As for genres, it’s mostly slots, but there are other game types, namely live dealers, live game shows, bingo, instant games, and table games. However, these are in the minority and there are only a handful compared to the slots.

As far as the layout and filtering of the library is concerned, it’s not my favorite; you can only really filter games by a few categories so I’d like to see a more granular sorting system.

Overall I enjoy the color and liveliness of the UI here, plus the way that the mascot at the top of the lobby changes with the seasons or promotions. However, I think Crown Coins could do with making some UX improvements too.

Much of this stems from the previously mentioned poor state of the library, and while for some that may be a minor blemish, for me it’s a glaring issue that makes it pale in comparison to the best sweepstakes casinos. I think Crown Coins does a really good job of creating a lively, exciting platform on the whole – it’s just let down by some basic problems with displaying and sorting the games.

Another thing I don’t like is the barrage of notifications every time you load up the lobby. These tell you about Daily Missions, coin offers etc., but it’s tiresome to have to close multiple pop-ups every time you log in.

However, that makes it all the more strange that the user experience has not been perfected yet.

The lack of meaningful sorting options for their library is something I struggled to get past. And while that may speak more to me being spoiled with so many other great sweepstakes casinos, it wasn’t something I could shake.

I also have problems with the general quality of the games and game types available.

All that being said, there are points where Crown Coins stands out, like for its incredible bonus array, amazing original slots, and a UI that’s got great character, even if it does have some holes. I’d also like to see less complaints online about redemptions not being processed swiftly.

This is a good sweepstakes casino with huge potential if it can just fill in those final few pieces. Many of the fixes feel simple, like sorting out the prepaid cards not working.
