General Ratings
GoatBet Sweepstakes Casino Review
GoatBet is yet another sweepstakes casino from High Rollers of St. Lucie. For those unfamiliar with the operator, it’s the company that runs LuckyRush and TaoSweeps, among several other white-label sites jam-packed with bugs and red flags.
On paper, the site has over 2,100 games, a no purchase bonus of 20,000 GC + 1.2 SC, and a couple of rolling promotions that spending players may find handy. As someone who values free play and quality games above all else, I struggled to find any silver lining in my tests.
I’ve objectively tested, reviewed, and rated every aspect of GoatBet including its social sportsbook. If you’re eager to learn more, especially the reasons why it’s not a sweeps casino I recommend, check my review below.
Pros
- 2,100+ slots, fish games, and tables from 25+ providers
- 8 VIP ranks with progressive coinback and level-up bonuses
- Processes push-to-card redemptions
- Quick live chat responses
- Purchases start at just $1
Cons
- Low slot RTPs
- Highly unintuitive interface with borderline hidden features
- Few zero-spending promotions
- Sweeps Rules and T&Cs can’t be accessed while logged in
GoatBet, FortunaRush, LuckyRush, and other brands operated by this operator offer an identically frustrating experience and bear the same markings of untrustworthy sweepstakes casinos. I wouldn’t call testing the platform with freebies fun by any stretch, given its design flaws, so my best advice is to avoid it.
Legal States
GoatBet Social Casino is available in 38 US states and has a minimum age requirement of 18+. The list of restricted territories includes the following:
- California
- Connecticut
- Idaho
- Louisiana
- Michigan
- Mississippi
- Montana
- Nevada
- New Jersey
- New York
- Tennessee
- Washington
How GoatBet Social Casino Works
GoatBet operates under the standard dual-currency model with Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC).
You’ll get a bit of both after signing up and through daily promotions, with GCs used for fun only and SCs activating promotional play that can result in cash prize redemptions.
Specifically, if you manage to win 100 Sweeps Coins through gameplay, you can submit a prize redemption request to your Visa or Mastercard debit card.
GoatBet Bonuses
I received 10,000 GC + 0.2 SC from the GoatBet no purchase bonus, and an extra 10,000 GC + 1 SC for verifying my account. Although this is far from an impressive starter pack, the first purchase deals seemed okay.
Instead of being introduced to these offers through automatic pop-ups, I had to visit the Coin Shop to discover that 3 first purchase deals were on the table, offering up to 230% extra SC.
Bonuses Review
| No Deposit Bonus | 20,000 GC + 1.2 SC |
| Promo Code | Not required |
| First Purchase Bonus | 15,000 GC + 15 SC for $4.99 OR 33,000 GC + 33 SC for $9.99 OR 50,000 GC + 50 SC for $19.99 |
| Daily Free Credits | Starts at 1,000 GC, scales with VIP rank |
| VIP Program | Yes, 8 tiers |
| Mail-in Bonus | 2 SC |
| Referral Bonus | 15 SC per qualifying referral + additional commissions |
There are quite a few promos for regular players, but a lot of them require purchases. The daily login bonus is your bread and butter for free coins; it’s streak-based and can unlock up to 7,000 GC + 0.20 SC on Day 7. Log in for a full week, and you will receive 0.8 SC in total.
The AMOE bonus is decent but nothing fancy. Send a handwritten request to the address outlined in GoatBet’s Sweeps Rules and receive 2 SC on the house.
Next up are Weekly and Monthly Rewards, which revolve around earning points through GC purchases. You’ll score 50 Points per dollar spent and must reach certain milestones to unlock the rewards. Essentially, you get 5 bonus SCs for every $100 in purchases on a weekly or monthly basis, which is low-value, if we’re honest.
Similarly, every $10 spent on GC packs, 100 SC played, or 100,000 GC played awards you 1 ticket for the Weekly Drawing.
A bunch of other promos are featured in GoatBet’s 8-tier VIP program. Unfortunately, newly registered “Bronze” members don’t have much to look forward to beyond 1 SC per invited friend and daily login rewards. From Silver to Black Diamond, you’ll unlock scaling rakeback, decent level-up bonuses, and a birthday bonus of up to 600 GC + 6 SC.
Speaking of referrals, the program delivers 15 free SC if the player you refer spends $20 on their first purchase. After that, for every $100 they spend, you score from 1 to 5 SC depending on your VIP rank.

GoatBet Casino-Style Games
The current GoatBet Casino lineup advertises 2,100+ slots, over a dozen live social casino games, and a bunch of fish shooters. However, I kept running into duplicates while browsing games from each studio.
The vendors that GoatBet.io partnered with are another thing I found questionable. I spotted dozens of titles from A-listers like NetGame and Betsoft, but also found hundreds of slots with exceedingly low RTPs (91%) from niche brands like Eurasian Gaming.
Games and Software Review
| Our Top Picks | Fortune Zombie: Shoot & Win Luxor Relics Weekend In Vegas |
| Number of Slots | 2,100+ |
| Jackpot Games | Yes |
| Table Games | Yes |
| Other Gaming Options | Fish Games, Live Social Casino, Specialties, Sports |
| Gaming Vendors | JILI, Red Rake, 3 Oaks, CT Interactive, Spinoro, Betsoft, Caleta, CG Games, ELA Games, Endorphina, Eurasian Gaming, Felix Gaming, Gaming Corps, JackTop, Kalamba, ICONIC21, Mancala, KA Gaming, Mascot Gaming, Novomatic, NetGame, NetGaming, Penguin King, Onlyplay, Playson, Kahzuu, Slotmill, 1spin4win, Fugaso |
You’ll have to sign up to check out the lobby, but I wouldn’t describe the navigational part as easy. Sure, the UI does have filters like Slots, Fish Tables, and Live, but the rest aren’t very helpful (e.g., Reels doesn’t make sense since Slots comes right after).
The games are arranged in rows of 3, but you have to make sure you scroll all the way down to reveal new sets of cards. Speaking of which, there’s no information on game cards, and some of the games I tested during my GoatBet review were missing paytable and rules icons.
I started my tests with Betsoft’s Weekend In Vegas and reached the free spins round on my very first spin to basically win 1.6x of my bet without hitting any Stacked Wilds. I’ve had bad runs with this slot over the years, but never something as bad as this.
My next pick was Luxor Relics by NetGame, one of the few 96% RTP slots available at this site. I love its Wild Transformation feature and thought I’d play a good slot in peace, but annoying pop-up ads for newer games ruined my experience.
I completed the first day of testing with Kalamba’s Safari Chase and discovered, the hard way, that its RTP is as low as 91%. Fortunately, most of the other slots from providers like Mancala, ELA, and 3 Oaks performed better when I resumed my tests.
Most of the fish shooters I played were developed by KA Gaming and JILI, but I spotted a few stray fish-themed slots from Kahzuu in this category. I enjoyed Fortune Zombie: Shoot & Win and recommend it to players new to fish games, as it has a built-in tutorial where you won’t consume your GCs.
I wanted to give GoatBet’s live social games a shot, but this seems impossible without purchasing GC packs. Most of these titles accept plays of 15 SC or 150,000 GC and up, which was far beyond my balance built on freebies. Still, the games appeared legit.
While not the primary focus of this platform or this review, GoatBet also runs a full-on social sportsbook. The selection includes well over a dozen sports and offers SGPs, live wagers, and odds boosters for popular markets. The markets run fairly deep, going from standard match winners to niche wager types like method of victory or specific prop wagers.

GoatBet Banking
Purchases are optional, but due to how few promos offer free play, I doubt you can use GoatBet as anything other than a purely social casino without buying GC packs. Real money purchases are aggressively promoted and incentivized through first purchase deals, Weekly/Monthly bonuses, and many other promos.
If you decide to purchase Gold Coins, you can choose between cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Cash App. As for redemptions, push-to-card via Visa and Mastercard is the only option at the moment.
Payment Options Review
| GoatBet Banking | Purchases | Redemptions | Average Redemption Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | Yes | Yes | 1-3 days |
| Mastercard | Yes | Yes | 1-3 days |

| Discover | Yes | No | N/A |
| Google Pay | Yes | No | N/A |
| Apple Pay | Yes | No | N/A |
| Cash App | Yes | No | N/A |
You’ll see your GC/SC balance at the top of the screen when you’re browsing games or visiting the Wallet section, but it will disappear if you’re browsing bonuses.
The bigger issue is that GoatBet charges fees on all purchases. Although they may look arbitrary, I ran the math and realized that purchases incur roughly a 5.25% variable fee plus a flat fee of around $0.5.
| Cost | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
| Custom from $1.00 | 1,000 | 1 |
| $4.60 | 5,000 | 5 |
| $4.99 (first purchase bonus) | 15,000 | 15 |
| $9.20 | 10,000 | 10 |
| $9.99 (first purchase bonus) | 33,000 | 33 |
| $19.99 (first purchase bonus) | 50,000 | 50 |
| $23.00 | 25,000 | 25 |
| $46.00 | 50,000 | 50 |
| $92.00 | 100,000 | 100 |
| $230.00 | 250,000 | 250 |
| $460.00 | 500,000 | 500 |
| $816.96 | 888,000 | 888 |
The prices of regular Gold Coin packs overlap with the UI, so I had to tap each pack manually to see how much it cost. I’ve seen many offshore “real” casinos waive fees on first deposits, and it appears that the 8% ongoing discount seems to follow a similar logic.
Beyond the pre-set bundles, you can use the Quick Purchase feature in the Store and spend as little as $1. You will receive 1,000 GC + 1 free SC for every dollar spent on GoatBet.io.

Is GoatBet Casino Legit?
I’m not a lawyer, but doesn’t the fact that FortunaRush Casino’s name is written in full caps over GoatBet’s T&Cs mean that the rules apply to a different platform? This seems like botched T&Cs, which is not good.
However, there are multiple red flags shared by all sweepstakes casinos run by High Rollers of St. Lucie Inc. It’s honestly one of the least reputable operators I’ve observed after their start with LuckyRush.
There aren’t many GoatBet Trustpilot reviews, but the fact that it received mostly 1- and 2-star comments despite offering a review bonus speaks for itself.

There’s a Responsible Gaming page that you can’t access if you’re logged in. It mentions a couple of links to authoritative organizations and offers tips for safer gaming, but you can’t actually set any limits from your profile. The bottom of the page states that you can contact customer support and arrange session reminders, daily purchase limits, impose temporary locks, or self-exclude.

GoatBet Customer Support
Live support at GoatBet is quick and polite, a stark contrast to other aspects of the site. Just make sure to use the right live chat; tapping the “Chat” button in the bottom-right corner takes you to the community discussion.
You need to tap your profile icon and choose Live Support. It will launch a 3-in-1 support hub with options such as Messages (real agents), Home (Help desk), and Help (FAQs).
Most answers are vague, but the verification FAQs were quite helpful to me. At the same time, you’ll learn practically nothing from this section if you’re looking for payment-related details and specifics. Tap Submit Feedback if you want to create a ticket, or send a message to support@goatbet.io if you want to get in touch with the casino’s support team.

GoatBet Casino UX
The only “easy” moment I had with GoatBet was signing up. From navigating the gaming lobby and hunting bonus descriptions to browsing Gold Coin packs, everything else required focused effort and led to hours of unnecessary frustration.
Let’s start with the mobile view. It’s the default, unchangeable state, which would’ve been okay-ish were it not for the compressed, vertical design that obviously struggles to keep the main features visible.
The Search tool in the gaming lobby won’t follow you as you scroll, and alphabetical filtering means little when virtually every section has dozens of duplicates and links to broken games. While the mobile look may seem fine for gaming on the go, the cards are so small that I frequently tapped adjacent ones by accident.

GoatBet Sister Sites
GoatBet is yet another white-label sweepstakes casino run by High Rollers of St. Lucie Inc. It’s nearly identical to the likes of LuckyRush, all of which we’ve already flagged as suspicious. I’ll compare some of these sibling sites to some of the more respected sweepstakes casinos below.

How It Stacks Up
GoatBet and its sisters can’t compare to an average (legit) sweepstakes casino, let alone some of the best ones out there. This site does have a slightly larger library and a bit bigger first purchase deals than most aspirants in the sweepstakes casino industry, but it falls flat with a dodgy UI, minimal free play bonuses, and games with the lowest RTPs imaginable.
Our Experts Verdict
I’ve seen too many red flags, and the bottom line is that we don’t recommend GoatBet.io here at SweepsKings. In short, this sweepstakes casino uses a questionable game aggregator and offers minimal promos to players not interested in making purchases.
It’s technically an F2P platform, but it would take months or years to make any real progress toward a prize without spending. Read our reviews and assessments to find a suitable alternative instead.
