Whale.us Sweepstakes Casino Review

Whale.io is the latest international crypto casino to make the jump into the US sweepstakes world. It launched its free-to-play American-only site Whale.us in October 2026, and it’s brimming with provably fair Originals, daily free spins with 20 Sweeps Coins (SC) up for grabs, and a huge 5 SC unlimited mail-in offer!

Whale.us is currently live in 34 US states and Washington D.C. All of the 2,500+ games are free to play, and SC can be redeemed for cash prizes via crypto or bank transfer after completing the 3x playthrough requirement.

Let’s get down to business as I take you on a guided tour of Whale.us and show all the things it gets right and where there is room for improvement.

Legal States

A lot of sweepstakes casinos are lifting their minimum age to 21 and pulling out of states. So it’s a breath of fresh air to see Whale.us accepting players who are 18+ from 34 states. Unfortunately, if you reside in any of these locations, Whale.us isn’t for you:

• Arizona
• California
• Connecticut
• Delaware
• Idaho
• Indiana
• Louisiana
• Maine
• Michigan
• Montana
• Nevada
• New Jersey
• New York
• Tennessee
• Washington
• West Virginia

Having said that, Whale.us will expand to more states when its Tribes and Lootboxes segments materialize.

How Whale.us Social Casino Works

At first glance, Whale.us’ model seems too good to be true. Like, how can all the games be free to play and they still offer cash prizes? Well, Whale.us gives all players Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC), which are like game tokens that you use to play slot machines, crash, or any other game you find on the site.

GC are strictly for entertainment, but SC can be redeemed for cash via bank transfer or crypto after you’ve wagered them a minimum of 3x. And every SC is worth $1.

Now you’re probably wondering, how does Whale.us make money? Players have the option of buying Gold Coins packages, which come with a healthy dose of free Sweeps Coins.

Whale.us Bonuses

Whale.us has taken a slightly unorthodox approach. Instead of giving you free SC upon sign up, you spin a wheel where you could win up to 20 SC.

After you’ve taken your free spin, there’s also a 500,000 GC + 35.01 SC for $14.99 (134% extra) first purchase bonus offer.

Bonuses Review

Whale.us keeps the good times rolling with these bonuses for existing players:

• Daily Spin – Every 24 hours you get to spin the Lucky Wheel, where you could win up to 20 SC. You’re guaranteed to win something on every spin!
• Mail-in Bonus – Get 5,000 GC + 5 SC for every letter you mail, with no limit on how many letters you can send. Each letter needs a unique entry code, your full name, and account email, and then you mail it to Whale.us’ address.

Whale.us Casino-Style Games

Whale.us is home to one of the bigger game libraries I’ve come across, with over 2,700 titles.

But it’s the variety that impressed me the most, with everything from Megaways slots to RNG baccarat to provably fair crash available.

The developers behind the games are equally impressive, we’re talking Betsoft, Slotmill, KA Gaming, M2Play, and many more!

Games and Software Review

You don’t have to purchase a single Gold Coin to access Whale.us’ entire game library. All titles are available in Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin modes, and irrespective of game type or RTP, every game contributes 100% to the mandatory 3x SC playthrough requirement.

Whale.us Banking

Whale.us gives you the best of both worlds. You can sign up, play any game in the library, and redeem cash prizes without spending a dime. However, if you want to take your bankroll to the next level, you can also purchase Gold Coins bundles, which come with free Sweeps Coins.

Sweeps Coins must be played a minimum of 3x before they become eligible for redemption, and you’ll need to upload your ID prior to your first payout. You’ve got plenty of payment options available as well, from Apple Pay to Bitcoin to bank transfer.

Payment Options Review

Whale.us features a big beautiful Buy Bundles button, which takes you directly to all of the Gold Coin packages. They range in price from $12 and go all the way up to $500. After you’ve played through your Sweeps Coins 3x, you then hit the redeem button, select bank transfer or crypto, and you’ll receive your cash prize within 72 hours.

Just keep in mind that you will be limited to FIAT/Crypto redemptions depending on how you purchased in the first place.

Is Whale.us Casino Legit?

Whale.us only launched in October 2026, so it’s still building a player base, but I’m pretty sure the site is legit. First off, all of the games are free to play, and with a daily lucky wheel and 5 SC mail-in bonus, you’ll never need to hit that buy button.

Other positive signs include the operating company being registered in the EU, all players who wish to redeem being required to pass KYC checks, and the games coming from industry big wigs that have been around for decades like Betsoft.

Whale.us Customer Support

Whale.us’ primary customer support channel is email. You can reach the sweepstakes casino at support@whale.us, and you should receive a reply within 24 hours. There’s also a Discord server with over 2,000 members and official X and Instagram pages, but these aren’t official customer support channels.

Whale.us Casino UX

When I picture a minimalist crypto casino with simplified text, easy-to-navigate menus, and games neatly laid out, the image of Whale.us immediately pops into my head. If you’re looking for a flashy site with neon banners and some sort of storyline, then this sweepstakes casino isn’t for you.

Whale.us keeps things simple with its black background, gray text, and extensive game menus, from blackjack and slots to live and arcade games. But it’s not completely sterile, with a fun whale icon who pops up throughout the site and a few fun social features like tournaments and a hall of fame where you can marvel at the biggest winners.

Whale.us Sister Sites

Whale.us is the only sweepstakes casino run by Deep Blue Coast Limited. However, the same team operates Whale.io, which started off as a Telegram casino in 2023 and then morphed into a crypto web gaming platform in 2025, but it doesn’t accept American players.

Here’s how it stacks up against similar platforms:

Comparison

How It Stacks Up

Whale.us is obviously heavily inspired by the first crypto casino to make the move into the sweepstakes world, Stake.us. So if you want a bigger sign up bonus and a superior selection of Originals, then Stake.us is definitely worth a try.

While Whale.us’ first purchase bonus is strong, it’s got nothing on Casinio’s offer, which gives you a huge 200% boost.

Whale.us isn’t the only sweepstakes casino with a daily free spin, but KingWins goes even further by also giving you free SC when you log in to your account as well as a complimentary scratchcard.

If you don’t want to test your luck with Whale.us’ sign up free spin, you can register at Reel Zappy and get a guaranteed bonus, while Rubychips only requires you to playthrough your SC 1x before redeeming, which is much lower than Whale.us’ 3x limit.

Our Experts Verdict

Whale.us is doing a lot of things right, from a daily free spin with 20 SC up for grabs to virtually every game type imaginable; we’re talking provably fair crash, slots, chicken games, and bingo. Also, you get an uncapped 5 SC mail-in bonus and fiat and crypto redemptions!

But of course there is room for improvement. I’d love to see 24/7 live chat customer support and the playthrough requirement lowered.
