SweepsKings’ investigators have noted that UTech’s correspondence mailing address in Meridian, Idaho, matches a mailbox number A1 Development previously used, leading multiple sources to describe the two companies as almost certainly affiliated.
Since emerging in mid-2024, UTech has released at least nine sweepstakes platforms in rapid succession, including JackpotRabbit (2024), Scarlet Sands, Mr.Goodwin, VegasWay, Playtana, SweepShark, Sweepico, and FireSevens (all 2025), and DexyPlay (2026).
VGW
VGW Holdings is a Perth, Australia-headquartered company founded in 2010 by Laurence Escalante. While Escalante did not invent sweepstakes gaming, he was the first to successfully apply the dual-currency sweepstakes model to online casino games, launching Chumba Casino in 2012, followed by Global Poker and LuckyLand Slots, collectively attracting over one million daily users and becoming the template every other operator on this list has followed.
