GiddyUp Review
GiddyUp is a new, real-money gaming platform that uses a legal loophole to offer casino games in states that normally restrict them. Instead of using an RNG to determine wins, GiddyUp uses the results of real-time horse races to determine whether you’ll win or lose with every slot spin.
The site is still in its beta stages, but it officially opened in March 2026 and is looking forward to expansion. It’s licensed by the Oregon Racing Commission (ORC), and it operates as an ADW (advance deposit wagering) service to legally offer casino-style games in 17 US states.
Unfortunately, game variety isn’t this casino’s strong point. With just under 20 slots to choose from at the moment, it won’t appeal to many players even though more games are on the way. Customer support also needs improvement, as I wasn’t able to find chat or phone assistance.
Promotions are a bit stronger, ranging from referral bonuses to daily missions and even a quick $5 no deposit bonus. Still, the lack of tournaments, events, and social media giveaways makes things feel a bit flat.
I’m documenting my hands-on experience with GiddyUp, highlighting the positive aspects of my experience, and touching on areas for improvement in this review.
Pros
- Claim $5 in free credits upon sign-up
- Offers daily login rewards up to 0.6 credits
- KYC verification is done before you play games or purchase credits
- Complete missions to earn more credits
- Small selection of popular slots to enjoy
Cons
- No live chat or phone support
- Lacking in tournaments and events
- Zero tables, live games, or specialties
GiddyUp is a strong contender for casino enthusiasts in states that restrict online gambling and sweepstakes like New York and California, but existing options like Card Crush are still a better choice for players in search of new games.
Where GiddyUp stands out is simple – it offers unique promotions and has the benefit of being completely new, which means it’s primed for expansion.
Legal States
You have to be at least 21 years old and a resident/located in one of the legal GiddyUp states to create a new account, claim bonuses, and play games.
GiddyUp doesn’t accept players from Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, or West Virginia.
How GiddyUp Works
GiddyUp is owned by the same brand behind Clubs Poker and Clubs Casino. KHK Games isn’t new to the industry, but this is the operator’s first foray into blended casino gaming/sports bets.
GiddyUp falls within a category of its own, as it’s not a sweepstakes casino or traditional casino. You have to spend money on credits, which correlate to USD at a rate of 1:1. You can then use those credits to spin through slots. If you win, you get to withdraw cash prizes starting from $50.
Instead of using an RNG to determine individual game outcomes, GiddyUp uses the results of real-time horse races. If the horse you’re randomly assigned to wins/places/shows, so do you.
Of course, you have to spend your bonus credits on gameplay before redeeming the winnings.
GiddyUp Bonuses
GiddyUp is one of the few real money gaming platforms to list a traditional no deposit bonus, as I collected $5 in free credits as soon as I signed up. Before I could use my free credits on slots and buy new ones, I was required to complete KYC verification. This is a major green flag.
There’s even a small login bonus to capitalize on, which gave me 0.3 credits every 12 hours. I had fun completing missions to earn more credits. My first mission was to spend 100 credits on gameplay, and in return, I got 10 free credits.
You can also refer an unlimited number of friends to GiddyUp. When they create a new account and deposit a total of $20 within 30 days, you’ll collect $10 in free credits. If you want to buy new credits, spending $50 gives you 60 credits instead of 50 credits on your first purchase.
While I’m a fan of the site’s referral bonus and one-time 20% purchase boost for qualifying credit bundles, I’d like to see more tournaments for competitive players. Giveaways would also be nice to find, especially since GiddyUp already copies the best part of sweeps gaming with free coins.

GiddyUp Casino-Style Games
GiddyUp’s game selection is its weakest link at the moment, but there are some exceptions to be made because the website is still in beta mode. This means there will probably be more games supplied from different vendors in the near future.
As it stands, I counted 19 slots from Netgaming and Bragg. Virtual tables are nowhere in sight, putting GiddyUp squarely behind typical social casinos.

GiddyUp features a hand-picked selection of slots from Netgaming and Bragg. Netgaming is a fairly popular software company, while Bragg is a provider which integrates third-party content. I was shocked to see Fire Stampede in the library, since this flagship slot machine is one of Pragmatic Play’s gems.
Now it seems that you can play the same game at GiddyUp, delivering the same massive win potential and outstanding graphics that allowed this slot to grow popular in the first place. NetGaming’s Bison Gold is the only other buffalo-themed game I found here.
A small selection of six “classic” casino-style slots, including Diamond Flash and Dragon Power Triple Gold, promise a brick-and-mortar vibe. I had lots of fun checking out the available games here, all my wins felt randomized, and I look forward to discovering more slots here in the future.
It’s worth noting that I had to complete KYC verification before I could use my $5 in free credits to crack open the game library.

GiddyUp Banking
GiddyUp has a very small banking menu, so your options for deposits and withdrawals are now limited to Aeropay.
Once you’ve deposited cash or won cash during gameplay, you can use your money to buy new credits. The credit packages are scaled to deposit thresholds, making for an easy experience on both fronts. A 20% boost applies to your first purchase of $50, giving you 60 credits to start with.
You have to win at least $50 before requesting a payout via Aeropay. Payouts are processed in 24 – 72 hours, and no upper withdrawal limits are specified in the site’s Terms of Use. However, I don’t like that GiddyUp charges an inactivity fee of 5% if you don’t play for six months or more.
Payment Options Review
| GiddyUp Banking | Purchases | Redemptions | Average Redemption Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pay By Bank | Yes | Yes | 24 - 72 hours |
The minimum credit purchase and deposit amount is tagged at $10.
You can deposit money in increments of $10, $20, $50, $100, $200, $500, and custom amounts (minimum $10, maximum $500). Before I could deposit funds, I was asked to quickly verify my email address and mobile phone number. This took me all of 30 seconds and wasn’t a hassle.
From here, I was able to play games. My winnings were sent to my cash balance, making them withdrawable immediately after I hit the $50 payout requirement. You can see how many credits and how much cash you have left by checking the top-right corner of the website at any time.
| Cost | Credits |
|---|---|
| $10 | 10 |
| $20 | 20 |
| $50 | 50 (20% more for a limited time, giving you 60 credits) |
| $100 | 100 |
| $200 | 200 |
| $500 | 500 |
Unfortunately, GiddyUp doesn’t offer built-in discounts for players that make larger purchases.
With the exception of its first purchase bonus, you receive exactly one credit for every $1 you spend. The maximum deposit and purchase limit is $500 at once.
I would like to see GiddyUp lower its minimum purchase requirement from $10 to $5, but I wouldn’t get my hopes up for it.

Is GiddyUp Legit?
Yes, GiddyUp is a legitimate real money gaming platform. It officially launched in March 2026, although the website is still in beta mode. It’s owned by the same people behind two reputable sweepstakes brands, Clubs Poker and Clubs Casino.
KHK Games has a track record of reliability and trustworthiness that dates back to 2024. Unlike its sweepstakes brands, GiddyUp is licensed by the Oregon Racing Commission. It functions as an advance deposit wagering service, giving it the legal standing to operate in 17 US states.
Before I could play games, deposit cash, or purchase credits, I was required to complete KYC at GiddyUp. After filling out my name, address, and personal details, including the last four digits of my SSN, I was verified immediately. I wasn’t asked to send my ID or any additional documents.
Finally, the website has partnered with Aeropay to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Aeropay is frequently used to make instant purchases at retail dispensaries, small businesses or trusted online storefronts. Of course, Aeropay employs bank-level encryption to protect your money.
Admittedly, there is no RNG certification because GiddyUp doesn’t use an RNG to calculate the outcome of each spin. Instead, the results are determined based on real-time horse races taking place at various tracks within Oregon.

GiddyUp features self-serve responsible gambling tools, monitors player activity to detect risky behavior, and commits itself to marketing that doesn’t target vulnerable individuals. All staff are trained on responsible gameplay practices and customer interactions to lend better assistance.
When necessary, the website will recommend limits/breaks, send messages to check in with you, or temporarily restrict your play while they review your behavior. This approach isn’t good for everyone, but the focus on safety above all else is clear.
If you want to be proactive on your own, you can open the main menu and click “Responsible Gaming” to set deposit limits and loss limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
There’s no shortage of ways to make sure your experience remains fun and doesn’t become problematic. You can also implement daily gameplay limits ranging from 1 – 20 hours, take a break for up to five years, or request a permanent self-exclusion.

GiddyUp Customer Support
GiddyUp offers email and ticket-based support, but there are no options for live chat, phone, or social media assistance. I submitted a ticket to inquire about responsible gaming tools and was met with a response 12 hours later, but email replies consistently took 24 hours or a bit longer.
This isn’t the best support I’ve ever seen, but to its credit, GiddyUp’s email team is on the ball.
They helped me change my address and phone number, and I was pleased with the conduct I experienced. Submitting a ticket offers the same level of detail, no matter what your question is.
Lastly, I checked out the FAQ page and was happy to find brief explanations regarding how the site works, who its partners are, and why it’s fair in comparison to gambling with a regular site.

GiddyUp Casino UX
GiddyUp has an outstanding user interface on both desktop and mobile devices. Despite lacking a downloadable app, the instant-play app delivers appropriate sizing and functional, bottom-row menu items. Loading speeds are quick across devices, and lag was non-existent during testing.
You can bookmark the app quickly using Safari, Chrome, or your preferred mobile browser. Just click “Share” and “Add to Home Screen,” then; open the icon to start playing with one tap. In my experience, you’ll enjoy faster loading speeds using the instant-play version over the actual site.
Search filters are non-existent, but they’re also rather unnecessary due to the website’s smaller game collection. As it stands, you can see GiddyUp’s most popular games, view classics, or see all titles from Netgaming.
The darker background lets colorful game icons stand out, and when you load slots on mobile, there’s a full-screen option that expands your view to cover the bottom of your phone screen.
The only (minor) critique I’d make is for the daily missions banner on mobile, which feels a little cramped. However, everything else feels smooth to the touch and easy on the eyes. I was able to create a new account within one minute, and KYC verification was similarly easy/immediate.
Depositing cash couldn’t be much simpler once you get the hang of using Aeropay, and credit purchases take just a few clicks with self-explanatory top menu banners.
On desktop specifically, I was impressed with GiddyUp’s willingness to send regular unprompted Activity Reminders that show how long you’ve been playing and give you the option to sign out.

GiddyUp Sister Sites
GiddyUp technically has two sister sites within the sweepstakes casino realm, but GiddyUp is KHK Games’ first dive into real money gameplay. Clubs Casino and Clubs Poker offer a much different gaming experience than GiddyUp with more games and two different coin/credit types.
However, GiddyUp is most like Horseplay, the only other real money platform to base your wins on the results of horse races. I’m comparing GiddyUp to its sister sites, biggest competitors, and all-around top sweepstakes casinos in the following table:
Comparison
| Sites Like GiddyUp | Games | Welcome Bonus | Apps | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GiddyUp | 19 | $5 Freeplay | N/A | Access in CA/NY |
| Clubs Casino | 250+ | 5,000 GC + 10 Free Spins | N/A | Casino-style slots |
| Clubs Poker | 300+ | 1,000 GC + 0.2 SC | Desktop | Poker games |
| Horseplay | 100+ | First Purchase Bonus | iOS | Slot tournaments for players in normally restricted states |
| WOW Vegas | 1,870+ | 250,000 WC + 5 SC | N/A | All-around great sweepstakes casino |
How It Stacks Up
GiddyUp falls behind its primary competitors in terms of game variety, listing 19 slots compared to Horseplay’s 100+ strong collection. Clubs Casino has 250+ slots and virtual tables to choose from, while WOW Vegas takes the cake with nearly 2,000 games from 35+ software providers.
Clubs Poker and GiddyUp have no correlation to one another besides their shared ownership under KHK Games, but if you’re on the hunt for live rooms and the opportunity to enjoy poker games with friends, it’s a good alternative.
What I really like about GiddyUp compared to Horseplay is its willingness to offer totally free promotions. Similar to a sweepstakes casino, you’ll get $5 in free credits and 0.3 free credits every 12 hours while logged in. Horseplay requires you to spend money to claim promotions.
Our Experts Verdict
Horseplay might have patented the original technology that allowed it to break headfirst into an otherwise untapped gambling industry, but GiddyUp is on its tail with a completely new license from the Oregon Racing Commission (ORC) and much the same accessibility as its competitor.
While the lack of proper tables and live games will be a huge sticking point for many players, it’s worth noting that GiddyUp is still in beta mode. In other words, there’s a huge chance that more games will appear in short order.
Free bonuses allow GiddyUp to stand out from an entire pack of real money platforms. As I’ve said at length, it’s exceedingly rare for real money gambling sites to offer free daily bonuses and no deposit offers with zero strings attached.
Customer support and external promotions need improvement, but this shouldn’t stop you from diving into GiddyUp’s latest deals and discounts. Going forward, all it needs are a few ongoing tournaments and some more games to match the best sites we’ve reviewed here at SweepsKings.
