Table games are absent, and that means no live dealers, either. This, coupled with the fact that games only come from one provider, is a bit of a sticking point. You can check out your balance at any time by looking at the top of each screen. Using the slider, you can see how much your CCs are worth in terms of real winnings. Hitting the “buy” button will take you straight to the purchase screen, where you can acquire packages by doing the following.

Email responses are unquestionably the slowest, taking up to six hours for a response. Live chat is misleading. To begin with, you’re chatting to a bot, and that’s certainly something we don’t want to see. However, you can request a human host, and on many occasions, the bot gave up when I asked questions and simply redirected me to live human support. I appreciate that, as it took less than 2 minutes or so to be in contact with a knowledgeable support member.

FunzCity Casino excels at being a small-scale sweepstakes casino. If it is to grow, it really needs a bigger gaming library, with more titles from a great number of providers and the inclusion of table games and live dealer releases. However, it does almost everything else well, especially given how young and small the casino is. The level of commitment to this platform from its team is worthy of noting.

If you’re on the hunt for less popular sweeps casinos with petite dedicated libraries of original titles and aren’t fussed about playing top-tier titles from major operators, then you’ll likely grow to appreciate what FunzCity Casino offers.
