Big news: alternative gaming site Card Crush has moved well beyond its original two state offering of California and New York and is now listed as available in up to 48 states!
The only current exclusions are Nevada and Washington (two strict jurisdictions for gaming), making Card Crush suddenly one of the most widely available alternative gaming platforms for US players.
Card Crush’s Launch Phase Was Clearly a Success
The site began life in December 2025 as a California and New York-focused project, essentially as a workaround to the new laws brought in last year that banned sweeps casinos in those two states. Plenty of players in CA and NY were without anywhere to play, and Card Crush offered them a new home with its collectible card game and casino lobby.
The site works in a similar way to popular sweepstakes casinos, but – importantly – Mystery Coins are bundled in with Cards rather than with Gold Coins (GC), exempting the brand from the dual-currency definitions that outlawed all standard sweepstakes operators.
But it seems the original Card Crush launch phase has been a success, and the site has now updated its terms to show a much wider footprint across the US.
Card Crush Becomes the Most Widely Available Alternative to Sweepstakes Casinos
In practical terms, all users outside of Nevada and Washington should now be able to access Card Crush, even if Card Crush isn’t yet fully marketing to players in all 48 jurisdictions. On signup you’ll see the full list of available jurisdictions in the ‘State’ drop down menu.
Speaking of signup, players will be welcomed onto the platform with 2 free Mystery Coins and 5 Cards to kick off their journey. The Cards can be used in the tournaments where you go up against other players to see who has the strongest deck, while the Mystery Coins are for the casino section of the site.
With slots and live dealer games, Card Crush has a very similar feel to a standard sweepstakes casino, but the way the Mystery Coins are delivered makes all the difference.

Modern slots like Bonanza Billion Xtreme from BGaming offer exciting chances at prizes.
You can then go on to purchase Mystery Boxes containing more Cards and Mystery Coins, and, of course, you can win more Mystery Coins in the casino games, and eventually cash them out for real money prizes.
One other thing to keep in mind is that game availability can still vary by state. That’s down to provider-level restrictions rather than Card Crush itself, so the lobby experience won’t always be identical everywhere.
But overall, the headline is simple: Card Crush is no longer a CA/NY-only product. It’s expanded massively, and now could be a great time to try it out for players in almost every state.
