While MW Services Limited is listed as owner and operator of WOW Vegas and Rolla, Arena Entertainment appears to be the creative and operational force behind both platforms. Neither company’s Impressum or T&Cs mentions the name or address of a legal business entity in the US, however, it is mandatory for a company to be located in the country and one indubitably exists.

The plaintiff’s charge is that the “gambling software” was illegally distributed to cell phones and desktop computers throughout New Jersey, with the help of “two of the most successful corporations in the world” – alluding to Google and Apple.

Commentators on the internet who claim having legal background are dismissive of the class action suit as weak or nonexistent. On the other hand, according to Revised Statuses Section 2C: 43-3 companies promoting gambling are subject to a fine of not more than $10,000,000.

The takeaway here is that MW Services is only part of a lawsuit filed by a disgruntled player whose case is likely to be dismissed. That’s quite standard for any company involved in social gaming in the US right now, which is to say that MW Services’ good standing remains.
