MovaCoins Sweepstakes Casino Review

MovaCoins debuted in July 2026 under Platinum Technology N.V. While marketing itself as a sweepstakes casino, the brand does things a bit differently than the standard social site, such as accepting cash deposits, still offering Pragmatic Play slots, and having some rather unreasonable terms and requirements.

I took the site for a spin over several days, and between the 10x playthrough and its departure from standard sweepstakes practices, I encountered more drawbacks than positives. There are a few high points too, which I’ll point out for fairness. So keep reading my MovaCoins review to find out all the details about this new entry.

MovaCoins restricts players from several states, including Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, Montana, and Washington, and the provinces of Ontario and Québec in Canada.

Other states with an active sweepstakes ban, such as California, New York, and Indiana, have not been prohibited, though. Anyone 18 or older can play here.

How MovaCoins Social Casino Works

MovaCoins is, for all intents and purposes, a platform catered for casino entertainment. But it’s more like a typical online casino than a free-to-play social casino, since the platform accepts real money deposits. You can fund your account with USD or USDT and use your balance to play games.

There are a few ways to get free cash, like the welcome bonus and through daily login rewards, but most promos require a deposit. With each deposit, you also get bonus cash on top. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 10x.

MovaCoins goes straight to the point with a $3 new player bonus. It’s worth noting that you don’t have to do a traditional registration before you get this bonus. MovaCoins lets you log in as a guest, and you’ll receive the sign-up bonus even then.

First-time purchase deals are also available – not just one — but five offers amounting to an 850% bonus. You have to claim them in succession.

MovaCoins provided a number of other bonuses and promotions while I tried out the site. Some, like the Lucky Spin and progressive daily check-in, are new-player-friendly as well. I got an impressive $5 from the former, and $0.50 from the latter. A cool feature of the daily check-in is that if you miss a day, you can “remake” the login if you make a deposit.

Daily rebates are also available, starting at a 0.5% rate but can go up to 2% depending on your VIP level and wagering amount. Just like rebates, you can also reclaim a portion of your losses using the Lucky Rescue and Loss Rescue promos. Big spenders can claim up to 50% back on slot losses this way.

A VIP program was available when I joined MovaCoins. Making purchases is necessary to progress, and bigger bonuses, larger rebate percentages and lower withdrawal fees are up for grabs as you advance.

You can also claim referral bonuses. You get $10 per referral, and your friend gets a free $5 too. There’s also recurring commission on your referral’s deposits. And commission from wagers is available down to the 4th referral level – invitees of your friends.

Finally, there are jackpot prize pools tied to daily wagering and weekly points accrued from deposits. But as far as I could find, there was no sign of mail-in bonuses or social media promos.

MovaCoins’ provider list has a few low-tier brands, but most are well-known names like Hacksaw Gaming, 3 Oaks, and Red Tiger. The casino also offers Pragmatic Play (PP) games, and as a result, joins the ranks of questionable sweeps casinos still offering PP games in the US.

There’s quite a bit of variety within the lobby. Besides slots, I encountered several fish shooters from JILI and Fa Chai. Instant win games, arcades, and a few blackjack, roulette, and baccarat options are also available, all of which are classified as mini-games on the site.

The lobby is easily digestible thanks to a top-line navigation for Slots, Fishing, Arcade, Hot, and New games. There are also provider filters and a few categories by theme.

Clicking a game thumbnail once reveals the RTP for each game, and with the bulk of its games from PP, there’s a high RTP average. Still, the actual RTPs of most slots are different (higher) than the ones supported by the real providers, which means that they are likely made up.

Withdrawals start at only $11, but I found a few payment terms perplexing. First, the casino will initiate recurring payments after the first deposit. Second is that the casino may charge up to a $25 handling fee for payments that don’t go through or are returned. Both are unfavorable for players and are crucial points to keep in mind beyond the high wagering requirements.

Unless a new sweepstakes casino is run by an established company, they don’t have any track record, and that’s the case with MovaCoins. Information in the site’s footer reveals that the casino is owned by Platinum Technology N.V., a company registered in Curacao. But that’s all the data there is on the owners.

KYC is required before a withdrawal, and the website uses 128-bit TLS encryption, but there’s no 2FA. As I pointed out earlier, there’s a mix of good, bad, and scammy when it comes to gaming software. Also, the site is pretty new and doesn’t seem to have many players yet, so real user reviews are scarce.

On a final note, MovaCoins doesn’t display any Sweeps Rules document. Its operations don’t align with sweepstakes policies either, as despite making mention of Gold and Sweeps Coins in the site’s terms of use, no virtual currencies are actually available on the site. It also hasn’t listed California and a few other banned states as part of the prohibited regions.

It’s worth noting that live chat opens up in a different tab, which means you’ll have to switch back and forth if you’re actively playing.

Two things stood out regarding MovaCoins Casino. First, the site is mobile-focused. The casino features a portrait layout even on desktop, which makes it more suited for mobile devices where it fits the screen.

Second, the design is a copy of Crown Coins Casino, one of the top sweepstakes sites we recommend. It has the same color scheme and design elements, without the breadth of features as the site it emulates.

On another note, MovaCoins was easy to use. Registration was straightforward; as I mentioned earlier, you can join as a guest and still grab the sign up bonus. Navigation was smooth, games loaded within reasonable time, and all titles were accessible immediately.

That said, you’ll need to make a deposit to unlock several of the bonuses, so after the first batch of free cash, it starts to feel less and less like a free-to-play site. Not to mention you’ll be met with a 5x playthrough or higher on most bonuses, which impacts the end game of winning.
