LuckStar Sweepstakes Casino Review

LuckStar is a sweepstakes casino established by CRJ Adventures LLC in July 2026. There’s zero info on what’s on the site before you register, so I signed up, explored every inch of the platform, and wasn’t impressed in the slightest.

As a new member, I got 7,500 GC right away but was prompted to complete verification to get an extra 2.5 free SC. There’s no first purchase bonus, and you can’t play with any currency without KYC.

I discovered several other problems as I dove deeper: purchases are required to unlock redemptions, there are very few software providers on board, and prizes can only be redeemed in crypto with a daily cap of 500 SC. Read my LuckStar review if you want to learn more.

There’s a simple breakdown of how LuckStar Casino works on the About Us page, which explains that the site follows a traditional dual-currency sweepstakes model. Gold Coins (GC) are used for recreational purposes, while Sweeps Coins (SC) are subject to a one-time playthrough (even the freebies from purchased GC bundles).

Once played through, SCs are redeemable for cash prizes via cryptocurrencies. However, players must purchase Gold Coin packs before unlocking redemptions, and complete KYC is needed before playing even in standard mode.

The minimum amount you can redeem is 100 SC.

LuckStar Bonuses

I received 7,500 GC for email registration and was offered 2.5 SC for passing a KYC verification check via Didit. Verification is necessary for purchases and redemptions anyway, but the full sweepstakes casino no deposit bonus amount isn’t that impressive compared to the industry’s average.

No first purchase bonuses are advertised. I found a few boosted GC bundles in the Coin Store, but even there, the welcome bonus is clearly labeled as “2.5 SC on signup.”

For starters, you can claim 7,500 GC every 24 hours from the daily login bonus as a regular, and an extra 1 SC if you’ve passed KYC verification. This sounds a bit too good to be true, as sweepstakes sites typically offer fractions of free SC through similar routes.

The Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) reward is a bit lacking: 7,500 GC + 1 free SC per approved mail-in request. Now, I grabbed this bonus on my first day on-site by clicking the claim button on the AMOE page, which is convenient, but I haven’t been able to get another one since. You can still send a standard handwritten request as outlined in the instructions, but Clause 4 clearly states you must “allow 4-6 weeks for processing.”

LuckStar Casino’s referral program unlocks 150,000 GC + 40 SC for each referral who verifies their ID and spends $50+ on GC packs within 60 days. Your referral buddy will also receive 25,000 GC + 2.5 SC once they meet all required milestones.

LuckStar also hosts a 5-tier VIP Club, with levels ranging from Bronze to Diamond. Sweeps Coins play converts to VIP experience points at a 1:1 ratio; you’ll need to play through 500 SC to get to Level 2, and 50,000 SC to reach the top at the Diamond tier. Perks for scaling the ladder include weekly bonuses, faster redemptions, birthday gifts, higher redemption caps, and access to exclusive promos.

I felt a bit confused when testing LuckStar. On the first day I signed up, there were only 70+ games on-site; just three days later, the count rose to 400+, so this is clearly a work in progress.

The platform handles all transactions through third-party companies, which is actually a good sign. The casino’s Withdrawal Policy names NOWPayments as its crypto processor, which has a solid 4.5/5 Trustpilot score (1,000+ reviews).

As for purchases, you can use credit cards and Pay by Bank alongside crypto to buy GC packs. However, these aren’t direct integrations either, as all fiat transfers are processed by PayWithSoap, a fairly new company I haven’t heard of. It doesn’t have a Trustpilot page, no one mentions it on the subreddits I frequent, and the only information I found about it comes from ScamAdviser, which gave it an “average-to-good” score.

The company’s LinkedIn page describes it as “AI-native payments + compliance software,” and that it’s based in NY.

Payment Options Review

The LuckStar Withdrawal Policy says “redemptions are subject to a minimum balance of 10 SC.” I found that a bit odd, as my actual redeem page says the redemption limit ranges from 100 to 500 SC. Additionally, the same window says that only USD Tether and USD Coin are accepted for redemptions.

The Redemption tab also states that you must purchase a Gold Coin package and play through it at least once before you can request a prize redemption.

Is LuckStar Casino Legit?

Plainly put, most features of LuckStar Casino may look fine or semi-legit at best if you don’t pay too much attention. There are a couple of free bonuses, games from legitimate vendors, and what appears to be a well-designed UI. But if you look beneath the surface, there are red flags.

Let’s start with ownership details. The site is operated by CRJ Adventures LLC, which appears to be a Texas-based company with no digital footprint.

Then there’s the issue of spending being a requirement for prize redemptions. Why go so far with licensing and compliance signals, only to tread close to breaking one of the major sweepstakes gaming rules of “no purchase necessary”?

Most of the platform doesn’t work if you’re unverified. Legit sites will let you play with GCs, while most new sweepstakes casinos can’t wait to be referred to. Yet this platform appears to be more interested in your name, face, and location.

I’ll give LuckStar’s support team credit for being upfront about usually replying within several hours. While waiting, you can talk to the AI chatbot, but as you can see in the screenshot above, it doesn’t seem very reliable (it talks about banks even though redemptions are crypto-only).

I requested to speak with a human agent and emailed support@luckstargames.com, but I haven’t received any replies yet. There are no FAQ or help center pages, so if you hit a wall as I did, you can try your luck by reading the full T&Cs.

When I landed on LuckStar’s official website, I was instantly greeted with a sign-up form. I saw no games, promos, or any other features in the background, so I registered using my email address out of pure curiosity.

After verifying my email, I had access to every feature but could interact with only a few – playing with Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, purchasing GC packs, redemptions, and the referral program were inaccessible pre-verification.

The no purchase bonus of 7,500 GC was already in my balance, and I was able to claim my first daily login and one mail-in reward instantly.

On the aesthetic front, LuckStar’s site has an eye-catching gold-on-black color scheme, but the design feels a bit lackluster with too much use of AI. There’s no gaming lobby, meaning you have to use sidebar shortcuts to access individual game categories. The Sign Out button is where I expected to find my profile picture: I found the Account shortcut near the bottom of the sidebar later.

There are no native apps or a PWA, but the site performed the same as on desktop when I tested it from my Android phone. It includes a sticky bottom bar to make traversing the site easy with just one tap.
