General Ratings
SweepStars Social Casino Review
SweepStars was launched towards the tail end of 2025 by Chipnwin LLC. And from day 1, it was clear that they were looking to do things differently from a lot of other sweepstakes sites.
They’ve got a uniquely designed site, their 2,000+ gaming library includes titles from providers rarely seen at sweepstakes casinos. Plus, they use a triple-currency system.
These factors automatically make the SweepStars sweepstakes casino feel different from a lot of other sites. However, just being different isn’t enough. And so in this review, we’ll be looking at whether these changes are actually for the better, and what sort of players will get the most from SweepStars.
Pros
- Great 2,000+ selection of games
- Average 96% RTP
- Well-designed site
- Helpful customer service team
- Fast redemptions
- 40 SC minimum redemption for gift cards
- Good first purchase bonus
Cons
- Caps free bonus winnings at $40
- Limited banking options
- No FAQ section
- Slots playthrough only
SweepStars really stands out thanks to its gaming library. Slots, table games, live dealer games, fishing games, and more casual games are all well represented. They all offer good RTP. Plus, their decision to include lesser-known providers alongside established names means even the most experienced users will find new games. Of course, bonuses need some work. But they’re off to a good start.
Legal States
SweepStars is only open to US residents aged 18+ who do not live in one of the following states: Washington, Nevada, Michigan, Idaho, Connecticut, New Jersey, Montana, Louisiana, New York, California, or Mississippi.
How SweepStars Social Casino Works
SweepStars uses a unique three-currency system. Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins work very similarly to the typical Standard Play and Promotional Play currency used at other sites, wherein only the Promotional Play currency of Sweepstakes Coins can be redeemed for prizes. However, in addition to these two currencies, SweepStars also has StarDust.
StarDust can be seen as the sidekick to Sweepstakes Coins. Because while it cannot be redeemed itself, you can use it to purchase free SC spins, bonuses, and even directly convert it into Sweepstakes Coins. This is important as SC cannot be purchased, and can only be received for free or as part of SweepStars bonuses. Further, to make a redemption, you need to have played slot games with your SC at least once.
SweepStars Bonuses
When you complete registration, you’ll immediately be given a no deposit bonus worth 15,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweepstakes Coins. Along with this, you’ll also be offered your choice of first purchase bonus.
One thing to note is that while most first purchase bonuses are available to be claimed within a week, the Cosmic Kickstart, which is arguably the best value offering 33,000 Gold Coins and 25 Sweepstakes Coins for only $9.99, has a much shorter window to be claimed, of only three hours. From my experience, this is not a bluff. And once it’s expired, it’s gone for good.
However, there are still other ways to claim free coins at SweepStars.
Bonuses Review
| No Deposit Bonus | 15,000 GC + 1 SC |
| Promo Code | N/A |
| First Purchase Bonus | Up to 150% Bonus SC |
| Daily Free Credits | Yes, with Mega Prize for consecutive logins |

In addition to new player bonuses, SweepStars also offers the following bonuses for existing players:
- Daily Login Bonus — Log in once a day to receive the daily login bonus. For the most part, this bonus won’t be that big — awarding 0.1-0.2 SC. However, you’ll receive a mega prize once you’ve made seven consecutive logins, which is a bit better.
- Contests — SweepStars regularly hosts races and contests for selected slot games. Score big wins in these games to earn points, top the charts, and receive free coins.
- Star Dust Hub — From the Star Dust Hub, you’ll be able to trade in SD for one of three bonus prizes. You can either trade it directly for SC at a rate of 10 SD for 0.5 SC, trade it at a slightly better rate for free SC spins on selected slots, or alternatively, you can trade 10 SD for a spin at the Wheel of Fate.
- AMOE — By following the instructions on the sweepstakes rules page, users can send in a postcard to SweepStars headquarters to receive 1 SC.
- Referral Bonus — When your friends sign up via your links and make a qualifying purchase of at least $24.99, both you and your friend will receive bonus coins. For you, it’s 10,000 Gold Coins and 20 Sweepstakes Coins. Meanwhile for your friend, they’ll receive 10,000 Gold Coins, 5 Sweepstakes Coins, and 5 StarDust.
- Daily Missions — Every day, SweepStars will provide you with tasks and missions that when completed, will reward you with free coins.

SweepStars Casino-Style Games
SweepStars has done a great job not only of organizing their gaming library, but also at ensuring it’s stocked with high-quality games. In total, you’ll find more than 2,000 titles across a range of categories like slots, fish games, table games, and more.
Additionally, one thing that I really like is that while you will find some established producers like BGaming and 3 Oaks Gaming, SweepStars also offers titles from lesser-known developers — including a couple that I myself had barely heard of. And let me give you a quick spoiler, these developers are 100% worth checking out.

All games are unlocked right from the start and are available for both Standard and Promotional Play. Though to play them, you’ll need to verify your mobile number.
A feature that I’m really happy to see is that just by clicking on these games, you’ll get some good info.
This info includes stake levels, volatility, max win potential, and whether or not there is a bonus feature. A quick warning though. While most information is pretty accurate, there are still some inaccuracies — and the above Doomsday Saloon for example, has a bonus game.
For Promotional Play, a 0.2 SC min bet is standard with SweepStars slots. However, you will find some non-slot games offering action for as little as 0.1 SC.
Like most sweepstakes casinos, slots make up the majority of the library here. And as previously mentioned, while you will find a few big slot developers here, a lot of the games are from lesser-known developers like Formula Spin and Dynabit Gaming — which you’ll rarely see at sweepstakes casinos. My advice here is don’t shy away from them.
Personally, I had barely heard of Barbara Bang, and I had never heard of Vampire Survivors.
But having played it, it’s now one of my favorites. It’s got loads of bonus features. Plus, it has an interesting take on the tumbling mechanic wherein whenever you score a win, bats will sweep across the bottom of the screen and cause the bottom row of symbols to disappear — causing symbols to drop down one row, and for new symbols to appear at the top of the screen. This feature repeats. And it makes it very easy to chain winning combinations together.
RTP in this SweepStars game is 96%, which is good. And for the most part, the vast majority of slots sit at the 95.9-96.1% RTP range. Although you can still find some outliers like Doomsday Saloon by BGaming, which sits at 97%.
The table games category is small at SweepStars, with just 14 titles as of writing. But with that being said, they’ve got all the games that you’d expect, like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat — as well as some alternative game types like Hi-Lo. For me, this isn’t an issue. As all I want from table games is a bit of variety in the form of high-quality classic table games. And with games like Multihand Blackjack and European Roulette, you’re getting exactly that.
Is this the sort of library that will satisfy players who only want table games? Maybe not. But I think that for the majority of players who just want to play the classics as a break from their usual gaming action, SweepStars will give you exactly what you’re looking for.
Provided by ICONIC21, live dealer games are available at SweepStars in their Social Live Casino category. These games allow you to play popular table games with a real dealer — adding a social element to your gameplay. Additionally, these games offer interesting twists on traditional table games. For example, Grand Bonus variants of both baccarat and blackjack introduce progressive jackpots that are awarded for winning consecutive games. Meanwhile, Gravity variants have multipliers in play.
My favorite game here has to be the rarely seen Live French Roulette.
As with the La Partage rule in effect, you’ve got better odds to walk away a winner, even when compared to the more popular European Roulette. One thing to keep in mind though, is that sitting at any live dealer table will require a minimum of 0.5 SC.
SweepStars has over 100 fish games.
This makes it one of the largest collections of sweepstakes fish games that you’ll be able to find.
KA Gaming is the king of fish games here, with JILI offering a few interesting takes. Though with that being said, gameplay mechanics don’t vary much between titles — and so when selecting a game, a good idea is to try out a couple in Standard Play. Then, when you find one you like, switch over to Promotional Play.
Casual and crash have become something of a mainstay at sweepstakes casinos. As along with fish games, they really break the mold of what you typically expect from a casino-style game. Crash games for the most part will play the same. And they’re perfect for players who really want to take control of the volatility, as they offer an unparalleled level of control where in the same game, you can go for both an ultra-low volatility approach, as well as a sky-high volatility approach.
Casual games, though, are a little more unpredictable. Because with these games, providers can really get creative in designing them — and while some games take a Plinko approach, others put you on a soccer field taking penalties, and others still have you building towers. My pick of the bunch however, is Mr. Thimble.
It’s Monte Carlo, though without all the sleight of hand. But with that being said, do keep in mind that where the ball ends up is complete luck — so no matter how good your eyes are, it’s always going to be a 1-in-3 chance that you walk away a winner.

SweepStars Banking
While banking at SweepStars is purely optional, it can be a good way to get some extra coins. And as you’ll see in the table below, banking at SweepStars is almost exclusively done via card.
Payment Options Review
| SweepStars Banking | Purchases | Redemptions | Average Redemption Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Credit/Debit Cards | Yes | Yes | Same business day |
| Apple Pay | Yes | No | N/A |
| Google Pay | Yes | No | N/A |
| Gift Cards | No | Yes | Same business day |
Your wallet is always viewable at the top of the screen. And by clicking on it, you’ll be able to switch between your Gold Coins balance and your Sweepstakes Coins balance. To make a purchase at SweepStars, click on the blue ‘Wallet’ button, and choose the Power Up option. From here, you’ll be able to choose between the packages that you wish to purchase, and then select how you wish to make a purchase. Purchases are made instantly and incur no fees.
Once you’ve played slot games with your Sweepstakes Coins balance at least once and have a minimum balance of 40 SC, you’ll be able to make a gift card redemption. For cash redemptions, the minimum redemption is bumped up to 100 SC. Although do keep in mind that if your winnings come from free bonuses, you’ll be capped at 40 SC.
Another thing to remember is that if you haven’t completed KYC verification, you’ll have to do it now before you can make a redemption. Further, while there is no official max redemption, SweepStars does state that redemptions of 10,000 SC or higher may be paid in weekly installments. In that regard, while SweepStars does try to process redemptions within 24 hours, they do note that delays during busy periods can sometimes lead to a longer redemption process.
| Cost | Gold Coins | Sweepstakes Coins | StarDust |

| $4.99 | 3,000 | / | / |
| $9.99 (First Purchase Bonus) | 33,000 | 25 | / |

| $299.99 | 300,000 | 300 | 4 |
| $499.99 | 500,000 | 500 | 7 |
It’s important to note that while the $4.99 package is the cheapest, it’s the only one that does not include Sweepstakes Coins. All the other non-first purchase packages offer the same kind of deal of 1,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweepstakes Coins per $1 spent, with the more expensive packages also providing some StarDust. Although with that being said, with the current conversion rate of 1 SD for 0.05 SC — the amount of StarDust you get is trivial.

Is SweepStars Casino Legit?
SweepStars is the second sweepstakes casino launched by Chipnwin LLC. This means that even though SweepStars itself may be new, we can look at sister site Chip’n WIN as a good indication of how the parent company Chipnwin LLC, does business. And in that regard, everything is looking good. Both sites pay out fast, and there have been no major controversies.
Further, focusing back in on SweepStars specifically, having reviewed their terms & conditions, I can confirm that they are following all the laws regarding sweepstakes casinos, they strictly enforce KYC verification, and they only stock games from trusted providers. So all in all, even though SweepStars is new, I’d say they’re looking very good from a legitimacy standpoint.

SweepStars Customer Support
For customer support, SweepStars covers all their bases. They have a phone number, an email address, and live chat that can be accessed through the Personal Manager tab. For most players including myself, live chat is going to be where most of your interactions with customer support comes from, and in that regard, I was very happy. The team was quick to respond. And within just under ten minutes, they had answered my questions in a thorough and easy-to-understand manner.
One thing that I found really interesting was that on the Team and Contacts page, you’ll have the option to actually contact individual members.
The only thing that was oddly missing was an FAQ page. To clarify, there is a small help guide to explain how SweepStars works. But I actually found that it wasn’t accurate, and looked to have been taken from sister site Chip’n WIN. It’s not the end of the world. However, it is a noticeable weak point.

SweepStars Casino UX
I am a huge fan of how SweepStars has designed their site. Everything is easy to navigate, their games are well-organized, and even if you’re new to sweepstakes casinos, you’ll pick up how the site works in just a couple of moments. In testing this site, I didn’t run into a single problem — which is unusual for such a new site. And all the games loaded within just a couple of seconds.
There is no mobile app. But to be honest, the site is 100% compatible with both iOS and Android devices — and so for me, this isn’t an issue.

How It Stacks Up
Compared to other new sweepstakes casinos, SweepStars has a lot to offer. Their site is very well designed. And if you don’t mind trying out games from lesser-known providers, then you’ll find some real hidden gems — with most games having an RTP of 96%+.
Our Experts Verdict
For a new sweepstakes casino, SweepStars has a lot going on. Their site looks great, they have a very well-rounded gaming library, and it feels like their customer service is just a few small steps away from being fantastic. However, they do still have weaknesses, mainly in the banking and bonuses department.
If they can get these two things sorted out though, and maybe introduce some sort of a VIP system, I think SweepStars will have all the makings of a truly top sweepstakes casino. For now, they’re still worth checking. And by signing up, you’ll be able to check out these unique games for yourself with the help of a no deposit bonus worth 15,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweepstakes Coins.
