—are decent. They are all fairly new to the industry, and I see their titles as interesting additions rather than a cornerstone of any casino site.

And then there’s S777, aka Spinfinity 777. This studio has no official website, almost no mention across the web, no RNG verifications, nothing. I’m fine with obscure software studios, but the lack of transparency here is a red flag. The fact that one game under this company is called The Dog House, which is a copy of Pragmatic’s original release, goes to show that they won’t be around for long.

Now, another issue here is that all OnlyPlay games, which make up about a third of all games at the casino, have a minimum stake of 500 GC. Considering that the only bonus you will ever get here is the 8,000 GC promo, you are bound to spend it all very soon.

Unfortunately, as I browsed through the catalog, more issues kept popping up. None of the games have their RTP rates displayed.

Sure, volatility rates and maximum multipliers are available, but if you look at the minimum and maximum stakes, they’re just flat-out wrong in some cases.

PayPal seems to be the primary payment method and the only option for both purchases and redemptions. Beyond PayPal, Apple Pay is available for deposit, alongside Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

The minimum redemption is 50 SC, which is not bad since many sweepstakes casinos require 100 SC. All Sweeps Coins need to be wagered at least once before players can redeem them as cash prizes at a 1:1 rate to US Dollar.

I’m afraid I have to mention another thing I didn’t like. The T&Cs say that crypto payments and redemptions are available, while the site says they are not an option.

I checked with the support team, and they confirmed PayPal is the only method for redemptions. The site just has too many inconsistencies like this.

Buying Gold Coin packages is done straight from the home page, just hit the green Deposit button in the top-right corner or scroll down to the Quick Buy section.

Your balance is available in the top menu, too, while the Sweepstake Prize Redemption page is open via your Dollar Mills profile in the top-right corner. The casino guarantees instant redemption processing for eligible cash prizes.

There are also 35 Gold Coin packages, which is a lot. Each package includes Gold Coins and free Sweeps Coins of the same value as the package price.

Is Dollar Mills Casino Legit?

Unfortunately, this is where Dollar Mills fails, big time. The short summary is that Dollar Mills Casino is not legit.

There is no information available on who owns the site. The standard among legit sweeps sites is to display the company that owns the site in the footer menu and then in the T&Cs and the Privacy Policy. No mentions of the owner at Dollar Mills, zero.

Then, we add the lack of RNG testing certification for one of the software providers, the absence of KYC checks, zero social media presence, no phone support, and you get a poor rating.

In case you get impressed by the ‘Dollar Mills user reviews’ on the homepage, they are fake. The site has a single fake review on Trustpilot when it listed six 5-star ones in its front page. What a joke.

Dollar Mills only has one line of support: the live chat. Now, so I don’t just churn out negatives for every category here, I’ll say that the live chat is easy to access from both the footer menu and the player profile.

When I chatted with one of the support agents, I definitely spoke to a human and not an AI chatbot. I received a reply within 20 minutes even though the site says 40 minutes on average.

The support experience was average but adequate. I got the answers I wanted, although I had to ask a follow-up question.

But then, the downsides. It’s a big one – Dollar Mills has no support lines apart from the live chat. No phone numbers, no email addresses, no contact forms. Not even an FAQ library.

Dollar Mills has a darker design with hints of green. That’s no problem, and we actually appreciate how fast the site loads because of its minimalist look.

But then again, this place could use more menus. There isn’t a Promotions page, and, as we mentioned, the T&Cs and Privacy Policy pages lack information.

While instant play is available on mobile with no limitations from just about any browser, I don’t like the lack of apps.

I tend to repeat this point in our reviews here at SweepsKings: Having an app on the App Store or the Google Play Store shows legitimacy because you have to pass strict criteria to be featured on these platforms as a casino gaming app.

Our Experts Verdict

The bottom line is that we do not recommend Dollar Mills and that it actually goes to the SweepsKings blacklist. The transparency issues alone were enough for us to come to this conclusion.

But beyond that, the issues with software providers, the bugs, the inconsistencies, and the lack of info – it all leads us to think that Dollar Mills is a place to be avoided.

Now, sure, you can take the 8,000 GC + 3 SC no deposit bonus and have a bit of fun while the stash lasts, no harm in that.
