LuckyLand Casino Review
LuckyLand Casino exited its closed beta stage and debuted in December 2025 for residents of many US states. There are a couple of standout things that made me excited to take a closer look at this social and sweepstakes casino.
Firstly, it is owned by an established brand, which has already had good fortune in launching sister sites, notably LuckyLand Slots and Chumba. Secondly, LuckyLand is run by an operator that is licensed in Malta, and that isn’t often the case with sweepstakes casinos.
LuckyLand Casino is more than a continuation of LuckyLand Slots, though, and it stands on its own, with separate bonuses, games, and balances to its already established sister site. I’ll touch on those as I dive deeper into what this compact, recently launched social casino has to offer in my LuckyLand Casino review.
Pros
- Play original games not found at other sweepstakes casinos
- Big brands such as Playtech are associated with LuckyLand Casino
- Plenty of Jackpot games are supported
- Hosts an excellent array of tournaments
- Part of VGW Group
Cons
- The gaming library is incredibly small
- A lot of confusion surrounding the brand name
LuckyLand Casino launches in a “mostly complete” state, with a few games yet to come online. It isn’t tied to its sister sites, even if some share a similar name, so expect a different experience (albeit with some obvious similarities) when joining. Given VGW’s success with those other sites, I have every confidence that LuckyLand Casino will go on to be just as popular a platform.
Legal States
You must be aged 21+ to play at LuckyLand Casino for SC prizes. Gameplay is prohibited for players in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia.
How LuckyLand Casino Works
LuckyLand Casino offers dual gaming options, with both Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) supported. The former are used for free play gaming and can be purchased. The latter are awarded as bonus coins when purchasing GC, can be won in games, and are awarded via promos and bonuses, and I’ll touch on those shortly.
It’s early days but some players have reported issues when opening an account at LuckyLand Casino if they already had an active account at LuckyLand Slots. Fortunately, that issue was a minor glitch and appears to be fixed. LuckyLand Casino specifically states in its FAQ that you should treat both sites as separate from one another. They do not interact, and opening a new account at LuckyLand Casino won’t interfere with your existing LuckyLand Slots account.
VGW considers them separate brands, with different promos, games, GC, and SC balances and statuses. However, it does admit that it “may” be possible to transfer your KYC documents from LuckyLand Slots to LuckyLand Casino to speed up the verification process.
LuckyLand Casino Bonuses
LuckyLand Casino has a no deposit sign-up bonus which is worth the symbolic amount of 777,777 GC, as well as 2 SC when you register. This is more than enough GC to let you explore the site’s small game library, while the 2 free Sweeps Coins allow you to get a taste of gameplay with prizes.
You can boost that balance by exploring LuckyLand Casino’s first purchase deals, too. Only available for new members, it offers you 3,500,000 GC and 10 SC free for just $4.99 instead of $9.98. The only comparative ordinary coin package costs $9.99 for 2,500,000 GC and 9 SC, so there’s definitely value in the welcome offer they are offering new players.

Beyond the two opening offers, LuckyLand Casino has an array of ongoing deals. If you’ve played at LuckyLand Slots, you might be expecting more of the same.
Don’t, because they are wholly new deals at this social casino. Here’s a quick look at what you can expect to see going in:
- Daily Login Bonus: The more days you log in consecutively, the better the bonuses become. I received 25,000 GC and 0.30 SC on my first login. It’s not record-breaking stuff, but it’s still nice to receive both GC and SC just for showing up.
- Social Media Giveaways: Head over to LuckyLand Casino’s Facebook page, and you should come across a few giveaways. These don’t require purchases, making this method a decent way of obtaining free Sweeps Coins.
- Tournaments: Arguably one of the selling points of playing at LuckyLand Casino, both GC and SC tournaments are available hourly. When I played, up to 40,000,000 GC was available in tournaments, with around 50 players active. When I tried my hand at the hourly SC tournaments, I was up against around 200 players, with prizes starting at 100 SC.
- Time-Based Deals: Check the bottom of the screen when playing. There is a timer, and that counts down to the next sporadic, time-based deal. There’s no way of knowing what it is until the timer reaches zero, and the element of surprise induced provides you with additional fun.
- Loyalty Levels: Unfortunately, this aspect of LuckyLand Casino hasn’t yet been fully developed. All members start out at Level 1, and I assume that the loyalty levels will mirror or be closely based on the schemes at this sweepstakes casino’s sister sites. However, when I played, they didn’t do anything of note – at least, not at the time.
- AMOE: Under your account settings, you can select “Entry Request”. This provides you with all the details you need to claim the AMOE offer, which is worth 5 SC per submission.

LuckyLand Casino-Style Games
If I had one criticism of LuckyLand’s game library, it would be that it is simply too small.
You’ve got around 150 games, and aside from Playtech, most of the current software providers available are relatively unheard of, even among frequent flyers such as myself. Of course, Golden Feather is VGW’s own game studio creating proprietary slots for LuckyLand Casino.
For the most part, the gaming library heavily involves slots, and while LuckyLand Casino does advertise itself as a live social casino, those games aren’t always live.

Games are split into My Favorites, All Games, Social Live Casino, Jackpot, and Tournaments sections, and you can break down your search further by using options such as New Release, Low-High, and High-Low (stake) filters. There’s also a search box, but that hardly feels necessary for such a small library.
I do like the fact that each game thumbnail offers an information tab. Giving that a tap or click flips the image to reveal key and critical information about each game, including its volatility level, minimum play stakes, and features. I found this to be particularly handy, especially when playing games that I hadn’t heard of, which, given LuckyLand Casino’s bizarre mix of fledgling providers, is most of them.
Slots easily form most of the games at LuckyLand Casino. A few of these titles are advertised as exclusives, including American Outlaws: 10K Ways, Mermaid Reef, Giza: Infinity Reels, Dragon 50,000, and Bounty Hunt Reloaded.
I relish the challenge of playing slots I’m not familiar with, and three that I discovered which I had a whale of a time on include the following titles:
- Mummy Mayhem II – Wild Nefertiti: This ancient Egyptian-themed slot offers pyramid wilds on every 10th spin. The feature, known as Nefertiti’s Blessing, also offers frames that can dish out multipliers, giving this slot something different from the many others with similar themes.
- Freaky 13: As its name suggests, there are 13 lines in this spooky-themed game. Medium variance gameplay can be expected, and Freaky 13’s free spin round sees scatters transform into wilds. The game is so basic that it takes you right back to simpler times, much like the design and interface of LuckyLand Casino itself.
- Jingle Reels: Festive fun is yours in Jingle Reels, which comes with two special features. First up, Ho! Boxes unlock Saint Nick’s Pick, where you can choose from presents featuring GC/SC and multipliers, with potentially three rounds of gifts to choose from. Naturally, you have a free spins bonus to boot.
One of LuckyLand Casino’s major selling points that helps differentiate it from LuckyLand Slots is the inclusion of a live social casino. Regrettably, it wasn’t up when I played, but I enquired about what I could expect when I revisited.
Games like Playtech’s Adventures Beyond Wonderland moneywheel game, as well as European Roulette, Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball Live, and a few LuckyLand Casino exclusives like All Play Blackjack and European Roulette are on the way.
Jackpot games have their own dedicated section at LuckyLand Casino. There are quite a few to choose from, too – all slots, of course, most of which are in-house releases.
Jackpot games have GC and SC balances, so which prizes you can go for depends on which coin you choose to bet. Some (but not all) of these are networked prizes, though, so it doesn’t necessarily matter which game you play to win.
Table games do not have their own dedicated genre at LuckyLand Casino. However, by using the search box, I was able to find and play titles like Casino Wizard Craps and Big Hit Blackjack. I expect more RNG tables will be added in time, because the collection right now is nonexistent.
It’s a similar story for instant win games. If you search for games like G.Games’ Calavera Bingo, you’ll find them. However, the section housing instant win games isn’t yet up and running. Again, this is nothing major, and I expect that it will be shortly.

LuckyLand Casino Banking
LuckyLand Casino is a little light on the payment methods, and doesn’t support quite as many as its sister sites. To purchase coins, I only had options that included bank cards, but Apple Pay is reportedly available for some players.
Payment Options Review
| LuckyLand Casino Banking | Purchases | Redemptions | Average Redemption Time |
|---|---|---|---|

The redemption process is smooth at LuckyLand Casino, and that’s not always the case at newly launched social casinos. The downside is that you can only use bank transfers.
While the redemption (if you’re verified) is processed within 24 hours, the sweepstakes casino does point out that it can take up to 10 days based on your bank. Accepted banks include Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Capital One, and the Navy Federal Credit Union.
Any SC you attempt to withdraw must be played through once, and a minimum redemption limit of 50 SC is fair and will be nothing new to those of you who’ve played at VGW’s other social casinos.
While the T&Cs do state that LuckyLand Casino reserves the right to charge fees, it hasn’t yet. Floridians are, of course, subject to the usual $5,000 win caps, while redemption limits overall are set to $10,000 per day.
| Cost | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
| $0.99 | 100,000 GC | / |
| $2.99 | 500,000 GC | 2 SC |
| $4.99 (First Purchase Bonus) | 3,500,000 GC | 10 SC |

| $9.99 | 2,500,000 GC | 9 SC |
| $14.99 | 5,000,000 GC | / |
| $19.99 | 6,000,000 GC | 20 SC |
| $49.99 | 18,000,000 GC | 50 SC |
| $99.99 | 40,000,000 GC | 101 SC |
| $299.99 | 120,000,000 GC | 303 SC |
| $499.99 | 250,000,000 GC | 505 SC |
Clearly, there are some coin packages that simply aren’t worth your time – who wants to purchase Gold Coins and not receive free bonus SC? I was also pleasantly surprised to see a good mix of different value coin packages. The varying amounts of GC and SC available mean you can pick and choose the package that best suits you. This is refreshing to see when so many sweepstakes casinos offer you a strict 1,000 GC and 1 SC per $1 ratio.

Is LuckyLand Casino Legit?
One of the highlights of LuckyLand Casino is its MGA license. This has been awarded to VGW (in 2018) rather than this sweepstakes casino, per se.
The MGA license ultimately means that you can take it to the bank that its games are RNG-certified for fair play and that it adheres to legal requirements surrounding accessibility and privacy.
Nowhere is that clearer than in the responsible gaming tools you have open to you, which I’ll cover next.

LuckyLand Casino goes above and beyond with its responsible social gameplay options. You’re looking for activity reminders that tell you how long you’ve been playing, as well as purchase limits for 1, 7, or 30-day periods. You can remove them, but there’s then a 3-day cool-off period before you can play again.
There are self-exclusion levers that you can pull to trigger a six-month break, followed by a 7-day cool-off period before your account is reactivated. If you prefer a shorter absence, the Take a Break option gives you the right to suspend your account in 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30-day increments.

LuckyLand Casino Customer Support
Support is a haphazard affair at LuckyLand Casino – at least right now. Live chat and email services weren’t active when I played. You can reach out to them via a contact eForm, and while replies are fast enough, that isn’t ideal.
What I will say is that the help center is the best way to get assistance at the time of writing. It offers you all manner of assistance, with in-depth information on redemptions, purchases, verification, and other important topics.

LuckyLand Casino UX
LuckyLand Casino features mobile gameplay via a web browser. It has been designed to run like an old-school desktop app. When playing at the site on an Android device, I discovered that you are made to rotate your phone horizontally to play. There is no vertical mode. I assume it is the same for iOS devices.
Outside of that, LuckyLand Casino is a little laggy and slow to load, even on a modern PC with great specs. We’re not talking about latency to any degree that is frustrating, but you need to be patient when waiting for things to load – even the social casino’s hub.

LuckyLand Casino Sister Sites
I’ve said it already – LuckyLand Casino is part of the same VGW social casino family that includes LuckyLand Slots, Chumba Casino, and Global Poker, so it only seems fair to compare this social casino with its counterparts. Here’s how it fares:
Comparison
| LuckyLand Casino Sister Sites | Games | Welcome Bonus | Apps | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| LuckyLand Casino | 150+ | 777,777 GC + 2 SC | N/A | Live social casino |
| LuckyLand Slots | 130+ | 7,777 GC + 10 SC | APK | Original slots |
| Chumba | 250+ | 2,000,000 GC + 2 SC | Android, iOS | Local jackpot network |
| Global Poker | 40+ | 1,000 GC + 0.25 SC | N/A | Poker games and tournaments |
How It Stacks Up
Chumba still seems to be the go-to site across all Chumba sister sites for its games, bonuses, and app-like mobile experience. LuckyLand Casino is on par with it when it comes to local jackpots, and this site can more than match LuckyLand Slots in terms of games. Of course, Global Poker offers different games, so it’s not really comparable to what LuckyLand Casino is offering.
Our Experts Verdict
LuckyLand Casino is destined to be an improvement on LuckyLand Slots if you want to try your hand at live social casino games. That’s the biggest key difference between those sites.
However, it’s not quite where we want it to be just yet. It’s very playable, there’s a decent amount to try your hand at, but I get the feeling I should have waited another couple of months, when I anticipate that LuckyLand Casino will have all its services available. You might want to do the same.
