RealPrize works off of a similar structure to most other sweepstakes casinos. Two different types of currencies are available when playing, and these currencies are used for two different types of play.

While 700+ casino style games may sound like a lot, it’s actually quite a bit less than other sweepstakes casinos offer. However, with that being said, it’s hardly even noticeable. As this is definitely a case of quality over quantity.

In all honesty, I’m not a fan of how most games are categorized, as you’ll often need to search through two or more categories to get a full look at all the games in a particular category. Redemptions are a little more complicated, but still pretty simple. The first thing to know is that all coins awarded through bonuses and via gifts must be played through at least once. Once you’ve done that though and have acquired the minimum balance of either 45 SC for Prizeout or 100 SC for a cash redemption, you’ll be able to head to make a redemption.

If this is your first redemption, you’ll need to complete the KYC verification check. But don’t worry, this is just a one-time thing — and once completed, you’ll be able to initiate a redemption via your chosen method. For a cash redemption, right around three business days is the norm. Meanwhile for gift cards, 24 – 48 hours is typically enough.

In most states, you’ll be able to make a max redemption worth $10,000. However, this can vary — and in Florida for example, you’ll be capped at $5,000.

Customer support is arguably the weakest area of RealPrize. To start with the positives — their FAQ section is pretty comprehensive, and both their social media team as well as their email support staff respond in a timely manner. Though while this is all good, they lose serious points with me due to their live chat.

To clarify, they do offer live chat. However, to get access to it, you will need to tier up seven levels in their VIP program up to the Pearl level. To be blunt, this is ridiculous. Any sort of gatekeeping of live chat is annoying in my opinion — but to have it locked behind their second highest VIP level is such a bizarre decision for an otherwise great social casino.

For the most part, I like the interface and design of RealPrize. It’s simple, and for the most part, pretty easy to navigate to whatever section of the site you want to go to. Though with that being said, there are some issues.

Firstly, most of the gaming categories can be sorted via a menu at the top of the screen. However, for whatever reason, it’s been coded so that you need to click the arrow button to scroll through the categories one by one, rather than allowing you to click and drag the menu so that you can quickly scroll to the category that interests you. It’s not a massive issue. But it definitely is an area that RealPrize could look to improve.

This leads to the second issue. And that issue is that despite the plethora of sorting options, as I mentioned when reviewing their gaming library, non-slot games just aren’t sorted all that well. Fortunately, on the mobile side of things, everything’s fine — although there are still the same problems.
