Clubs Poker Sweepstakes Casino Review
Having launched through KHK Games Inc. in July 2024, Clubs Poker is one of the few sweepstakes casinos focusing on poker.
New platforms are always exciting, but Clubs Poker is a bit different from other social casino sites. Unlike most others that focus on casino-style games, Clubs Poker – as the name implies – instead has a focus on online poker.
I’m a huge fan of poker, so I signed up on day one, and I’ve been playing with them in just about every spare hour. Through this, I’ve found quite a few things that I like, but it’s also fair to say there have been some hiccups along the way too.
Below, you’ll be able to check out my full and comprehensive Clubs Poker review.
Pros
- Huge variety of poker games
- Great first deposit bonus
- Referral bonus can pay up to 10,000 SC
- Bonus coins for big purchases
- Simple site design
- Surprisingly good selection of slots
- Soft player pool
Cons
- Small player base
- No deposit bonus should be higher
- Lack of reputation
- Poor customer support options
It’s always challenging to review a sweepstakes casino as new as Clubs Poker. But early signs are good, and it looks like a great place for users who want to try online poker. Additionally, while their focus is on poker, Clubs Poker still has a decent selection of slots and casual games from some of the big name developers.
Legal States
Clubs Poker is legal in most states across the US for users over 18. However, there are some exceptions to this rule: those located in California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and West Virginia are unable to sign up for Clubs Poker at this time.
How Clubs Poker Social Casino Works
Clubs Poker is a unique hybrid between sweepstakes casino and poker site. However, they’re not the first to do it, and how they operate is very similar to other hybrid sites like Global Poker.
To start with, there are two currencies available at Clubs Poker: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.
Gold Coins are the coins you’ll probably see the most as they’re used for the Standard Play feature. These coins have no monetary value and so typically you should use them when trying out a new game type or are just playing for fun. Sweeps Coins are where things get a little more exciting.
First thing to note about them is that you can’t purchase them directly — and instead, you can only acquire them through bonuses. Though with that being said, they work fairly similar to Gold Coins in that you can use them to play a variety of games through Promotional Play. However, so long as you meet the 1x playthrough requirements (up to 20x based on the casino’s discretion) and have at least 100 Sweeps Coins, you’re able to redeem them for a real cash prize.
Clubs Poker Bonuses
Clubs Poker offers a variety of bonuses to both new and existing players alike. To start with, new users can claim their daily login bonus immediately upon signing up for a no deposit bonus of 1,000 Gold Coins + 0.2 Sweeps Coins.
However, probably the best of the bonuses is the first purchase bonus. Because when you spend $20, you’ll get a 100% bonus for a total of 200,000 Gold Coins + 40 Sweeps Coins.
But these aren’t the only bonuses on offer, and below we’ll be going through all of the promotional offers currently available at Clubs Poker.
Bonuses Review
| No Deposit Bonus | N/A |
| Promo Code | Not required |
| First Purchase Bonus | 200,000 GC + 40 SC for $20 (100%) |
| Daily Free Credits | 1,000 GC + 0.2 SC |
| VIP Program | N/A |
| Mail-in Bonus | 3 Sweeps Coins |
| Referral Bonus | 20% (rake) up to 10,000 SC |
On top of these, existing players also have a couple of extra bonuses to look forward to.
- Bad Beat Jackpot — If you get a good hand like Aces full of Tens or better and still end up losing, you’ll collect a share of the Bad Beat Jackpot. While the unlucky player does get the lion’s share of the jackpot, all players at the table will also get their own taste.
- Daily Freerolls — Sweeps Coins free rolls are a daily occurrence at Clubs Poker — with six Sweeps Coins freerolls available for all registered users everyday.
- Seasonal Promos – Clubs Poker realized early on the need to do more to attract players and keep current users. Pretty much every time we have updated our review, Clubs Poker has some special event going on. Be it Cyber Monday free spins, Christmas Daily Giveaway, or Halloween discounts, the social casino delivers timely opportunities to win extra free Sweeps.
One thing to keep in mind is that Clubs Poker is still new to the scene. As such, we expect more promotions to start getting released as they gain a larger player base and more experience.

Clubs Poker Casino-Style Games
As a poker site, I was expecting the library of casino-style games to be quite modest. However, in reality I was pleasantly surprised.
There are hundreds of slot games offered by a variety of developers like Hacksaw Gaming and 3 Oaks Gaming, and while they may not have the sheer number of titles of other sweepstakes casinos, I was still very happy with the quality.
The library isn’t too difficult to navigate. Plus, there’s even a feature to play some of your favorites while you’re in the middle of a game. This is something I definitely took advantage of when I was going card-dead for an extended period. RNG table games are mostly non-existent, although blackjack is available and so are live dealer and arcade titles.
And on top of all this, the selection of poker games is enough to rival just about any other poker site.

It’s a really solid selection of games at Clubs Poker. And while demo modes aren’t available, Gold Coins provide a convenient way for you to try out a few games without having to risk any of your Sweeps Coins.
In terms of RTP, Clubs Poker provides a sheet in their footer with data for their whole catalog. This is great, and while they don’t offer the highest possible configuration, they also don’t go with the lowest. The average payout rate is 95%, with the highest paying slot being Skulls Gone Wild at 96.42%. Follow this link for a complete overview of Clubs Poker games’ payout rates.
It’s fair to say that online slots aren’t the main attraction at Clubs Poker. But even so, I was quite pleased with the selection of games available, and while it’s nowhere near the number of games you’d expect at a standard sweepstakes casino, it’s still pretty good.
All Le slots are available, as are 3 Oaks favorites like Lucky Penny, 3 Hot Chillies, and Super Hot Teapots. These games are some of my personal favorites as they all have good RTP and are very fun to play between hands of poker.
Then we have titles from:
- BGaming: e.g., Coin Quest 2, Super Fruit Smash, Star Spell
- Booming Games: e.g., Piggy Winner, Tiger Shrine, Blooming Mystery
- NetGaming: e.g., Wild Buffalo Bonanza, Fireball Inferno, Lucky Vault
- Hacksaw Gaming: e.g., Spear of Athena, Donny Dough, Wanted Dead Or a Wild
While the library is relatively small, it’s a case of quality over quantity with some of the best developers around being involved.
At Clubs Poker, Poker is what the site is built around. And as a game which requires other players, this is probably the most difficult thing to rate them on as they’re still pretty new and a lot of people don’t know about them. This won’t be a problem if you’re playing micro-low stakes as tables at this level are regularly filled — but once you start going to medium stakes, the games get much more infrequent.
As far as variety of games goes however, Clubs Poker does really well. Tournaments, cash games, SNGs, and Spin n Gos are all available — although mainly at the lower levels. Though with that being said, where I think Clubs Poker really shines is with their different poker varieties. Of course Texas Hold’Em is available, but you can also play variants of Omaha as well as Stud games like Razz. They even offer HORSE — and while nowhere near as popular as Hold’em, I was able to find a couple of running games of these less-played poker variants.
The lack of players does hurt Clubs Poker, but as they get more popular, this problem should sort itself out.
Table games at Clubs Poker are limited. After some digging, I spotted a few virtual roulette and blackjack games, including branded exclusives: Clubs Casino American Roulette and Blackjack.
The live dealer lobby isn’t packed, but you get a few more of the same options powered by Eeze which is a recognized software studio.
What surprised me the most was the addition of casual minigames at Clubs Poker. This a small lobby sourced by a studio I saw for the first time during this review — Konquer. Their games are indeed unique and I recommend checking all three out: Joker, Fortune Cookie Fortunes, and Card Castle.
Without question, Clubs Poker is heading in the right direction. And even this meager amount of alternative games has it beating every other sweepstakes poker site.

Clubs Poker Banking
Banking is pretty standard at Clubs Poker. You can make a purchase for as little as $5 — although to take advantage of the first deposit bonus you’ll need to purchase a Gold Coins Package of at least $20. Meanwhile, redemptions can be made for 100 Sweeps Coins.
Check out the below table for a brief overview of banking options.
Payment Options Review
| Clubs Poker Banking | Purchases | Redemptions | Average Redemption Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Credit Cards | Yes | No | N/A |
| Debit Cards | Yes | Yes | 5-7 business days |
| Prize Out Gift Card | No | Yes | Up to 3 business days |
Making a purchase at Clubs Poker is pretty straightforward.
- Click the blue “Get Coins” button on any page.
- In the popup, choose your preferred Gold Coins package. Though remember, to claim the first purchase bonus you must pick a package that costs at least $20.
- Next, you’ll need to choose your preferred payment method and follow the relevant prompts.
- Once completed, your funds will be immediately available and any bonus coins will be credited to your account.
Redemptions are also fairly simple to conduct. The only requirements are that you must meet the minimum redemption limit of 100 Sweeps Coins and have completed the 1-20x playthrough requirements.
Just keep in mind that redemptions of $500 and over might take longer to process than the timeframes highlighted in the table above.
| Cost | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
| $5 | 25,000 | 4.5 |
| $10 | 50,000 | 9.5 |
| $20 | 100,000 | 20 |
| $50 | 250,000 | 51 |
| $80 | 405,000 | 82 |
| $100 | 510,000 | 103 |
| $200 | 1,025,000 | 206 |
| $300 | 1,575,000 | 310 |
| $500 | 2,700,000 | 520 |
All Gold Coin packages contain free Sweeps Coins. However, you get better deals the bigger the package is — and so with Clubs Poker, it’s usually regarded as a better idea to make one big purchase rather than many smaller purchases.

Is Clubs Poker Legit?
For a social casino that is still fairly new, the first question most players will ask is whether or not they’re legit. And in the case of Clubs Poker, it’s a fair question. They haven’t been around for long, and parent company KHK Games has no history in the sweepstakes casino industry — and so reputation-wise, there’s really nothing to go off on.
What I can say though after going through their T&Cs and Sweeps Rules page is that they’re doing everything above board. Everything they do is in compliance with the laws regarding sweepstakes casinos, and they’re practicing the required due diligence with their KYC checks. Additionally, their poker software is also certified as fair by Gaming Labs. And finally, through their Facebook page I’ve found proof that they have endorsement deals with a number of top poker players.
As such, while I still recommend caution — I think there’s enough to show that Clubs Poker is legit and is here for the long haul.

At SweepsKings, responsible gaming is something we take very seriously. And after playing at Clubs Poker for over a year, it’s clear that they take responsible play seriously as well.
Users have a variety of RSGP tools that they can take advantage of, including purchase limiting, playing, and voluntary self-exclusion.
Additionally, Clubs Poker conducts KYC checks to ensure that only players of legal age can sign up and play.

Clubs Poker Customer Support
Customer support is unfortunately something of a weak area with Clubs Poker. There is no live chat or phone number, and even the contact email is hard to find. Users looking for support will need to turn to either a small FAQ section, or a ticketing system.
In their defense, they did respond pretty quickly to my queries. However, I still feel this avenue of customer support is something of a bare minimum for what I would expect at sweepstakes casinos.

Clubs Poker UX
The user interface of Clubs Poker is definitely on the basic side — but in my opinion, that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
The poker lobbies are divided by the different game modes. And further down, you have the option to navigate by your preferred stakes, and via which type of poker you want to play.
The casino section has several ways to filter games — New, Favorites, Top Picks, Slots, Live Dealer, Blackjack, By Provider, you name it. Clubs Poker’s filtering system is better even when compared to brands with thousands of games.
Something else I really liked was the option to maximize screen space through a convenient button sitting next to the top menu. And for an even more immersive experience, Clubs Poker provides a quick link to install their website as web app on any device.

Clubs Poker Sister Sites
KHK Games entered the market with Clubs Poker and soon after launched a sister site in Clubs Casino. Though unlike the latter that focuses on social casino gaming, there are a few other sweepstakes casinos (mainly Global Poker) that share their philosophy of focusing on poker.
Below, we’ll show you how Clubs Poker stacks up against its sister site and main competitors.
Comparison
| Sites Like Clubs Poker | Games | Welcome Bonus | Apps | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Clubs Poker | 300+ | 100% Boost | Desktop App | Poker cash games |
| Global Poker | 30+ | 1,000 GC + 0.25 SC | No | Poker tournaments |
| ClubWPT | 80+ | 5,000 PC + 500 TP | iOS & Android | Casual play |
| ClubGG | 10+ | 20% discount | iOS & Android | Best for paying poker players |
| Stake.us | 1,800+ | 250,000 GC + 25 SC | iOS | Original and live poker games |
| PlaySopo | 4 | 1,000 Gold | Android and iOS | Live streams and free poker games |
How It Stacks Up
Despite being the newest casino on the list, Clubs Poker is extremely promising. However, their lack of reputation has left some players on the fence about whether to join up — and their mediocre no deposit bonus certainly doesn’t help them out.
I do think they have a lot of potential, particularly if they can develop a large player base. Although for now — I think Global Poker is still the best dedicated sweepstakes casino site that strongly emphasizes poker.
Additionally, compared to established giants like Jackpota and Stake.us, there is no competition whatsoever. Their bonuses are better, there are more games — and they just have much more experience with what sweepstakes casino players are after.

Our Experts Verdict
The sky’s the limit for Clubs Poker. However, having played with them since they first opened up, I can say quite comfortably that they’re not there yet.
Their diverse library of poker games makes them something of a one of a kind, as they’re just about the only site where you can play lesser-played formats of poker like HORSE legally for real money in the US.
But the downsides should 100% be addressed by their team. Plainly speaking, their no deposit bonus isn’t very good. Further, their customer support could be improved tenfold with a live chat option.
If you are mainly interested in online poker though, Clubs Poker is among the handful of options available in the US. SweepsKings doesn’t doubt their legitimacy, so feel free to use our links to sign up there and play poker with 100% extra SC on your first purchase.
