If you want to see which sweepstakes casinos are getting attention right now, the official app stores are a pretty interesting place to look.
I checked both the Apple App Store (for iOS apps) and Google Play (for Android apps) to see which sweepstakes brands are appearing at the top of listings, and there are some familiar names alongside a few that you might not expect.
But there’s a bit more to these rankings than simply picking the casinos with the best reputations. Some of the newer apps have already racked up tens of thousands of reviews, despite being relatively new, while some established and well-known names are further down the charts. So we’re going to dig a little deeper and help you figure out what’s actually worth your attention and what’s worth approaching with caution.
By the way, the rankings change often, but they give us a snapshot of which apps are currently performing well in the stores. These are the top-ranking sweepstakes casino apps I found in August 2026.
Apple App Store Sweepstakes Casino Top Charts
- Tang Luck: Casino Slots: This relatively new casino has already gained an average 4.8/5 star rating from 40,000 reviews. Its rapid rise on the App Store charts mirrors what we’re seeing elsewhere online; players report how it’s super quick to pay out, which is perhaps what’s making it stand out. However, as we said in our honest review, bonus SC can lock your entire balance, redemptions require a 5% fee, and there are other nagging issues to consider, so Tang Luck is far from perfect.
- Grand Fortune Club: This is an app-only sweeps casino – you can’t access it from the web browser – which perhaps helps explain its high ranking. It has slots from BGaming, Betsoft, and an in-house studio, plus Keno and Plinko, but some players report having to “pay in” to be able to redeem, which raises red flags. Overall, its App Store rating is 4.6/5 from 11,000 reviews, which is pretty high – can it be trusted?
- Bruno Reels Casino: This iOS app is from the same company behind Grand Fortune Club and it’s already got an impressive 4.7/5 rating from 11,000 reviews too. I saw several players praising the $5 redemption minimum and super quick cashouts, although others reported redemption problems or being asked – again – to deposit before withdrawing. As we noted in our own review, I’m skeptical about how quickly Bruno Reels has accumulated so many ratings, given how new the app is.
- Cider Casino – Real Money: This casino launched in November last year and has a 4.7/5 rating from 45,000 reviews. Cider offers 500+ games, although our own review found the provider selection fairly limited and without any live dealers. Cider does stand out for its speedy PayPal redemptions, but the 3% processing fee is an obvious downside.
- Stake.us – Casino & Slots: So Stake.us, one of the biggest brands in the online gaming space only has 21,000 ratings, and it’s been going for years – that should tell you something about the likelihood of reviews for all the above brands being legitimate. Put simply, this is a high quality sweepstakes casino with some amazing, exclusive slots, and this sentiment is echoed by seemingly-genuine reviews, with players calling the support team the “best in the business”.
SweepsKings iOS App Pick: Stake.us
For us, there’s a pretty clear winner here. Stake.us is the only casino in this list that we’d genuinely feel comfortable recommending, which makes its position below several much newer apps rather strange – maybe they’ve been gaming the system? They tend to have a few cons attached too, including fees for redemption or even the possibility of having to pay in to redeem.
As for Stake.us, it’s been around for years, has built a strong reputation, and offers a huge range of games, including some excellent exclusives from the likes of Paperclip Gaming and Twist Gaming. There are no dodgy practices as far as we’re concerned, and we love the transparent lobby full of helpful stats.
So while the app store rankings might suggest otherwise, we’d take Stake.us over the other four without much hesitation. It’s a bonus that this app also works on iPad, Mac, Apple Vision, Apple TV, and even Apple Watch according to the listing!
Google Play Top 5 Sweepstakes Casino Apps
- Fortune Wins: Casino Slots: Formerly Fortune Coins, this Android app has a surprisingly modest 3.8/5 rating from around 430 reviews and 100,000 downloads. The reviews are actually pretty mixed: some players praise the plentiful free coins and smooth withdrawals, with one saying they’d collected more than $100 without depositing and had no problems cashing out. Others complain that the app can be buggy, with some coin bundle purchases failing to go through.
- Sportzino: Sportsbook & Casino: This sweeps casino/sportsbook comes from the Priority Play family, like Fortune Wins, and it has a strong 4.6/5 rating from more than 6,000 reviews and 100,000+ downloads. Players rate the game selection and overall experience well, although some report frustrating KYC and redemption issues that left their winnings stuck. Our own review found Sportzino to be a legit platform with 1,900+ games and sportsbook, plus fairly quick redemptions, although customer support could be better if a live chat option was added.
- Zula Casino: This is another Android sweeps casino app from Priority Play, with 100,000+ downloads but a relatively low 3.6/5 rating from around 700 reviews. These reviews are mixed, with some players loving the bonuses and successful cashouts, but others reporting crashes, verification delays, and problems getting redemptions through. In our review, Zula scored 100/100 for safety and trust, so the complaints are perhaps more about the app than the legitimacy of Zula.
- Chanced Casino: This Android app has just 10,000+ downloads and a 4.4/5 rating from around 220 reviews, making it one of the less-tested but higher-scoring apps on this list. Players praise its quick redemptions, although there are some complaints about bugs and account issues. Our own review found Chanced to be a legit, high-quality casino with 1,300+ games, some of the highest RTP slots around, and card redemptions that can arrive in just a few minutes – nice.
- TurboStakes Casino & Slots: This Android app has 10,000+ downloads and an impressive 4.7/5 rating from around 2,900 reviews, with one of its own promo images calling it the “fastest social casino in the US.” Players are divided, though – some comment on their successful redemptions, while others complain about missing bonus SC. Our review’s much bigger concern was how TurboStakes previously shut down and was accused of not processing redemptions. Some players claimed their old SC balances were never restored after the relaunch too – not good.
SweepsKings Android App Pick: Sportzino
This one is a little harder to call than the Apple App Store winner. In the end, Sportzino gets our vote because it combines a strong 4.6/5 Google Play rating from more than 6,000 reviews with 100,000+ downloads, giving it a large and positive review base.
It also has a strong reputation as a legit sweepstakes casino, with 1,900+ games, a sportsbook, and fairly quick redemptions. There are some complaints about KYC and redemption issues, but those are outweighed by the sheer volume of positive reviews and our own experience using Sportzino.
Our Research Process & Criteria For This Article
For this list, we looked specifically at the free ‘Casino’ category charts on the Apple App Store and searched on Google Play for ‘sweepstakes casinos’, both from within the US. We then recorded the highest-charting sweeps apps we found on each.
It’s worth pointing out that these rankings aren’t a concrete measure of total popularity or downloads. App store charts can change quickly and are influenced by factors including:
- Recent download activity
- Ratings and reviews
- How long users keep the app
- App quality
In other words, an app can climb the charts because it’s seeing a recent surge in activity rather than because it has the biggest overall user base, especially on the Apple App Store. So think of this as a snapshot of what’s trending, rather than a definitive ranking of the biggest sweepstakes casinos in the US.
Also remember that you should only use social casino apps from these two stores. If an app isn’t available through one of these, we’d recommend giving it a wide berth. It’s best not to download an APK or other software from an unknown source.
