For example, Wolf Gold has an RTP of 96.00%. This means if I spent 100 SC, I should theoretically win back 96 SC or make a 4 SC loss (100% minus the RTP = the house edge, or how much you will lose). With this simple explanation, we can then say that a higher RTP gives you a theoretical chance of winning more.
It’s important to note that RTP percentages are theoretical and should “average out” over the course of playing a game. If you only play 5 spins on a Hold and Win slot, for example, the RTP will most likely swing wildly and it could be over or under the stated percentage.
