B-Two Operations Limited, the owner of a US sweepstakes casino Jackpota launched in early 2024, announced that it will no longer support players from the State of Louisiana.
According to the official statement from the brand’s spokesperson, including Louisiana on the list of restricted states will be a gradual process.
From August 19, 2024, Jackpota will no longer allow new users from Louisiana to register. Starting September 2, 2024, existing Louisiana users will no longer be allowed to purchase in-game currency (“Gold Coins”).
On September 16, 2024, Louisiana users will no longer be allowed to play games on this site, culminating with account closures and unsupported prize redemptions starting September 30, 2024.
The process was divided into several parts to ensure Jackpota registered users can safely and timely request their prizes and utilize available in-game currency.
Other Sweepstakes Casinos That Do Not Operate in Louisiana
Many sweepstakes casino brands, both high-profile and emerging ones, have decided against setting up their shops in Louisiana.
