DingDingDing Goes Rogue: SweepsKings Blacklists the Site

SweepsKings has officially added DingDingDing to our sweepstakes casino blacklist. The site appears to have stopped paying both partners and players, while also abruptly changing its terms to eliminate sweeps play.

DingDingDing Blacklisted

This is unfortunate, as we’ve generally enjoyed a good relationship with the social casino since its launch in 2022.

Good Sweepstakes Casino Gone Rogue

DingDingDing is operated by Living Pixels Studio LLC, a company based in Palo Alto, California. It’s a casino that always innovated with original features, such as games unlocked based on gameplay, and even a proprietary title that turned GC into SC. DingDingDing’s library gradually grew to thousands of games, and the bonuses remained solid. It was also among the first sweeps platforms to offer cryptocurrency alongside fiat payments.

However, things started to go downhill a few months ago when it stopped paying partners, and more lately we’ve been hearing reports from players who have been unable to redeem Sweeps Coins. This second development is what crossed the line for us, so we are taking action to make sure other potential customers are not deceived and disappointed.

Take this email we recently received from one user, Yeshaya:

“I’m just dismayed with my whole experience. They offered really good bonus packs and really appealing VIP perks for big buyers. However as I climbed the VIP levels they kept changing the rewards for each tier, particularly the rules for speedy 24 hour redemptions, which I suppose was because they didn’t have the cash to honor all redemptions so they were just stalling for time. And now they’ve just stolen everyone’s money and run. Just reeling from losing the thousands of dollars I had there.”

DingDingDing Changes Sweeps Play Policy

DingDingDing Update

Regulations and laws around sweepstakes are gradually changing in the US, but no other casino has used this as an excuse to suddenly remove Sweeps Coins from its system.

With the change to Gold Coins only, it seems there’ll be no possibility of playing with Sweeps Coins and redeeming into real cash in the future – it’s essentially become a purely social casino rather than a sweepstakes one.

It’s also increasingly likely that anyone with SC already banked on the site will be unable to redeem into cash at this point. This kind of rug pull is one of the worst nightmares of any player at a sweepstakes casino, and it’s one reason we want to see better regulation for the industry.

DingDingDing User Reports & Complaints Surge

We hear that the customer support phone number has been disabled, meaning many players have taken to sites like Facebook and Trustpilot to call out DingDingDing for this apparent scam. You can read some examples below:

DingDingDing Negative Review

Considering the above and the messages we’ve received on our forum, we recommend steering well clear of DingDingDing.

Fortunately, there are still many sweepstakes casinos out there with a great reputation, and you can learn all about them here on SweepsKings.
