Scoop Rebrands as Cash Coins: What About Players’ Balances?

Scoop Casino has rebranded as Cash Coins Casino, with the old Scoop website now pointing players toward the new platform.

But with the rebrand now almost complete, one obvious question for existing Scoop players is: what happened to their accounts, balances, and pending redemptions from before?

Scoop Is Now Cash Coins Casino

The first thing players will notice when trying to access Scoop.com is that it’s effectively disappeared, with the website now directing visitors to Cash Coins Casino.

The legal docs also point to the same company behind both platforms. Scoop’s terms named My Scoop LLC as the operator, while Cash Coins’ current legal documentation also names My Scoop LLC. So this doesn’t appear to be a completely unrelated casino taking over the Scoop website; the connection between the two platforms is clear.

What isn’t quite as clear is what existing players should expect from the transition. We haven’t found an announcement explaining how Scoop balances or remaining redemption requests have been handled.

There’s another detail that caught our attention too: Cash Coins is displaying Scoop’s existing Trustpilot reviews on its homepage. That’s certainly an interesting choice for a newly branded casino, particularly when those reviews were written about Scoop rather than Cash Coins.

What Happened to Scoop Pending Redemptions?

Speaking of Trustpilot reviews, we can learn quite a lot by looking at player feedback on this third-party site.

Scoop has a 4.1/5 rating on Trustpilot from 375 reviews, and there are plenty of positive experiences listed. One player in July said their redemption was completed within hours, while another described the site as having “fast payouts and great customer service.”

However, there are also several more recent complaints about delayed redemptions which will have come since the closure/rebrand, and these are the relevant ones right now.

On August 17, 2026, Evan Bellar US wrote:

“submitted a reddem through them and they said u had to do 100 your first time so i was like cool i waited a cpl days then messaged them they said something about a 72 hr process so i waited another 3 days and when i try to log in they blocked and deleted my account and wont even respond do not play here there scammers”

Jose Rodriguez wrote on August 15:

“Cant even pay 100 sc going on 5th day ive sent them emails multiple times ald they have yet to answer. Dont play on this site.”

And on August 23, Dwayne wrote:

“Do not play here. Been waiting on redemption and customer support won’t respond. Scam!!!”

These are individual player reports rather than proof that Scoop failed to pay its players, and it’s important to note that the Trustpilot page contains positive reports from people who received their redemptions prior to the rebrand too.

But if you’ve followed the sweepstakes industry for a while, this isn’t exactly a reassuring picture. Complaints about delayed redemptions and support failing to respond are the exact kind of warning signs we’ve seen before when things go wrong at sweeps casinos.

Already this month we’ve reported on similar situations at Sweeper, Monster Treasure, The Money Factory, and Spinzta.

For now, former Scoop players should check whether their account and balance are available on Cash Coins and contact support if anything appears to be missing. The new venue appears to still be under development, but the situation should clear up soon.

We’ll update this article if My Scoop LLC provides more information about how existing accounts, balances, and redemptions were handled during the move to Cash Coins. But, as always, we urge players to read our reviews and only pick established, trusted operators to sign up at to avoid unpredictable situations like these.
