Gods N Gold is a gaming site that looks like a sweepstakes casino but isn’t quite. The site uses only Sweeps Coins for gameplay, with no Gold Coins available. It does boast a free sign up bonus of 1.5 SC plus a nice collection of 1,000+ games from several notable providers like M2Play and NetEnt.

However, while testing out the site, my experience was not encouraging. Between the pseudo sweeps format, the presence of untested third-party platforms like Vegas Sweeps, restrictive redemption terms, and unresponsive customer support, the team and I have decided to blacklist Gods N Gold.

It’s possible to request an AMOE bonus as well, but the exact reward isn’t disclosed. The site currently lacks tournaments and game challenges. Player engagement on social media also appears to be minimal.

There’s an important caveat, though. For non-purchased SC (those from free bonuses), you can only redeem a maximum of $20. Even if you won 100 SC using bonus coins, the casino will honor 20 SC and the rest will be forfeited.

I didn’t get around to making redemptions on the site, as the terms were off-putting, but clicking the Cashout tab in the side menu takes you to the redemption window, where you can see how many redeemable Sweeps Coins you have.

Gods N Gold is owned by GodsNGold ENT, a Las Vegas-based company that doesn’t yet have a significant online footprint. The casino itself has no verifiable real player reviews, making it difficult to assess its reputation.

Going by my first-hand experience, the game library raises questions despite featuring several quality game developers. Pragmatic Play games are available even though this developer has withdrawn from the market. Push Gaming titles like Razor Shark shouldn’t be featured here either. On top of that, the casino has partnered with several questionable third-party game platforms.

On the one hand, the single-currency approach may make the site available in jurisdictions where dual-currency sweepstakes are banned. On the other hand, Gods N Gold lacks the credibility to be a fair alternative.

The rest of the site is straightforward without any flashy gimmicks, just a running list of the latest winners and the lobby broken down into categories as you scroll.

Signing up was fast, since the site required minimal information. Claiming the sign up bonus was also instant, and there were no issues when I tried playing games. Beware that a few UI elements, like a Search button and a Recently Played tab, are missing, and some game categories have unrelated games mixed in.

On the bright side, it was easy to navigate most pages using the site’s links. Gods N Gold also plays well on mobile devices. It doesn’t have any native apps, but you can add it to the homescreen on both Android and iOS devices.

Gods N Gold, in comparison to a similar site like Golden Dragon, already has weaker games and bonuses. It lags even further behind when compared with top sweeps brands like CoinsBack and Splash Coins, not so much for its games as for its bonuses and the fact that it doesn’t support the traditional dual-currency format.

Gods N Gold has poor customer support, while Casino.click has functioning email, live chat, and even a telephone line. The user experience on Gods N Gold is overall not that great, so it can’t compete head-on with any of the alternatives we recommend.

Our Experts Verdict

We usually don’t hold it against casinos for being new and still needing to fine-tune their services. Instead, we only reject sites based on whether or not they’re legit. Gods N Gold unfortunately enters our blacklist because support is basically unavailable, it links out to questionable game platforms, and it brands itself as a sweepstakes casino while not following the proper dual-currency model.

It has a couple of upsides, like a respectable game library (which could very likely be fake), some decent bonuses, and a low redemption threshold. But the downsides quickly overshadow those positives.

This is not a site where you should spend your money. You won’t get any help if any payment issues arise. Play for free if you will, but with a 3x playthrough, it’ll be an uphill battle to redeem prizes using just free coins. Even then, you won’t be able to redeem more than $20. My best advice: stick to one of our recommended sites.
