4 Sweeps Casinos Shut Down: WinPanda, SweepNext, GrandVault & MidasJackpots

The sweepstakes casino space moves quickly, with new operators entering the market regularly and others disappearing just as fast, sometimes within only a few months of launching.

In this update, we’re looking at four brands that now appear to have shut down recently.

Notably, all four launched within the past year with no sister brands, meaning the operators were not fully established, so it’s not completely surprising they’ve shut down. That being said, let’s look into the details below.

Midas Jackpots – Under maintenance since December 2025

The following message appears when you try to log in at Midas Jackpots:

“Sorry for the inconvenience but we’re performing some maintenance at the moment. If you need to you can always contact us, otherwise we’ll be back online shortly!”

The brand informed us they were working on improving the platform in December, but months later we’re still unable to log in and still haven’t heard back from the team. Therefore, at this stage, we can safely assume that Midas Jackpots has closed down, despite only launching in June last year. Operator Prosperous Play US LLC clearly wasn’t able to transition it into a viable, long-term platform.

To be honest, we’re not too disappointed with this because Midas Jackpots never earned our seal of approval. There were too many red flags, like the 10x playthrough on all bonuses – this is not what we like to see. A 1x playthrough is fine, but by the time you’ve played coins 10 times, most of them will be gone.

We also found unresponsive support, an amateur-looking site, and no clear information on minimum redemption limits, so it’s no surprise Midas Jackpots didn’t succeed in the current saturated space.

Grand Vault – Web domain just vanished

Here’s another site that SweepsKings hasn’t been able to access for a while, since February 2026 in this case. We’ve also had no response when messaging the brand, so after waiting for a few months, we conclude that Grand Vault Casino has shut down.

Launched by 247 Entertainment LLC in September last year, the site showed promise but still felt green with areas that definitely needed improvement. For example, there was a lack of transparency around playthrough requirements, no live chat support, and a game library that needed expansion.

WinPanda – Still waiting an official announcement

We’ve been unable to access WinPanda Casino since late April 2026, and the team has also stopped responding to our messages. Taken together, this strongly suggests the social casino is the third to cease operations recently.

WinPanda LLC launched the site in December last year, and, similar to Grand Vault, it was far from perfect but showed signs of a decent experience. It had some reputable gaming providers on board like BGaming and ICONIC21, meaning it covered slots, live dealers, table games, and instant win titles. However, the site basically no longer exists, so those games are not much use to us now.

It’s perhaps just as well, as the Kung Fu Panda-style mascot may have raised potential IP concerns with DreamWorks in the long run!

SweepNext – Migrates to LuckyStake

sweepnext migration to luckystake

We already covered this last one in a separate news post but, as of April 2026, it seems SweepNext Casino users are being moved over to a different platform: LuckyStake.

Our guess is that the two brands will eventually merge efforts into LuckyStake, with SweepNext shutting down. This is because registrations now seem to be impossible at SweepNext, and existing users are encouraged to transfer their accounts and balances over to LuckyStake with a specially designed pop-up and user flow.

We gave LuckyStake 79.7 out of 100 in our honest review of the platform recently. With over 800 games in the genres of slots, crash, and live dealer, and supplied by the likes of Relax Gaming, Slotmill, Print Studios, and Peter & Sons, you know the levels will be high. So this could be a positive development that we look forward to tracking.
