The shutdown of redemptions may have been previously planned once a certain number of player purchases had been hit.

Living Pixels Studio Scandals, Lawsuits and Controversies

Living Pixels Studio LLC is currently being sued by Jim Dinslage and Daniel Burdette in the jurisdiction of Napa County, California. The lawsuit was originally filed on March 3, 2025, and is still before the courts.

The class action lawsuit alleges that Living Pixels Studio LLC is operating an illegal online casino and is in violation of California’s Unfair Competition Law. The plaintiff’s lawyer is seeking for DingDingDing to be immediately shut down and, in accordance with Alabama’s Gambling Loss Recovery Statute, to pay compensation.

There have been rumors that Living Pixels Studio LLC doesn’t have the funds or the will to fight this lawsuit and will soon declare bankruptcy. Don’t be surprised if Nimrod Santo disappears and flees back to Israel.
