The no deposit bonus and the first purchase deal we just covered are solid. The platform offers daily free credits for regular players but without disclosing much info. When testing the site, I received an automatic refill of 200 LC when my LC balance hit 0.

Support Assessment
At the surface level, Cazino covers the needs of most customers when it comes to assistance. Sure, phone and social media contacts would have been useful, but live chat is what most players prefer, and it’s available here 24/7.
However, when SweepsKings tested Cazino, we had a few issues. We tried contacting the support team through live chat on a Sunday and just got a message saying, “Please try another time,” whenever we tried – and we tried multiple times six hours apart. Our guess is that it works on weekdays only since responses came back normally the following week.
Also, there are inconsistencies with the Help Center. As mentioned, the FAQ library mentions cryptocurrency as a purchase option when it’s not always provided. Maybe it was an option in the past but leaving it in the official Help Center only causes confusion and reduces trust. So, a 55/100 here.

Cazino is a pretty intuitive site that’s easy to navigate on all platforms. The design leans towards dark blue, which some players like while others don’t because it tends to cause eye soreness faster than lighter backgrounds.
