TaoSweeps Casino Review

Launched by High Rollers of St. Lucie towards the tail end of 2025, TaoSweeps is a sweepstakes casino that’s prioritizing mobile users.

Their mobile site is up and running. Plus, with a library of 5,000+ games, they’ve got a decent selection of alternative casino-style games from 20+ providers in other categories like table games, live dealer games, and fish games. And with Promotional Play supported, you’ve got the chance to win real cash prizes.

Personally, I like sweepstakes sites that aren’t afraid to experiment. And so with their mobile-oriented design, TaoSweeps was definitely a site I was excited to check out — and below, you’ll be able to read about my findings.

How TaoSweeps Casino Works

TaoSweeps works off of the standard sweepstakes model that you’ll see in use through most sweepstakes casinos. And the way it works is pretty straightforward.

TaoSweeps makes use of two currencies and two types of play. Gold Coins, which are used for Standard Play, are the “for fun” currency. It’s great for testing out games — however, while they can be purchased, Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for real prizes.

This contrasts with Sweeps Coins, which are used for Promotional Play. As while Sweeps Coins can only be gained as part of bonuses or as free gifts when you purchase Gold Coins, they are able to be redeemed for prizes so long as you have met the playthrough requirements.

Once you’ve made an account with TaoSweeps, you’ll immediately be awarded 10,000 GC + 0.20 free SC. This isn’t a huge amount. However, you can receive a further 10,000 GC + 1 SC almost immediately by completing the verification process.

From there, your best bet for more coins is going to be to take advantage of the first purchase bonus — where you can take your pick from one of the five available offers. These offers are:

• 5,000 GC + 5 SC for $1.99
• 15,000 GC + 15 SC for $4.99
• 33,000 GC + 33 SC for $9.99 (Best Value)
• 50,000 GC + 50 SC for $19.99
• 80,000 GC + 80 SC for $39.99

But these aren’t the only bonuses on offer at TaoSweeps Casino.

Once you’ve signed up and claimed all of the new player bonuses, you won’t find too many bonuses that give you free Sweeps Coins. However, there are still some ways to earn bonus coins, which we’ll go through below.

• Daily Login Bonus — The daily login bonus isn’t great. For the time being, you’ll only get Gold Coins, with the exact number of free coins increasing the more consecutive days that you log in.
• Lucky Package of the Day — Every day, a new package receives a discount of up to 30%. This essentially acts as the TaoSweeps reload bonus, giving you extra bonus coins on Gold Coins packages once per day.
• Mail-in Bonus — Send a postcard to TaoSweeps to receive two free Sweeps Coins. There’s a lot of technicality to claiming this bonus, so if you’re interested in claiming, the Promo Rules of TaoSweeps are a must-read.
• Referral Rewards — Refer your friends to TaoSweeps to earn a steady stream of rewards. Exactly how much you earn will depend on your VIP level. However, in truth, with the rewards starting at 1 SC when your friends purchase $100 worth of packages, it isn’t the best.
• VIP Program — The VIP program of TaoSweeps opens you up to loads of different bonuses. And as previously mentioned, the higher your tier, the higher your referral bonus will be.

• Tournaments — Tournaments are a regular bonus at TaoSweeps. And by opting in and playing the eligible games, you can score points to top the leaderboard and earn free coins.
• Weekly/Monthly Rewards — The more you play, the more coins you’ll get on the weekly and monthly rewards program, with this bonus available in the wallet tab.
• Social Media Contests — Follow TaoSweeps on their social media pages to get access to social media contests that award free coins.

Despite having 5,000+ games — most of which are slots, I’d say that the selection of slots at TaoSweeps is below average. A lot of popular providers and games are missing. And those that remain tend to be played on a low RTP setting.

However, it’s not all bad. Because outside of slots, TaoSweeps offers an amazing selection of games — all of which are really well-categorized and easy to find. While a lot of the providers may not be the most well-known, they are still trustworthy.

And so if you’re looking for non-slot casino games and don’t mind trying out some new developers, you’ll find a lot of interesting options that are available for play right from the get-go.

All games can be played with Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. However, to get any information on a game itself, you’ll need to launch it up — as TaoSweeps doesn’t provide any sort of information on the title screens of their games.

Banking is one of the areas where TaoSweeps really seems to excel. Gold Coins packages are available for purchase through both fiat and non-fiat options.

Meanwhile, redemptions are available via both push-to-card and gift cards, and can be made so long as you have at least 50 redeemable Sweeps Coins.

Payment Options Review

Your wallet can always be viewed at the top of the screen, allowing you to toggle between your Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins balance. To purchase or redeem coins, click the ‘Wallet’ button at the bottom of the screen and click either the ‘Get Coins’ or ‘Redeem’ button. The minimum purchase will usually be $4.99. However, for your first purchase bonus, you do have the option to purchase a special package for only $1.99.

Purchases are usually instant. Though for redemptions, how long it will take will depend on your chosen redemption method — with push-to-card sometimes taking less than an hour, while bank transfers or gift cards require at least one business day.

To make a redemption, you’ll need to have played with your Sweeps Coins at least once, and have met the minimum redemption limits of either 50 SC for gift cards, or 100 SC for all other redemptions. One other thing to keep in mind is that your max redemption is tied to your XP.

This means you’ll be capped at a max redemption of $500 initially, with this number increasing the more XP you get.

And remember, before you purchase or redeem coins, you must verify your account first.

Is TaoSweeps Casino Legit?

TaoSweeps is a very new sweepstakes casino site. And while parent company High Rollers of St. Lucie may have some history in the sweepstakes gaming world by way of LuckyRush.io, there just isn’t enough information on them to unequivocally label them as legit.

To clarify, they haven’t done anything bad. They’re following all the relevant laws that govern sweepstakes casinos, their games are legit — and High Rollers of St. Lucie hasn’t been involved in any major controversies.

But there are still some minor issues. Sister casino LuckyRush.io has some links with other sites that aren’t all that trustworthy. And while TaoSweeps themself do not have these partnerships, it is still something worth noting.

For such a new site, I’m really surprised at how good customer support is at TaoSweeps. Every time I’ve reached out to them through live chat, I’ve heard back in less than two minutes. Additionally, for those who don’t want to use live chat, you can also contact them by phone, email, or through their ticketing system.

My only real gripe is that while their FAQ section is thorough, it’s obviously been ripped from LuckyRush.io — as almost all answers refer to them rather than TaoSweeps.

While TaoSweeps does work on desktops, it’s principally a mobile sweepstakes casino. And even if you do access it through your computer, the site still loads with a portrait aspect ratio.

And so for that reason, in addition to comparing TaoSweeps to its sister site, we’ll also be seeing how it stacks up against other popular new sweepstakes casinos.

How It Stacks Up

TaoSweeps is an incredibly unique sweepstakes casino. On paper, it’s almost impossible to deny just how poor their no deposit bonus is. And while a library of 5,000+ games may seem impressive on the surface, the reality is that the bulk of their library is slots, and their slots are poor. But it’s not all bad. They have great non-slot games, and their mobile-focused design will suit players who prefer to play on their smartphones.

Our Experts Verdict

As a traditional sweepstakes casino, TaoSweeps is poor. Bonuses are bad, slots are below average, and if you access the site via computer, you’ll have to deal with a really weird configuration. However, there is still something here. Their mobile site is good, and they offer some genuinely great non-slot options.

For me, the biggest issue with TaoSweeps is their marketing. Because while they may come off as a C-tier sweepstakes casino, if they were instead to lean into their strengths and brand themselves as a mobile sweepstakes casino focusing on alternate game types, I think they’d have a genuine niche market. And for that reason, while I would never recommend TaoSweeps as a first choice, if you are a mobile gamer who likes non-slot games, they’re worth cautiously checking out.
