A1 Development has received over 50 complaints in the last 12 months on Better Business Bureau over complaints, including redemption caps and lack of transaction records, and has faced class action lawsuits in Alabama alleging illegal gambling operations.

ARB Gaming

ARB Gaming LLC (now operating as ARB Interactive Inc.) was founded in 2022 in Scottsdale, Arizona, by Junwei Ye and Patrick Fechtmeyer, two young co-founders from finance backgrounds. The company is headquartered in Miami, Florida, with around 50+ employees and has secured $2 million in venture capital funding.

The company operates one sweepstakes casino, Modo.us, which offers over 1,400 casino-style games from providers including Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, and Evoplay across 30+ US states.

ARB secured a sponsorship deal with the BWT Alpine Formula One Team, placing the Modo Casino logo on an F1 car. ARB is a member of the Social Gaming Leadership Alliance (SGLA), the industry coalition led by VGW that has been actively lobbying against state-level sweepstakes bans.

The group, collectively known as B2Spin Limited, operates six active sweepstakes casinos: McLuck, Hello Millions, SpinBlitz (formerly Scratchful), Mega Bonanza, PlayFame, and Jackpota, with a seventh, SportsMillions, having shut down in 2025 due to limited market traction. B-Two Operations Limited is one of the biggest sweepstakes casino operators, with revenue of over $180 million in 2025.

McLuck, started in 2023, was the company’s first and remains its flagship brand. It is one of the most visited sweepstakes casinos in the US, famous for its progressive jackpot network, dedicated app, and 1,000-strong slot library.

Blazesoft Ltd

Blazesoft Ltd. was founded in February 2016 by Mickey Blayvas and Dimitry Behak in Ontario, Canada, initially as a B2B game development and technology provider before pivoting to consumer-facing sweepstakes casinos with the launch of Fortune Coins in March 2022.

Blayvas, who serves as CEO, holds a Harvard Business School leadership credential and previously held roles at Intel Corporation and the Israeli Air Force.

The company operates its US platforms through a network of separate legal entities: Social Gaming LLC (Fortune Coins, YayCasino.com), SCPS LLC (Zula), SSPS LLC (Sportzino), SGSE LLC (American Luck, WinBonanza), and SPSE LLC (Luck Party). Citi Media Tech

Citi Media Tech LLC is a Miami-based company incorporated in October 2021, registered at 6171 NW 72nd Avenue, the same address used by ZitoBox’s operator, suggesting a close but not confirmed relationship.

The company is run by Demetris N. Palexas and Panayis N. Palexas. It runs the sweepstakes casino, Carnival Citi, which has been around since 2023 with around 200 games. All games are powered by GMW (Game Media Works), KA Gaming, and Habanero.

Fish Bear Studio

Fish Bear Studio Limited is a Hong Kong-based company founded in 2022. It developed its own sweepstakes casino, Spin Sorcery, in 2024 and later rebranded to Sorcery Reels in 2025.

Sorcery Reels offers around 200 games from providers like Betsoft, Evoplay, Red Tiger, and BGaming. Fish Bear is also linked to other social gaming apps like Texas Poker Hit and Jackpot Go.

Fliff Inc.

Fliff Inc. owns and operates Fliff, which is a sweepstakes sportsbook available in over 30 US states. You can make free predictions on all major US sports and win Sweepstakes Coins, which can be redeemed for real cash prizes. Fliff Inc. was founded in 2019 and is headquartered at 100 S Broad St. STE 30, Philadelphia. In late 2024, the same company launched Sidepot, a sweepstakes site focusing on casino-style games.

Gold Coin Group

Gold Coin Group LLC is a Texas-based sweepstakes company founded in April 2023 with its registered headquarters at 2438 Industrial Blvd #681, Abilene, TX 79605.

The company launched Chanced Casino in late 2023 as its flagship platform and Punt.com in 2024, both offering 1,300+ games from providers including Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, and Nolimit City. A third brand, Juked.co, a social sportsbook covering 13+ sports, was started and then abruptly shut down in late 2024 with no prior notice.

Andrew Pierce serves as the company’s identified legal representative, though no founder or executive has been publicly named, and Gold Coin Group has no official corporate website. In June 2025, Chanced Casino was among the 26 sweepstakes platforms named in New York Attorney General Letitia James’s cease-and-desist letters.

Heuston Gaming

Heuston Gaming was founded in December 2022 in Dublin, Ireland, by Brian Monaghan, with an unusually varied background spanning from Corporate Development Manager at Paddy Power to CEO of Pest Pulse, a pest control startup that he sold literally one month before starting Heuston Gaming.

The company is registered across three jurisdictions: Ireland, the US in Delaware, and Malta. Monaghan created Sweeptastic in June 2023 as the company’s first sweepstakes casino, followed by Cazino in 2024, before departing the CEO role in mid-2024 and being replaced by Ilze Jansone, a seasoned iGaming executive with prior leadership roles at William Hill, betBonanza, and Betsson Group. Heuston’s latest platform was MegaFrenzy, launched in June 2025, just one month after Sweeptastic closed.

Cazino is the company’s only active brand right now.

High 5 Entertainment LLC owns and operates High 5 Casino, which was launched in 2020. High 5 Entertainment LLC is a subsidiary of High 5 Games, a renowned software provider founded in 1995.

High 5 Games is a US-registered company headquartered at 2801 Centerville Road, Wilmington, DE. The company is licensed under numerous gaming authorities, including the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB), the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, and the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE).

Living Pixels Studio

Living Pixels Studio LLC is a Delaware-registered social casino company founded in November 2020, with a virtual address in Palo Alto and operations in Israel and Ukraine.

It was founded by Nimrod Santo and created DingDingDing in 2022 as its only sweepstakes casino.

The platform offered over 1,500 games and was one of the first to accept cryptocurrency. In March 2025, the company was hit with a lawsuit in California alleging it operated an illegal online casino.

Soon after, it removed Sweeps Coins, stopped payouts, and cut off affiliate payments, citing “regulatory changes.” The platform quickly shut down and stopped responding to players who were waiting for redemptions.

MW Services Limited

MW Services Limited is a Gibraltar-registered company co-founded by Christian Colton and Richard Skelhorn, with operations powered by Arena Entertainment. It launched WOW Vegas in 2022, which has grown to over 2 million users, and later added Rolla and MetaWin.us in 2025.

WOW Vegas has a strong player reputation, holding a Trustpilot score above 4 stars from more than 11,000 reviews. Despite this, the company faces a $13.6 million tax lawsuit in Louisiana over unpaid sales taxes.

There are also unusual links to BGO, including a shared registration number and both brands using Paris Hilton as a promoter. The group also runs other ventures like Gladiator Studios, Fanbase, and Betzoo.

Play Spree Ltd.

Play Spree Ltd. runs Spree Social Casino, which boasts over 2,300 games from licensed providers like Playson, HungryBear, RubyPlay, and BGaming. Play Spree Ltd. was founded in 2024 and is registered in the Isle of Man (no. 021218V).

RAD Software LLC

RAD Software LLC, founded in 2023 by Raymour Radhakrishnan, is a Milwaukee-based company that combines online sweepstakes casinos with physical gaming hardware.

It operates three small sweepstakes casino sites, Lucky Canoe, RadPoker, and LuckLake, and has 13 employees. The company also manufactures and installs gaming terminals, kiosks, and tablets loaded with sweepstakes games in bars, gas stations, and other venues.

RealPlay Tech

RealPlay Tech Inc. is a Delaware-registered company founded in 2023 as the US-facing entity of Israeli parent Realplay Ltd., headquartered in Tel Aviv. It also operates through Realplay Limited in Gibraltar, which handles payment processing for its platforms.

The company created RealPrize in 2023, a mobile-first sweepstakes casino with 700+ games, then LoneStar in 2025, a Texas-themed sister platform with 500+ games.

Ruby Play Network

Ruby Play Network is the operating brand of Gaming Rewards Group Limited, a New Zealand company founded in 2014 by Ben Dellaca. Dellaca previously co-founded game studio CerebralFix, which built titles for Disney, DreamWorks, and Lionsgate, before pivoting into sweepstakes gaming.

The company runs its US operations through two California entities: Rubystone Ventures LLC, which runs Ruby Sweeps and GoldSlips, and Rubystone Play LLC, which operates PeakPlay.

Ruby Sweeps and GoldSlips are built entirely on proprietary in-house games and have grown to over 50,000 US players. While PeakPlay, which opened its virtual doors in 2025, features premium providers like Evolution, Nolimit City, and Big Time Gaming.

Skillz Inc.

Skillz Inc. owns the popular multiplayer gaming platform Skillz. In Skillz, you can play different arcade-style games like bubble shooter, solitaire, and bingo against other players and compete for cash prizes in tournaments. Skillz games aren’t considered gambling because there is a skill element.

Skillz Inc. was founded by Andrew Paradise in 2012. It is a publicly-traded company on the New York Stock Exchange with a $108 million market cap. The stock surged during the global pandemic in 2021 but has lost over 99% of its value, brutal!

Solar Bloom LLC

Star Pulse Limited was the company under which Moonspin.us entered the US sweepstakes casino market in 2023. However, in 2025, Moonspin was purchased by Solar Bloom LLC and had a revamp – it introduced fiat payments and pretty much every aspect of the social casino has been improved. The new Moonspin operating company, Solar Bloom LLC, also operates from within the US at 312 W. 2nd St #2678, Casper, WY 82601.

Spiral Interactive

Spiral Interactive is based in Israel and owns Gambino Slots, which is a social casino with over 150 bespoke slot machines. The company was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Misgav, HaZafon, Israel. Kobi Samsonov is the CEO.

Sunflower Limited

Sunflower Limited is an Israeli company founded in November 2022, headquartered at HaMasger St 64, Tel Aviv-Jaffa, with US operations under two entities: Sunflower Limited in Arlington, VA, and its Delaware-incorporated parent, Sunflower Technology Inc.

The small team of around 10 employees started Crown Coins Casino in 2023 and quickly grew it into one of the highest-rated sweepstakes platforms, with over 190,000 Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.6/5 and a 4.8-star rating on the App Store based on over 80,000 users.

Crown Coins expanded to Canada in 2025 and gained mainstream visibility by sponsoring events such as the Terence Crawford vs. Canelo Álvarez boxing match and the GT World Challenge America racing series.

Sunflower also launched iCasino in October 2024, which shut down a year later, with reports suggesting it was intended to rebrand before closing. The company is facing class action lawsuits in Ohio and New Jersey.

Sweepium

Sweepium is a Stockholm-originated B2B sweepstakes technology company founded in 2023 by Peo Strömberg, a former mobile streaming developer who stumbled into sweepstakes, and Daniel Mitton, a seasoned iGaming executive who previously served as Head of Casumo and Director of Gaming at Soft2Bet.

Sweepium’s (registered as SWPMTECH LTD) core product is a white-label sweepstakes platform that aggregates 3,000+ games from 80+ providers, including Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, ICONIC21, and Evoplay, and claims to enable a new operator to go live with a fully compliant sweepstakes casino in as little as six weeks.

In 2025 it decided to start its own sweepstakes casinos, GummyPlay, JuicyPopSlots, and LuckyStars. GummyPlay and JuicyPopSlots shut down within months of going live in 2025, and LuckyStars didn’t last much longer, closing in October.

Sweepsteaks Limited

Sweepsteaks Limited is a Cyprus-registered company (HE436222) established in 2022 as the US-focused entity of EasyGo, the Australian parent founded in 2016 by billionaires Ed Craven and Bijan Tehrani. Craven and Tehrani began their journey in gaming as teenagers on RuneScape, later launching Primedice in 2013 and Stake.com in 2017, which generated $4.7 billion in revenue in 2024.

Stake.us launched on August 1, 2022, is available in most US states and offers over 1,800 casino-style games, including in-house Stake Originals developed by EasyGo’s Twist Gaming and Massive studios. The platform also allows cryptocurrency redemptions.

When Twitch banned unlicensed gambling streams in 2022, Craven and Tehrani responded by creating Kick, a streaming platform with over 60 million users that also serves as a promotional channel for Stake.us.

UTech Solutions

UTech Solutions LLC is a Wyoming-registered company founded in 2024 with a registered address at 571 S Washington, Afton, WY 83110, the exact same address used by A1 Development LLC (registration number 2019-000846205).

SweepsKings’ investigators have noted that UTech’s correspondence mailing address in Meridian, Idaho, matches a mailbox number A1 Development previously used, leading multiple sources to describe the two companies as almost certainly affiliated.

Since emerging in mid-2024, UTech has released at least nine sweepstakes platforms in rapid succession, including JackpotRabbit (2024), Scarlet Sands, Mr.Goodwin, VegasWay, Playtana, SweepShark, Sweepico, and FireSevens (all 2025), and DexyPlay (2026).

VGW

VGW Holdings is a Perth, Australia-headquartered company founded in 2010 by Laurence Escalante. While Escalante did not invent sweepstakes gaming, he was the first to successfully apply the dual-currency sweepstakes model to online casino games, launching Chumba Casino in 2012, followed by Global Poker and LuckyLand Slots, collectively attracting over one million daily users and becoming the template every other operator on this list has followed.

VGW reported $3.94 billion in revenue and approximately $317.75 million in profit in 2024, employs over 1,000 staff globally, and is valued at approximately $2.1 billion. In 2025 Escalante completed a $632 million buyout of the remaining 30% of VGW he did not already own, consolidating sole ownership after years of conflict with minority investors.

Only for him to be arrested in January 2026 on eight charges, including aggravated home burglary, assault, persistent family violence, and possessing cocaine and MDMA with intent to supply, following an alleged attack on his 24-year-old former partner at her Perth home. Escalante subsequently took a leave of absence as CEO and Executive Chairman.

The company, however, has kept expanding, with LuckyLand Casino launched in late 2025 and an upcoming brand – United Slots.

Woopla Inc.

Woopla Inc. was founded by John Xidos, who has over 40 years of experience and previously owned Techlink before it went bankrupt.

WW Funcrafters JWA

WW Funcrafters JWA LLC is a Delaware-registered company founded in February 2025, with addresses in Wilmington and San Diego and no publicly disclosed leadership. In under a year, it founded five sweepstakes casinos, including SpeedSweeps, SweepsRoyal, RichSweeps, DimeSweeps, and BangCoins.

All platforms follow the same template, with identical bonuses and game libraries from providers like Betsoft, Big Time Gaming, and NetEnt.

Yellow Social Interactive

Yellow Social Interactive Limited (YSI) is a Gibraltar-based social gaming company founded in 2019 at the World Trade Center, Bayside Road, Gibraltar. Paul Foster, former CEO of the Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association, is the founding director.

The company employs around 105 staff across Gibraltar, Malta, Antigua, and the Philippines. In March 2021, YSI was acquired by San Francisco-based Ollieblox (OBLX) for a reported $1 billion.

YSI runs two sweepstakes platforms: Pulsz Casino, launched in 2020 with 900+ games, including exclusives from RubyPlay, and Pulsz Bingo in 2022, both available on Android and iOS.

The company has faced significant legal exposure but successfully settled, paying $1.32 million in November 2023 and $3.6 million in April 2024 to Kentucky players. Despite these settlements, YSI remains a major player in US sweepstakes, with over 1 million users.
