Sweeps.us casino popped up on our radar recently, and we’re the first ones to bring you a detailed review of this fresh new site. The casino was released into the market by King Entertainment Corp in 2024, and is, for all intents and purposes, a legal sweepstakes casino where you can play for fun and win real money prizes using Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.

We found more than 3,000 games here, including the most extensive collection of arcade fishing games. Promotions include a lucky wheel and multiple welcome packs in addition to a no deposit bonus for new players. Sweeps.us is accessible as long as you are anywhere outside of  Delaware, Idaho, Washington, Nevada, Kentucky, and Michigan.

Unfortunately, Sweeps.us is very rough around the edges. So right now, I advise you to try out any of our recommended sites offering a better experience. But if you’re curious to know more about Sweeps.us, what it does well, and what it needs to improve on, this review has the full lowdown.

Legal States

This casino is free to play in 44 states. Only six states – Delaware, Idaho, Washington, Nevada, Kentucky, and Michigan – are restricted. Considering that many sweepstakes operators are pulling out of multiple US states, this is good news.

Sweeps.us is also more lenient with regard to gambling age. Anyone 18 or older can join. Of course, the legal gambling age in your state prevails, but this means users in states like Wyoming or Oklahoma, don’t have to wait until 21 before they can play.

But there’s a marketplace on the site where you can buy Gold Coin bundles if you like. You’ll often receive free SC as part of your purchases, but you can’t buy this redeemable currency directly.

There aren’t too many extra promotions, but playing here regularly will allow you to enjoy a lucky wheel and a referral bonus. There are a couple of other ways to earn free SC, which I cover below.

• Lucky Wheel – This is a weekly raffle offering 250m GC + Free 25k SC in prizes. A single player can get up to 50,000 GC and 100 SC.

The main highlight of Sweeps.us casino is the fact that it’s got 3,000+ games on the menu. A lot of these are from leading software developers like NetGame, BGaming, and Spinomenal, while others are from lesser-known studios. I checked a few of the more obscure providers, like Inbet and Zeus Play, and they were duly licensed, with certifications from iTechLabs, BMM Testlabs, and other renowned testers.

Having this many games is uncommon among sweepstakes casinos, and Sweeps.us have done a great job of categorizing the library so it’s easier to navigate. The genres available range from slots to poker, shooting, crash games, table games, fish games, scratchcards and others. Some titles are mixed in under the wrong category, but generally, you’ll find most games where they should be. The only thing missing is live dealer gaming options.

At the top of the lobby, you’ll also see categories for New Games, Trending, and Top Games. The library is super packed, and there’s something for everyone. It helps that you can also filter games by provider. Throughout the weeks it took me to test and compile this Sweeps.us review, several new providers and games were added to the list, meaning this is also a rapidly growing library.

All games are unlocked from the get-go. You can see some basic details like the entry range and software provider when you click on any game. However, you’ll need to launch the game to see other specs like RTP and max win.

Dodgy casinos usually give themselves away in the banking section. A perfect example is Vegas-X, which requires real money deposits. At Sweeps.us, you don’t deposit but purchase Gold Coin packages, which is a good sign. However, the list of payment methods included some non-US solutions, which is suspect for a casino that’s meant to be US-facing.

There were some inconsistencies in the pricing, but the cheapest bundle appears to be the $4.99 starter pack, while the priciest costs $299.99. This casino also supports prize redemptions, but while the sweeps rules page on the site says the minimum redemption is 50 SC, the redemption page displays 100 SC. We’ve taken the latter to be the relevant limit. Only a 1x playthrough is required for Sweeps Coins bonuses and each SC coin is equivalent to the dollar. There was no gift card option during my Sweeps.us review. Only cash redemption was available.

As is usually the case, you can buy coins or redeem them under your profile menu. In addition, there are quick-access tabs on the sidebar menu. Scroll down a bit to the main hall, and you’ll also see the available packages listed out. Basically, Sweeps.us casino makes it very easy for you to start making purchases.

On the other hand, redeeming prizes is less accessible because you have to go through ID verification first, and as you’ll learn in the upcoming sections, this casino isn’t easy to get in touch with.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to confirm how fast and efficient payment processing is, but I wouldn’t put my two cents on it since the site hasn’t lived up to expectations thus far.

Sweeps.us appears to be a legit casino operating in line with sweepstakes rules and featuring licensed and fair software. The site is secure, and verification checks are required before you can redeem prizes. There are no geolocation blocks, but you must verify your US number before opening an account.

All of this is in line with what we expect of a good sweepstakes casino, but Sweeps.us is simply not a casino I recommend because I can’t guarantee the site is safe. There’s little to no official information about its parent company, King Entertainment Corp. Neither the operator nor the casino itself has any reputation, and the website doesn’t inspire much trust since much of it appears to still be under construction and payments are not reliable.

Should you want to get in touch with Sweeps.us Casino, an email address is provided on the site. There’s also a live chat room, but that’s more for promoting a social community between players. There’s no live chat support for contacting the casino team. Telephone and social media support are also absent.

I did a test run and sent an inquiry via email, but it turns out the email address is not in service. Basically, there was no way to contact the casino. The casino also has a blog, but that was also still under construction at the time of crafting this Sweeps.us review. So, it wasn’t useful during my assessment either.

If what you like is an easy-to-navigate casino, Sweeps.us keeps it simple and intuitive. Everything is in its proper place or at least where you’d expect it to be. The menu bar provides a list of all relevant pages, and other useful tabs are provided under your profile menu. The footer is clean, featuring only links to the terms and conditions, sweepstakes rules, and other casino policies. There’s not much difference between the desktop and mobile experience except for the display size and some customization adjustments, and pages load very quickly.

The bad news is that the site still appears to be under construction. There were “loren ipsum” placeholders and several UI inconsistencies, like missing category labels in the lobby and incomplete descriptions for some packages in the shop, which I discussed in earlier sections.

At one point during my Sweeps.us review, there was a spammy bonus pop-up on every page. I also noticed that an obsolete offer is still being displayed on the main welcome bonus page.

Sweeps.us doesn’t meet the bar, so it’s not a valid competition right now. The only area in which it excels is in the number and variety of gaming options, but I’ll take WOW Vegas and its 1,800 premium games over this one any day. Stake.us, High 5, and Pulsz are three of the largest sweepstakes brands in the US and knock Sweeps.us out of the park in terms of bonuses, game quality, functionality, payments, etc. Chumba, despite its only 250+ games, packs a punch in terms of progressive jackpots and generous bonuses.

Unlike Sweeps.us casino, whose corporate owner is unknown, Chumba is a part of VGW, which pioneered the sweepstakes gaming model. Any of these alternatives is a great place to play, whether you’re just dipping your feet into the waters or are a seasoned player looking for fresh options.

Our Experts Verdict

Assessing this casino from top to bottom, Sweeps.us has fairly decent bonuses with no VIP scheme or daily login bonus to keep players coming back. Their games are plentiful, but without enough premium game providers, the overall quality just leaves you wanting better. Payments, coin purchases, and redemptions are not quite up to speed yet, and the only thing worse than the payment service is customer support, which is non-existent. Poor transparency and a lack of responsible gameplay tools paint an even bleaker picture.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I and the SweepsKings team do not recommend playing at Sweeps.us. I could say they’re new and need time to iron out the kinks, but there are lots of new launches like RealPrize and Spree Casino that began offering great gaming experiences from the get-go. Our top-rated alternatives offer well-rounded experiences that eliminate all the downsides this one suffers from. So avoid this one, and check our top picks out instead.
