Sharker Sweepstakes Casino Review

Sharker isn’t your typical sweepstakes casino. This Web3 gaming platform runs on its own cryptocurrency, G Coin, letting you play slots, table games, and crash and even predict the price of Bitcoin, stocks, and gold. You’ll also spot familiar providers like BGaming, KA Gaming, and Belatra, which adds a touch of traditional casino credibility for me.

The site launched in July 2025 and is available across the United States and worldwide. Unlike classic sweepstakes sites, it doesn’t use Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins. Instead, you play and earn G Coins, which can be withdrawn directly to your crypto wallet. While Sharker plans to list the token on exchanges in the future, for now, it can’t be sold or traded.

Unlike traditional sweepstakes casinos, Sharker is available globally, and there are no US state restrictions. So even if you’re based in states like Michigan and Washington, you can still play. Sharker only accepts players who are 18+.

How Sharker Social Casino Works

There aren’t any Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins at Sharker. Instead, to participate, you need to purchase the in-platform cryptocurrency G Coin. This token is used to play casino-style games like slots and crash as well as predict the price of cryptocurrency, stocks, and commodities.

As you win, you’ll accumulate more G Coins. The starting price was $0.00001 per token but has risen to $0.00135, and there is a capped supply of 60 billion. You have 100% ownership over your G Coins, and the team plans to list the token on exchanges, allowing you to sell your holdings for fiat or other cryptocurrencies.

As mentioned previously, Sharker doesn’t use the sweepstakes model, so don’t expect any typical no deposit or first purchase bonuses. However, during the sign up phase, when I connected my Google account, I received 500 G Coins worth about $0.60.

After that I was presented with different packages, but it doesn’t matter if you spend $1.99 or $99.99, you’ll receive the market value price of G Coins. I was hoping for at least a few free tokens!

There’s not much in the way of bonuses at Sharker. When it first launched, it was pretty active with giveaways via X, but they appear to have come to a screeching halt.

The easiest way to get your hands on free G Coins is via the daily login bonus. Every day you spin a wheel that can land on up to 10,000 G Coins, which are then airdropped to your wallet. Unfortunately, the most I ever received was 500, which doesn’t even cover 1 spin on slots.

Sharker is operating a referral program where you’ll get 25% of all player deposits for the lifetime of their account. You just need to make sure they sign up via your special affiliate link.

Sharker offers over 2,000 casino games. It’s easy to get lost in all of the slots because there are no filters. It took me almost 5 minutes to reach the end after tapping Load More dozens of times. You’ll find epic mythology-themed slots from Apparat Gaming and high-volatility cascading reels games from BGaming.

Apart from slots, there’s an impressive selection of RNG-powered table games, including blackjack, poker, craps, baccarat, and roulette. Igrosoft offers some fantastic video poker, while Belatra is the brains behind some classic virtual roulette games.

However, at the moment G Coins can’t be converted to fiat or other currencies. Sharker hopes to list the token on exchanges soon, and then you’ll be able to buy and swap them.

Is Sharker Casino Legit?

Despite Scott Bessent trying to regulate the crypto world, it remains the Wild West, filled with scammers and pump-and-dump schemes. Even though Sharker looks like a professional site and they’ve partnered with well-known providers, I would exercise extreme caution.

I’ve seen way too many play-to-earn and other Web3 gaming projects promise the world before completely collapsing. You can’t count out the owners dumping all of their G Coins when the token is listed, causing the price to plummet and never recover.

Also, from what I’ve seen, Sharker doesn’t offer anything radically different from other crypto casinos out there and is just looking to capitalize on the sweepstakes gaming trends. The gaming industry is extremely competitive, so there is a decent chance they’re unable to build a player base and will shut down within the next 12 months.

When you open the live chat, you’ll first be met with a searchable FAQ, which honestly is a bit of a waste of time. However, you can bypass this and be connected with a team member. The most I ever had to wait was 5 minutes.

There isn’t any phone support, this is a Web3 gaming platform after all. But there is a contact form where you can leave your email, and Sharker will get back to you within a few hours. Alternatively, feel free to hit them up on X, Telegram, Facebook, or Instagram.

UX is something Sharker has definitely nailed. The black background and white text make the game thumbnails really pop. Don’t be surprised if you end up trying a bunch of new games thanks to how inviting the slots look. I started in the Casino section, and switching to Arcade and Predictions markets was painless thanks to the menu in the top left corner.

I ended up checking the G Coin value at the top constantly. Topping up is ridiculously easy with the one-click buy button, and I added a few coins mid-session without breaking my flow. Also, at the bottom of the screen, you’ll see what other players were betting and which games they were in. However, I wish there was a chat function.

To avoid being just a black and white site, Sharker has added a few cartoon characters throughout the site. However, these are kind of random. On one page you’ve got dealers in suits, and on the next, Asian kids standing near pinball machines.

Overall, the site is easy on the eyes, fast, and simple to use. It’s not particularly memorable, but it is easy to navigate, which is really all most people need.

How It Stacks Up

It’s hard to compare Sharker to sweepstakes casinos because it uses a completely different model. Even though it claims no purchase is necessary to play, they make it virtually impossible to use the site without buying G Coins.

Sharker offers virtually no bonuses. You’ll get 500 G Coins worth only $0.6 when you sign up via Google, and there is the odd giveaway. You can also complete daily and weekly quests, but it’s nothing like Stake.us, where you get 25 SC when you sign up, or Rolla, which gives away up to 1 SC daily.

This crypto social casino definitely has an impressive number of games, with over 2,000 titles to choose from. There aren’t many sweepstakes casinos with more titles. It features a very strong selection of KA Gaming slots and arcade games from Softswiss.

Despite Sharker being a Web3 social casino, I was disappointed by the lack of provably fair and crypto games. Stake.us is the king when it comes to these games, it makes them in-house, all results are recorded on the blockchain, and they feature 99% RTPs. I’m a big fan of Pump and Darts.

One cool thing about Sharker is the prediction markets, which allow you to guess everything from the price of gold to whether Apple stock will go up. You can even predict the prices of cryptocurrencies. Thrillzz has its own version of prediction markets, but they’re only for sports.

Sharker isn’t a sweepstakes casino and may be illegal in the US – that’s despite branding itself as a social casino platform.

To make matters worse, you need to purchase G Coin, the site’s native cryptocurrency, to play. This token can’t be traded or sold anywhere, and it looks like the founders have created a value for the cryptocurrency out of thin air.

If I was you, I’d skip Sharker and play at an actual sweepstakes casino that gives you daily free Sweeps Coins and allows you to redeem USD!
